    Mrs LaShundrea

    On-Site Owner
    LaShundrea earned her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University and later earned her master's degree from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management. She is married to Ronnie Partee and they have 2 daughters, Alexandrea and Aubriana. LaShundrea has owned the Goddard School Cordova since 2017. During this time, she has grown to understand the importance of early childhood education and is committed to providing an exceptional learning experience to children ages 0 to 5 years old who live in the Cordova and surrounding communities. LaShundrea Partee stated,"I never thought it was possible to love every family and child so individually, but each is unique and requires individualization during every interaction.". LaShundrea is looking forward to continuing the mission of the Goddard School Cordova which is to "Provide parents with peace of mind when dropping off their child(ren) and returning them better than when they dropped off."

    Education Director
    Mrs. Antoinette is originally from Tampa, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of South Florida. She then earned a master's degree from Ashford University in Child development. Ms. Antoinette has 13 years of experience working with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. She enjoys, travelling and spending time with her family. Why do I love working with children? "I love helping children grow and meet their growth milestones from infancy and beyond."

    Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Studies from the University of Memphis. Since 2013, she has dedicated her career to working with children, driven by her passion for early development and learning. Amanda finds immense joy in the everyday moments—witnessing children grow, learn, and master new skills. For her, it’s more than just a job; it's one of the most rewarding paths she could have chosen.

    Office Assistant
    Ms. VeLisa has a B.A. in Business Management from LeMoyne-Owen College and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from AIU. She also has an MBA in Healthcare Services from Keller Graduate School of Management (DeVry University). She has 6 years of experience in early childhood. Her favorite things include: Spending time with nieces and nephews, going to NBA, High School and AAU basketball games, serving others and attending church. "I love working with children because they are our future. I want to assist them, in anyway I can, to be productive citizens."

    Ms. Deanna has a Bachelors degree in Chemistry and has worked in a school setting since 2012. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and planning events.

    Ms. Dianne was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She currently has her Child Development Associate Credential in Infant and Toddler. She has taught and cared for ages 6 weeks – 13 years old since 2011. Her favorite things include Reading, Crafting, Gardening, and spending time with family. "I love working with children because it is one of the most rewarding jobs. I like nurturing children."

    Curriculum Specialist
    Ms. Karen has a master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University. She has 29 years of experience working with children from ages 3 to 5 years old. Her favorite things to do includes listening to music, sewing, reading, playing family games, looking at TV, and cooking. She loves working with children because they are our future, and their minds are like sponges. They keep me thinking outside the box.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Kennadee is from Memphis, TN. She is working on her bachelor's degree at Tennessee State University. She has worked with children from ages 6 months to 6 years old. Her favorite things include shopping, trying new foods, and attending art museums. She loves working with children because seeing their personalities grow and flourish is fulfilling.

    Ms. Alyssa has a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Memphis and an Associates degree from Southwest Community College. She has worked with children aged 12 months to 3 years old since 2021. When not working, Alyssa enjoys relaxing, experiencing new things, listening to music, and making crafts. Alyssa says she enjoys working with children because she enjoys helping them grow and loving them.

    Ms. Bindu has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, in India. She has worked with children ages 6 weeks to 7 years old since 2020. When she is not working Bindu enjoys reading, music, dance, travelling and art. Bindhu says she takes pride in making a difference in the lives of children by supporting them in their learning journey, especially in the early years of life. Working with children gives me great joy. I love to see them grow and expand their horizons.

    Ms. Gail was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She currently has an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from Southwest Tennessee Community College. When not working, Gail loves making candles, cleaning, traveling, listening to music, going to comedy shows, and reading. She enjoys working with children because she can teach them new things.

    Two's Lead Teacher
    Ms. Kira holds a Bachelor's Degree from Strayer University and brings 22 years of experience working with children ages 1-15. She enjoys writing, reading, singing, nature walks, fishing, and spending time with her family. Ms. Kira is passionate about being a part of each child's life journey, viewing her role as writing a chapter in their story. She loves being an educator and cherishes the opportunity to guide and support children as they grow and learn.

    Junior Kindergarten Lead Teacher
    Ms. Anishika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Harris Stowe State University and has over 9 years of experience working with children ages 6 months to 6 years old. She loves working with children because it gives her the opportunity to mold and cultivate the next generation. Ms. Anishika cherishes the moments when she sees their faces light up as they learn new things and develop new skills.

    Ms. Kianna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Studies from Harris Stowe State University and has 6 years of experience working with children ages 2-3 years old. She enjoys reading faith-based books, collecting perfumes and lotions, eating, doing arts and crafts, going to the park, helping those in need, and collecting tennis shoes and jewelry. Ms. Kianna loves working with children because it’s amazing to see young children achieve great things. She feels honored to equip them for the future and introduce them to education, helping their minds develop and grow healthy and strong.

    Ms. Crystal holds a High School Diploma from Midde College High School and brings 18 years of experience working with children ages 1-4 years old. She is passionate about fostering creativity and teaching in fun, engaging ways. Ms. Crystal values building lasting bonds with the children she works with and takes great joy in watching them grow. She is dedicated to helping them learn about the world around them and strives to make a positive, lasting impact in their lives.

    Ms. Kyla holds an Associate’s Degree from Southwest Tennessee Community College and has 6 years of experience working with children ages 2.5 to 5 years old. With a passion for teaching, decorating, and part-time hair braiding, she brings creativity and energy into her classroom. Ms. Kyla is deeply committed to watching her students grow and develop, finding joy in the progress they make from the start to the end of each school year. She loves engaging in various activities with the children and cherishes the excitement that comes from spending quality time with them each day.

    Ms. Kyri holds a Psychology degree from the University of San Diego and has 6 years of experience working with children ages 3-14. She is very passionate about shaping young minds, believing that children are our future. Ms. Kyri is dedicated to helping them grow, learn, and reach their full potential in a nurturing and supportive environment.

    Ms. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in English from California State University-Sacramento and has 2 years of experience working with children ages 3-5. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, visiting bakeries, and being cozy. Ms. Monica is passionate about working with children, finding joy in their fun personalities and the amazing experience of watching them discover the world for the first time.

    Ms. Terri holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis and has 6 years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old. She enjoys reading books, snacking on chips, fruit, and candy. Ms. Terri loves working with children because she gets to witness their development and celebrate the milestones they reach along the way.

    Ms. Frankiel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from UT Martin and has 5 years of experience working with children ranging from 2 weeks old to 12 years old. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling. Ms. Frankiel is passionate about being a safe space and supportive presence for children, with a deep love for teaching and watching them grow. As she says, "They are my heart."

    Preschool Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Mehjabin (MJ) holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computers from SSUET (Pakistan, Karachi). She has 2 years of experience working with children from ages 3 - 4 years old. Her favorite things include spending quality time with friends and family, watching TV and exploring new places and cities. MJ loves working with children because they are active, imaginative and creative. She enjoys creating fun and engaging activities that encourage them to learn through play and explore.

    Ms. Syeda holds a Master's Degree from Karachi University and has 12 years of experience working with children ages 5-15. She enjoys cooking and reading in her free time. Ms. Syeda loves working with children because of their curious, exploring nature. She finds joy in watching them learn new things and express themselves in unique ways.

    Ms. Tamyia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Howard University and has over three years of experience working with children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Her passion for early childhood development stems from her deep love of watching young minds grow, explore, and discover the world around them. In addition to her professional experience, Ms. Tamyia enjoys traveling to different concerts, singing, and indulging in delicious food. She believes that her vibrant personality and diverse interests help her connect with children, making their learning experiences both enjoyable and meaningful. Ms. Tamyia is dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world before them.
