Christina is a proud parent of two sweet boys who grew up in The Goddard School. "As a parent and previous teacher, I know the importance of providing an environment that stimulates growth in each individual child in a way that engages their love for learning on a daily basis. I'm looking forward to introducing you to our energetic and dedicated staff in the near future!" Christina is originally from Roanoke, VA and has a love for the outdoors. She attended VCU and received her Master's degree in Education along with a degree in Deaf Studies.

Ms. Emily is one of the directors here at Woodlake Goddard School. She joined Goddard in 2009 and has worked in just about every age group from infants to school age. She loves supporting little minds to grow and learn. Ms. Emily enjoys reading, running, and playing volleyball in her spare time. When she is not here at work, you can probably find her either on the hiking trail, at a campsite, or spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dogs.

Ms. Jenna joined our office team in 2023 after teaching in public education for eight years in Chesterfield County. She is excited to share her experience in education and continue to work in an environment with kids. Ms. Jenna believes building relationships with children fosters the love of learning and creating a classroom community makes for a nurturing environment. When she's not working she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two young children, who also attend The Goddard School at Woodlake!

Ms. Michelle is one of our Infant teachers and has been at our school for over a year. She is a Chesterfield native and teaches Sunday School on the weekends. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family.

Ms. Holly is new to the Goddard family and is excited to care for your little one. She has several years' experience in childcare and holds a special interest in infant care. Ms. Holly cannot wait to build meaningful and trusting relationships with your family. She is CPR/FA/AED certified and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring her hometown of Richmond.

Ms. Savannah has been working at Goddard for over a year. She has a lot of experience working with children and loves to watch them grow. In her spare time, Ms. Savannah loves traveling with her husband and seeing and learning about new places.

Ms. Tara joined our staff in 2021 as a Lead Teacher to our Running Rhinos. She has been working with children for many years. She is First Aide and CPR certified. Her favorite thing about working with children is seeing the world through their eyes it reminds her to slow down and enjoy the little things.

Ms. Amanda is a Lead Teacher in the Get Set classroom. She has seven years of experience in early childhood education. Ms. Amanda was born and raised in the Chester area. She has two daughters, three cats and a bird.

Ms. Alyssa joined our team in the Spring of 2023. She works primarily with our infant and first steps classrooms as an assistant teacher. Ms. Alyssa comes from a large family with plenty of experience taking care of younger siblings. She enjoys watching her students meet new milestones!

Ms. Krista joined our staff in 2020 and is a Lead Teacher in our Foxes Classroom. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University. She has been working with children for 3 years. Ms. Krista's favorite thing about working with children is watching them learn and grow everyday and making them laugh.

Ms. Kylie is one of our Toddler teachers and has been with the Goddard school since the Summer of 2023. She is from South Carolina where she received her associate degree in technology and cosmetology. She has two years of experience subbing in the public school system and has also been a nanny. Ms. Kylie is excited to get to know her students and build relationships with each of them.

Ms. Taylor joined our team in the fall of 2023 and has been a wonderful addition to our toddler classroom. Ms. Taylor enjoys creating artwork with her students and loves their little personalities!

Ms. Allison is new to the Goddard Family but comes to us with a lot of experience. She has worked with children and infants for six years. Ms. Allison loves to engage her students through song and dance!

Ms. Ari joined our team in the summer of 2023 as a lead teacher in our bridge program. She came to us with plenty of experience, but what really sealed the deal was her infectious smile and engaging lesson plans!

Meet Ms. Leila! She joined our team in 2021 and is our Lead Teacher to our Hedgehogs! Leila has been working with children for 6 years. She enjoys working with children because she loves knowing that they are happy and healthy!

Ms. Jasmine joined our team in 2021 is our Lead Teacher to our Owls. She is in the process of obtaining her CDA in Early Childhood Education and pursuing her bachelors in Mathematics. Ms. Jas' favorite thing about working with children is providing them with tender love and care.

Ms. Tiffany has been with The Goddard School for over a year and is our Lead Teacher in the Squirrels classroom. She moved from Colorado to be closer to family and has two young boys.

Ms. Amaya has recently joined our team and is an Assistant Teacher in the Squirrels classroom. She has many years of experience with children and can't wait to teach. In her spare time she likes to read, paint, and cook!

Ms. Ann has been with The Goddard School for two years and is the Lead Teacher in the Badgers classroom. She loves teaching and can't wait to see how much growth her students make. In her spare time she loves to bake and spend time with her family.

Ms Sarah has been teaching at Goddard for two years and is our Assistant Teacher in the Badgers classroom. She has a lot of experience with children outside of the classroom as well working in summer camps and her church's nursery. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family.

Ms. Bao joined our staff in 2020 as Lead Teacher to our Chipmunk's classroom. She earned a Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology from Liberty University. She has been working with children for many years and is CPR/First Aide certified. Bao's favorite thing about working with children is building relationships with them and their families, while also creating a safe space where everyone feels loved and protected. In her free time, she enjoys crafting and spending time with her dog, Simba!

Ms. Eileen joined our team this past Spring. She has an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Human Services and Pre-Social Work. Ms. Eileen also has eight years of experience in childcare. She is so excited for the opportunity to get to know her students and how they learn best in the classroom!

Ms. Liz joined our staff in 2021 as a Lead Teacher to our Happy Hippos. She has been working with children for many years. Her favorite thing about working with children is seeing how their brains grow and learn. When not working, Ms. Liz enjoys playing outside and spending time with her daughter!

Ms. Shaquita has been a part of The Goddard School since 2012 and is currently the Lead Teacher to our Get Set classroom. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, and is a Virginia State Qualified Lead Teacher. Ms. Shaquita has certifications in Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and Emergency Medication Administration. Her Favorite thing about working with children is teaching them and watching them learn and grow.

Meet Ms. Keona! She joined our team in 2021 as our Assistant Teacher to our Leaping Lions class after working with children for 5 years. Keona enjoys working with children because she loves watching them learn and forming relationships with the families! In her free time, she enjoys playing video games and going to the gym!

Ms. Clarissa joined our staff in 2021 as a Floater assisting in our various classrooms. Ms. Clarissa's favorite thing about working with children is that they are full of surprises and love expressing themselves. She believes one of the most important things a teacher can do is teach children to be kind to one another.

Ms. Bri joined our team in 2022 as one of our floaters! Ms. Bri can be seen helping in different classrooms. She has been working with children for many years and loves watching their imagination come to life. In her free time, Ms. Bri enjoys swimming, working out, and spending time with her nieces.

Ms. Sarah has been working at Goddard since August of 2023. She is studying Elementary Education to earn her master's degree. She has been involved in teaching programs since her freshman year of high school and has been working with kids of all ages for over 10 years! In Ms. Sarah's spare time she loves to travel and visit her family who live in different states.

Coach Randa has been part of the Goddard family since early 2023. She is currently a student at VCU pursuing her bachelor's in communication arts. Ms. Randa loves to work with children of all ages and can't wait to build relationships with them.

Mr. Carlyle has been with Goddard since 2022. He is one of our fabulous bus drivers and handy men.
