Erika Rodriguez is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in administration, specializing in human resources management and organizational processes. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Zulia in Venezuela and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, which have equipped her with strong skills in leadership, operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
For the past 4 years, she has been part of the Goddard School of Aubrey, where she has held various roles, including 2 years as Assistant Director. In this position, she has strengthened her leadership abilities, coordinated institutional operations, and cultivated constructive relationships with staff, making a significant contribution to the school’s academic and administrative excellence.
