Our Goddard School Teachers

With 19 years of experience in education as a teacher, literacy specialist, and administrator, Kim Bowerman is dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education and building strong partnerships with families. She believes every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where curiosity is encouraged, confidence is built, and a lifelong love of learning begins. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from John Brown University and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. Kim and her husband, Jeff, are also the owners of The Goddard School in Bixby and are proud to bring The Goddard School's high standards of excellence, innovation, and care to the Jenks community.

Kyana brings 12 years of experience in early childhood education, including six years working within The Goddard School family. She holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infants and Toddlers, as well as her Bronze Director’s Credential. Kyana’s love for children and her desire to make a positive difference during such an important stage of their lives inspired her to pursue a career in early childhood education. She especially enjoys watching children learn, grow, and discover something new each day. Her teaching philosophy centers on being present for each child’s milestones, celebrating their accomplishments, and helping them develop confidence and independence. Kyana hopes every child at The Goddard School learns the importance of kindness, respect, confidence, and independence during their time here. Outside of school, Kyana enjoys cooking, fishing, and spending time with her husband and their five dogs.

Kelly has been part of The Goddard School family for the past two years and brings seven years of experience in early childhood education. Her love for children and passion for helping them learn and grow inspired her to pursue a career in early childhood education. What Kelly enjoys most about working with children is watching them discover new things, develop confidence, and grow into their unique personalities. She believes early childhood education provides the foundation for lifelong knowledge and nurtures a genuine love of learning. Kelly hopes every child at The Goddard School learns not only to be a lifelong learner, but also how to be a good friend to the world around them. Outside of school, Kelly enjoys gaming, crocheting, and spending quality time with her own children.

Ms. Paola joined the Goddard Team in August of 2025. She truly loves working with babies and being part of their earliest experiences. She believes the infant classroom should feel like a second home—warm, calm, and full of care. She enjoys building strong, trusting bonds with each child and learning their unique personalities, routines, and needs. Caring for infants is more than her job—it’s something she genuinely loves and takes pride in every day!

Jennifer brings nearly two years of experience in early childhood education, along with the invaluable experience of being a mother of five. She loves the joy children bring each day, especially their contagious smiles and excitement as they learn, explore, and try new things. Jennifer believes children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to step outside their comfort zones. She hopes every child knows they are capable of trying new things, big or small, and that she will always be there to support and cheer them on. Her goal is to help children build confidence and take pride in who they are and what they can accomplish. Outside of school, Jennifer enjoys family game nights and cheering on her children as they pursue their passions, from robotics, football, wrestling, and motocross to painting and simply spending time together.

Taydym has been part of The Goddard School family for four years and also holds a Food Handler Certificate. Her passion for early childhood education began when she helped care for her baby brother, sparking a love for working with young children. Taydym especially enjoys dance parties and baby snuggles, but her favorite part of working with children is watching them grow, learn, and thrive in a supportive environment. She hopes every child she works with learns the importance of kindness and compassion for others. Taydym strives to create a classroom where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to be themselves as they discover and learn each day. Outside of school, Taydym enjoys listening to music, reading, and playing games with friends.

Nadia holds an Associate of Applied Science degree and a Certificate of Mastery, with eight years of experience in early childhood education. Her passion comes from her love of inquisitive minds and her desire to help children become confident, capable, and independent learners. Nadia loves the happiness and curiosity children bring each day and especially enjoys watching them grow when they feel loved, supported, and nurtured. Her teaching philosophy centers on play-based learning and encouraging children with a simple message: “You got it!” She believes children learn best when given opportunities to explore, ask questions, and discover their abilities. Nadia hopes every child learns to be kind, use good manners, and believe in themselves. Outside of The Goddard School, Nadia is a licensed esthetician and enjoys beauty, self-care, and relaxation.

Sheree holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infants and Toddlers and brings 10 years of experience in early childhood education. Her love for children and desire to provide a safe, loving extension of home inspired her to pursue a career in early childhood. She values giving parents peace of mind, knowing their babies are safe, secure, and cared for while they are away. Sheree especially enjoys witnessing the pure wonder, excitement, and joy babies experience as they explore their world and watching their growth and development unfold. Her teaching philosophy is centered on creating a warm, secure environment where each child’s physical and emotional needs are met with love and nurturing care. She hopes every infant who leaves her classroom has experienced a strong foundation of love, security, and growth. Outside of school, Sheree enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and spending quality time with her family.

Casey has completed some college coursework and is a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her experience teaching and caring for her own son inspired her to pursue a career in early childhood education and pour into the lives of other children. Casey enjoys watching children learn, grow, and feel comfortable being their authentic selves. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the understanding that every child comes from a unique background, and we may not always know what experiences have shaped them. She strives to provide a safe, nurturing space while also offering the structure children need to feel secure and open to learning both academically and emotionally. Casey hopes the children in her classroom learn to respect their own boundaries, understand and express their emotions, and feel confident being themselves. Outside of school, Casey enjoys reading and taking walks with her family.

Ms. Cindy is an Assistant Teacher.

Martha "Liz" holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and brings extensive experience working with children. She served as a Girl Scout leader for 14 years, supported children with disabilities, volunteered as a room mom for all three of her children, and organized children’s events throughout her retail career. Liz joined early childhood education to try something new while helping children learn and grow. She enjoys encouraging children to try new things and watching their excitement when they discover something for the first time. Her philosophy is centered on helping every child recognize their potential and inspiring greatness in each of them. She hopes children have fun while developing people skills, problem-solving skills, and an appreciation for the little things in life. Outside of school, Liz enjoys dancing with her husband, spending time with her children and grandchildren, caring for her animals, visiting the zoo or aquarium, being outdoors, and taking pictures.

Ms. Trinity brings nearly two years of experience working with children and is passionate about helping them learn, grow, and discover new things. She loves that children are like sponges, eagerly absorbing new information and experiences, and she enjoys that no two days in the classroom are ever the same. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child is unique and learns in their own way. She believes educators should adapt to each child’s individual learning style while making learning fun, engaging, and meaningful. Ms. Trinity hopes every child at The Goddard School develops important life skills while also knowing they are loved, valued, and safe. She strives to create a classroom where children feel comfortable being themselves and excited to learn. Outside of school, Ms. Trinity enjoys playing video games, playing soccer, and baking.
