Nabanita Banerjee has been a dedicated leader and director at The Goddard School of Aubrey since its opening in 2021. With a passion for nurturing the potential in every child, she is committed to creating a safe and stimulating environment where children can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Nabanita's leadership focuses on fostering a positive school culture, building strong relationships with families, and empowering her faculty to excel. This approach has resulted in high parental satisfaction and has contributed to the school. It’s her mission, as Director of The Goddard School, to help children grow and develop their educational skills to prepare them for the challenges of school and beyond. Wonder of learning provides a wonderful play-based learning, and the COR Advantage is a research-based, observation-focused assessment tool developed by High Scope, designed for children from birth through prekindergarten.

Erika Rodriguez is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in administration, specializing in human resources management and organizational processes. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Zulia in Venezuela and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, which have equipped her with strong skills in leadership, operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. For the past 4 years, she has been part of the Goddard School of Aubrey, where she has held various roles, including 2 years as Assistant Director. In this position, she has strengthened her leadership abilities, coordinated institutional operations, and cultivated constructive relationships with staff, making a significant contribution to the school’s academic and administrative excellence. Beyond her professional career, Erika values maintaining a work/life balance.

Zahra’s mission as the owner of The Goddard School located in Aubrey is for children to build a strong foundation for a healthy, happy and successful life. Zahra’s life-long passion is in education. In addition to her bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin, she has a master’s degree in education from The Aga Khan University. She worked in early childhood education for 12 years, serving as a teacher for 8 years and then as a manager of curriculum and training for 4 years. She believes there’s no one-size-fits all approach to teaching children – they learn in multiple ways through fun learning experiences. Zahra is committed to the mission of providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for children ages six weeks to six years old using an engaging play-based curriculum. She is looking forward to welcoming you to this state-of-the-art learning environment and having you become a part of the Goddard family.
