    Mrs. Swati is the on-site owner of The Goddard School located on Williams Drive in Georgetown, Texas. As a mother, Swati recognizes the importance of a high-quality, play-based learning program, which is why she chose The Goddard School. She is proud to offer the opportunity for children to grow through fun, engaging activities. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Prior to owning a Goddard School, Swati managed a software consulting company. She has almost three decades of experience working as an educator, auditor, software developer, team lead, and solutions manager. Our owners, Swati and Sunil Kapdi, would like to invite your family to visit their beautiful new school, introduce you to their incredible faculty and tell you all about the Goddard approach to learning.     Director
    Mrs. Nickelchia is the center director at Goddard School in Georgetown. She was born and raised in Phenix-city Alabama. She resides in Killeen Texas. She has been married for 22 years and has a son. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in early education administration from Ashford University in 2019. Also, a master's degree in psychology from Arizona Global University in 2022. She graduated from Sonship School of the first born in bible studies in 2013. Ms. Nickelchia started her in-home family childcare that was in business for seven years. She also worked in childcare for over 15 years. She is truly passionate about her career working with children. She believes bringing forth dedication and skill will positively impact the lives of children.

    Ms. Breanna started working with children when she was 14 years old with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts Troops. She has been with us since we opened our amazing Goddard School! She holds her Texas Director's License. She has help many positions in the preschool environment. She has worked as an assistant teacher as well as Lead Teacher. Ms. Breanna is excited to work at The Goddard School and believes children learn best in a loving and nurturing environment. She loves working with kids because she loves to watch them learn and grow.

    Ms. Nicole has been working with children most of her life. Her mother inspired her to teach. Her favorite hobby is crafting, and she is from Brooklyn, New York. She has been working at the Goddard School since October. Nicole enjoys seeing the infants grow and reach all their milestones in her classroom. She believed the best lesson plan that she taught was teaching children about the different seasons. She loves seeing children paint outdoors and learn about the weather.

    Ms. Diana has been working with children for two years as a child she wanted to be a dentist and her sister and cousin's wife were the two who influenced her to work with children. What Diana likes the most about children is watching how the children learn new things, watching them grow and the fact that she can learn from them too. Diana favorite childhood movie was "Cinderella".

    Ms. Shelby is from Georgetown, Texas. She is a toddler teacher. She worked at the Goddard School for 1 year. Her grandmother inspired her to teach. Her favorite song to play in the classroom is "Wheels on the Bus," her students love to dance to the song. She believes getting to watch children grow and advance can have a great impact in their lives. She enjoys teaching her students about nature and learning new things.

    Mrs. Mya has been working with children for the last eight years, as a child her dream was to be a veterinarian and a mom. she stated that growing up in a large family and having a natural ability to understand small children is what influenced her to work with young children, what Mya likes most about working with children is being able to establish a unique bond with each of them while instilling life skills and lessons that they will take with them throughout their life. Mya's favorite childhood movie is "The Princesses and The Frog".

Baleria's favorite movie is Lilo and Stitch and her childhood dream was to be a veterinarian.

She believed the best lesson plan that went well was teaching her students about sea creatures and reading stories about the Sea. She is passionate about teaching and helping children learn. Emille believes that teachers should always keep children happy and safe. Being able to watch the excitement and smiles on children's face, brings joy to Ms. Emille.

    Ms. Nikole has been working in childcare for 28 years, including having her own in-home childcare business for 20 years. She is a lead teacher in the 2–3-year-old classroom. She worked with special education in elementary schools for several years. She enjoys watching children grow in a positive atmosphere. Her mother inspired her to work in early childhood. She plans on working on obtaining her directors license soon. She enjoys working at the Goddard School and wants to make significant difference for children in her classroom.

    Ms. Alexis favorite childhood movie is called All dogs go to Heaven. She enjoys helping children develop new skills and progress in school. When she was younger, she wanted to be a therapist. Her mother is a high school teacher and she influenced her to work with in childcare.

Mellina stated that her older sister was who influenced her to work with children because took care of her sister children. What Mellina likes most about children is that they have interesting things to say and her favorite childhood movie is Lion King.

Mrs. Naomi stated that what she likes most about children is seeing their excitement when they learn new things. Mrs. Naomi favorite book is "The Monster at The End of This Book".

    Mrs. Maheswari is an assistant toddler teacher at Goddard School. She has been teaching in the United States for 8 months, and 3 years in India. She is from Chennai, India. She has a bachelor's and master's degree in chemistry. Her favorite song that she sings with her children is, "Rain, Rain go away." She believes teachers should demonstrate their passion for teaching by trying new and creative approaches. She agrees that effective and memorable teachers are keen to spread positivity and genuinely enjoy teaching with students.

    Danyelle has worked in a licensed childcare facility for one year, and as a child she dreamed of being a speech therapist. Danyelle stated that what she like's most about working with children is seeing them reach their milestones, her favorite childhood Movie/Book is Sleeping Beauty and The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Danyelle stated that her enrollment major in college as a Speech Therapist is what influenced her to with children in a childcare environment.

Gracie stated that what influenced her the most to work with children is her mom and dad who both works in education.

    Rajitha has been working with children for the past two years in a licensed facility as a child she wanted to be a lyricist, and her favorite childhood movie was by Disney called "Mighty Joe Young" and book "The Hungry Caterpillar". What Rajitha likes most about children is their activeness, creativity, imagination and the fact that the activities, lessons and experiences of working with children helps to increase our imagination and creativity as adults. Rajitha stated that what influenced her to work with children is her desire to impact their lives in a positive way while building relationship with them and their parents.

    Mary has worked with children for more than ten years and what she likes most about working with children is the way they view life and their ability to make everyday an adventure. Winnie the Pooh was Mary's favorite book and movie as a child and she has always wanted to work with children and animals as a child. Mary stated that her grandmother was the person who influenced her to work with children.
