Theresa and her husband Brian became owners of the Hardin Valley Goddard in 2022. They have owned the Farragut location since 2019 and are happy to continue their Goddard journey in Hardin Valley.

Ms. Lindsey is the Education Director and has been at Hardin Valley since June of 2023. She has 7 years of Goddard experience and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She enjoys hiking on the weekends and her favorite part of working as a director is greeting each kiddo as they arrive for the day.

Mrs. Meagan is our Operation Director, she started March 2023. She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and has worked in the childcare industry since 2019. When she is not at work she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Sarah is the Lead Teacher in the Guppies classroom. She joined us in 2021 and enjoys rock climbing, spending time with her friends and family and playing with her dog when she isn't at work!

Kayla is the assistant teacher in our Guppies classroom, she has been with us since August of 2023. Kayla came to us with no experience in childcare and has thrived in the Guppies room. When she's not at work she enjoys hiking and spending time with her husband.

Ashley is the Lead Teacher in the Belugas classroom. She has been working in the field of education for 14 years and has a degree in Sociology/Social Work. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time!

Brook is one of our Belugas/ Young Toddler teachers. She joined our team in January of 2022 and has her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Print Making, Pastel and Watercolor. In her free time, she enjoys photography, watercolor, reading and kayaking!

Miss Abby is our Belugas closer, she has been with us since November 2023 and she started out as floater. Miss Abby has done an excellent job in all of the classrooms but really loves the young toddler class and is happy to close the classroom down each night.

Brooke is a Lead Teacher in the Manatees classroom. She started with us in 2022 and has been in the field of education for 16 years. She has her Associates in Communication from the University of Cincinnati. Brooke loves to spend time with her family and friends when she is not spending time with her babies at work!

Hanna is our Assistant Teacher in the Manatees/Infant classroom. She joined our team as a part time floater in August while she was in school and happily accepted a full time position in October of 2023. She has been a wonderful addition to our team and absolutely loves her babies in the Manatees room.

Jordan is a Lead Teacher in the Squids/ Young Toddler classroom. She joined our team in October 2023 with a background as a yoga instructor. Jordan has been an excellent asset to our team and when she is not at work she enjoys doing yoga and spending time with her family.

Brianna is our Squids/ Young Toddler closer. She came to us in January 2024 specifically looking for a position with our young toddlers. She enjoys our younger kids but is willing to help anywhere as needed. We are happy to have Miss Brianna on our team.

Melinda (MeMe) is our Lead Teacher in the Sea Turtles/Toddler classroom, she has been at Goddard since 2016 and has her Child Development Associates. She is currently enrolled in the LENA specialization course and is doing big things with our toddlers.

Zoe is our Sea Turtle/Toddler closer, she has been with us since July of 2023 and is currently pursuing a nursing degree at the University of Tennessee. She started as a floater and fell in love with the toddlers in Sea Turtles, we are happy to have her on our team. When she is not at work she enjoys going on trips, working out and spending time with her friends.

Miss Rachel is one of our many resource teachers. She started with us in January 2024 and has helped out in many classrooms. She has been a great asset in our Jellyfish/ Toddler classroom and we are excited to see her grow in our school.

Reagan is one of our many resource teachers, she is currently pursuing a degree in Music Ministry and works with us part time. She has been with us since September 2023 and we enjoy having her on our team.

Kristian is the Lead Teacher in our Dolphins/ Toddler classroom. Kristian has been working in the field of early childhood education since 2012 and she has been with us since 2016. She is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) and when she is not teaching she enjoys spending time with her friends, playing video games and watching movies.

Candace is one of our Dolphin/ Toddler teachers. She has been working in the field of education for 6 years and she has been a member of our team since 2020. Candace enjoys reading and hanging out with her kids when she is not with her babies at work!

Jaden is our Dolphins closer. She started with us in February 2024 and works part time while she attains her Bachelor's Degree in Education, Health and Human Science. She is still learning the Goddard Ways and is very excited to be on our team.

Rebecca is the Lead Teacher in the Sharks/Bridge Classroom. She joined our team in June 2023 with a background in behavioral therapy. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and has been an excellent addition to our team. When Becca is not at school she enjoys reading and hanging out with her family.

Mrs. Harley is the Assistant Teacher in the Shark/Preschool 1 classroom. She has been with us since September 2023. Harley started with us as an assistant in a toddler classroom and proved to be a strong asset in our preschool 1 room. Her favorite part of working at our school is the people and the loving environment. When Harley is not at work she enjoys listening to music and watching WWE with her family.

Charlie is our Lead Teacher in the Clownfish/Preschool 2 classroom. She has been in the field of early childhood education since 1997. Charlie has her Child Development Associate (CDA) and has been with us since 2017. When she is not at work she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Brooke is one of our Clownfish/Preschool 1 teachers, she joined our team in 2022 and is such an asset. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and ice skating

Hillari is our Lead Teacher in the Starfish or Pre-Kindergarten class. She has worked in the field of early childhood since 2007. Hillari has a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and has been with us since 2011. When she isn't spending time with her Starfish kids, she enjoys being outside and spending time with her dogs!

Makayla is our Assistant Teacher in the Starfish/Preschool 2 classroom. She joined our team in September of 2023 and has been a big help in our preschool 2 room. When Makayla is not at work she enjoys doing makeup, dancing and spending time with her friends and family.

Kayla is our Lead Teacher in the Stingrays classroom. She has been working in the field of early childhood education since August 2007 and she has been with us since 2012. Kayla has her Bachelor of Human Services and Minor in Early Childhood Education from East Tennessee State University. When Kayla is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends

Rachel is our Lead Teacher in the Seahorse classroom. She has been working in the field of early childhood education since 2004 and she has been with us since 2014. Rachel has an Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development from East Tennessee State University. When Rachel is not at work, she enjoys watching movies, reading and spending time with her family!

Alexa is one of our floating closers, she is brand new and started with us in March 2024. She came to us with little experience but has really learned a lot and is doing amazing work with our Pre K classes.

Miss Sam is one of our many resource teachers. She started with us in October 2023 and came to us with infant experience, she has been a wonderful addition to our team.

Leah is one of our floating closers. She started with us in February 2024 and her favorite classrooms are the infant rooms but she is truly great everywhere.

Ola is one of our Stingrays or Pre-Kindergarten teachers. She has been working in the field of early childhood education since 1994 and she has been with us since 2014. Ola has her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and when she is not teaching she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and relaxing near a beach!

Paige is one of our Seahorse/Pre K teachers. She has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2010 and she has been with us since 2016. Paige has her Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education from Pellissippi State Community College and is working toward her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development from East Tennessee State University. When she is not at work, Paige enjoys reading, baking and creating art!

Kaylan is one of our many resource teachers. She works part time and handles our lunch duties along with any breaks. She is a wonderful asset in any class she visits. When she is not at work, she likes watching tv and spending time with her family.
