    Ms. Swati is the on-site owner of The Goddard School located on Williams Drive in Georgetown, Texas. As a mother, Swati recognizes the importance of a high-quality, play-based learning program, which is why she chose The Goddard School. She is proud to offer the opportunity for children to grow through fun, engaging activities. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Prior to owning a Goddard School, Swati managed a software consulting company. She has almost three decades of experience working as an educator, auditor, software developer, team lead, and solutions manager. Our owners, Swati and Sunil Kapdi, would like to invite your family to visit their beautiful new school, introduce you to their incredible faculty and tell you all about the Goddard approach to learning.     Director
    Ms. Nickelchia is the center director at Goddard School in Georgetown. She was born and raised in Phenix-city Alabama. She resides in Killeen Texas. She has been married for 22 years and has a son. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in early education administration from Ashford University in 2019. Also, a master's degree in psychology from Arizona Global University in 2022. She graduated from Sonship School of the first born in bible studies in 2013. Ms. Nickelchia started her in-home family childcare that was in business for seven years. She also worked in childcare for over 15 years. She is truly passionate about her career working with children. She believes bringing forth dedication and skill will positively impact the lives of children.

    Ms. Breanna started working with children when she was 14 years old with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts Troops. She has been with us since we open our amazing Goddard School! She holds her Texas Director's License. She has help many positions in the preschool environment. She has worked as an assistant teacher as well as Lead Teacher. Ms. Breanna is excited to work at The Goddard School and believes children learn best in a loving and nurturing environment. She loves working with kids because she loves to watch them learn and grow.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Vanessa has been working with children since 2013. She worked at the Goddard School for a year. She loves singing, painting and photography. She enjoys watching children learn what she taught them and gain confidence. A great lesson plan that was successful for her was helping her students learn about robots, and how they affect our day-to-day lives. When children greet her every morning, that puts a smile on her face.

    Nadya has been working at the Goddard School since April 2021. She always had a passion for children since she was old enough to take care of them. It brings her joy when children learn something new. She enjoys reading on her free time. A lesson plan that went well for her was teaching her students the state song. Nayda is excited about teaching her children something new each day.

    Ms. Nikole has been working in childcare for 28 years, including having her own in-home childcare business for 20 years. She is a lead teacher in the 2–3-year-old classroom. She worked with special education in elementary schools for several years. She enjoys watching children grow in a positive atmosphere. Her mother inspired her to work in early childhood. She plans on working on obtaining her directors license soon. She enjoys working at the Goddard School and wants to make significant difference for children in her classroom.

    Ms. Shelby is from Georgetown, Texas. She is a toddler teacher. She worked at the Goddard School for 1 year. Her grandmother inspired her to teach. Her favorite song to play in the classroom is "Wheels on the Bus," her students love to dance to the song. She believes getting to watch children grow and advance can have a great impact in their lives. She enjoys teaching her students about nature and learning new things.

    Ms. Alyssa is passionate about working with children. She works with 13 to 18 months years old. Seeing children advance and learn puts a smile on her face. Her favorite song is Still Standing by Taro Egerton. She wants to improve all of the children in her classroom with their fine motor skills and hope to make a difference in a child's life.

    Ms. Maheswari is an assistant toddler teacher at Goddard School. She has been teaching in the United States for 8 months, and 3 years in India. She is from Chennai, India. She has a bachelor's and master's degree in chemistry. Her favorite song that she sings with her children is, "Rain, Rain go away." She believes teachers should demonstrate their passion for teaching by trying new and creative approaches. She agrees that effective and memorable teachers are keen to spread positivity and genuinely enjoy teaching with students.

    Ms. Nicole has been working with children most of her life. Her mother inspired her to teach. Her favorite hobby is crafting, and she is from Brooklyn, New York. She has been working at the Goddard School since October. Nicole enjoys seeing the infants grow and reach all their milestones in her classroom. She believed the best lesson plan that she taught was teaching children about the different seasons. She loves seeing children paint outdoors and learn about the weather.

    Ms. Emille is from Georgetown, Texas. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. She believed the best lesson plan that went well was teaching her students about sea creatures and reading stories about the Sea. She is passionate about teaching and helping children learn. Emille believes that teachers should always keep children happy and safe. Being able to watch the excitement and smiles on children's face, brings joy to Ms. Emille.
