    I'm the proud owner of The Goddard School and a devoted mother to three amazing children who also attend our program. As both a parent and an educator, I understand the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. With a Bachelor's degree in Education, I bring a strong foundation in child development and a deep passion for early learning to everything we do at Goddard. It’s incredibly rewarding to see my own children—and so many others—benefit from the same high-quality care and education we work hard to provide every day.

With a strong background in early childhood education and leadership, Amanda brings both passion and experience to her role, ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of care and education. As Director, Amanda oversees daily operations, supports and mentors teachers, and builds strong partnerships with families to foster a collaborative school community. She believes in the importance of play-based learning and works diligently to maintain a curriculum that balances academic preparation with social-emotional development.     Infant Teacher
    Ms. Sydney Allen has been teaching in childcare for 9 years and is a dedicated Lead Teacher in our Infant Room. She strives to create a predictable, nurturing environment where children and families feel safe, supported, and able to build lasting trust. Her passion for fostering these connections is what inspired her to pursue a career in early childhood education. Sydney’s favorite children’s song to share with her class is “Hop Little Bunnies” by Mrs. Rachel, which always brings smiles and giggles to the infants. Outside of the classroom, a fun fact about Sydney is that she has 11 animals at home, keeping her life just as lively and full of love as it is at school.

    Ms. Chloe is our caring and encouraging Pre-Toddler Teacher who loves watching her students grow and helping them reach important milestones. She takes pride in guiding little learners, but her favorite part of teaching is the joy of learning from the children herself each day. During circle time, Chloe brings lots of energy and fun by singing and dancing to her favorite children’s song, “Three Little Monkeys.” A fun fact about Chloe is that she used to wrestle and play soccer before having knee surgery, showing her students that strength and determination come in many forms.

    Ms. Sirenatee has been teaching in childcare for six years and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our Pre-Toddler classroom.     Ms. Jozie has been teaching for two years and brings a hands-on, playful approach to her classroom. She hopes her students develop a positive attitude and a love for learning that carries with them as they grow. Jozie was inspired to work in early childhood education after having a child of her own and discovering the joy of watching little ones learn and thrive. Her favorite children’s book to share is “The Cat in the Hat” (yellow fish edition), and she loves bringing stories to life in fun and engaging ways. A fun fact about Jozie is that she enjoys taking her daughter on hikes, and her absolute favorite role in life is being a mom to her little one.

    Kara is a Master Teacher in our Get Set classroom and holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. She has been teaching in childcare for over 3 years and absolutely loves working with young children. Kara is passionate about creating a fun, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children can grow, learn, and explore with confidence. She especially enjoys bringing art into her classroom, encouraging the creative side of kids, and helping them express themselves through hands-on projects. A fun fact about Kara is that she brings warmth and enthusiasm into everything she does, making her classroom a welcoming space for both children and families.

    Jamie is our AMAZING Get Set teacher, known for her boundless creativity, positive energy, and genuine love for working with young children. Jamie has a special talent for connecting with each child and helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Her passion for teaching and her warm, creative spirit make her an incredible asset to our Get Set program and a favorite among children and families alike. Jamie has her CDA in childcare and is one of our Master Teachers at Goddard.

    Preschool Teacher-Master
    Rebecca is a Master Teacher in our Preschool classroom with over 10 years of teaching experience. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and is currently working toward her Bachelor’s Degree. In addition, she has earned certifications in both Special Education and Early Education, further strengthening her ability to support and guide all learners. Rebecca is passionate about creating a classroom environment where every child feels supported, encouraged, and excited to learn. She loves helping preschoolers develop the skills and confidence they need to be successful in school and beyond. A fun fact about Rebecca is that she is a proud bonus mom to three wonderful kiddos and loves going on adventures with them. Her dedication to both her family and her students shines through in everything she does.

Her goal is to inspire confidence, independence, and a love of learning in every child she teaches. Her favorite book is "Herm the worm". Cheyenne will also be seen throwing dance parties with her kids in the classroom to get those afternoon wiggles out.
