    Gina and Clay both grew up in South Kingstown and attended the local schools. After Clay graduated from URI, he spent 15 years in various locations fulfilling project management roles. In 1998, they returned to Rhode Island to start a family. They are the proud parents of two children (Peyton and Hailey). They began working on The Goddard School in 2004 and opened in August 2006 - providing a new option in early childhood development. Learning for fun! Learning for Life!     Ms Michelle

    Director
    Ms Michelle grew up in the Bronx, NY and after graduating from SUNY Purchase worked as a childcare Director in Westchester New York for 19 years. Ms. Michelle relocated to South Kingstown with her husband and twins Peter and Sara in 2011. Ms. Michelle has worked as an online ESL teacher, substitute for the South Kingstown School District and ran a successful 1st grade pod during Covid. Michelle believes that children have a natural curiosity about their world and when given the right environment they will thrive. Ms. Michelle shares her home with a Rottweiler named Raja and two rescue cats Mavis and Ramona.
