Hi My name is Susan, welcome to the Goddard School of South Lebanon! My parents, Sandy and Pete Joseph embarked on this journey with The Goddard School franchise in 1997. For over 20 years, our school has been committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in our community. I graduated from The University of South Carolina with a degree in Psychology. I have two sons in College and a fantastic husband as my support system. Hello! My name is Karmen. I have been the Director here at The Goddard School since 2003. I graduated from Cedarville University, where I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, and a minor in Bible and Early Childhood Education. My husband Nathan and I have three children together. We have two beautiful daughters Madison and Chandler, and one son Gabriel. My children definitely keep me busy with all of their sport activities. I enjoy working one on one with teachers to help provide a safe, nurturing and educational environment for the children here at The Goddard School.

In 2012, I graduated from The University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I am married to Andrew and we have three children, two boys and a girl! I love interacting with children watching them develop into young learners. I also really enjoy supporting teachers and being able to guide them to be the best teachers they can be. .

Hi! My name is Brad Jones. I grew up in Kettering, Ohio. I have lived in Lebanon, Ohio since 2018 with my wife, daughter, and new dog. I have been a youth group volunteer for three years. I have also been a part of many different summer camps with many schools as a counselor. I graduated from Wright State University with a degree in Business Marketing.

Hello, my name is Faith! I am in my 5th year of teaching and excited to be a part of Goddard this year as your child’s Kindergarten teacher. I have a wonderful husband of 5 years and 2 beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. I look forward to getting to know you and your child and seeing all that they accomplish this year!

Reagan joined our team in May of 2022. She is currently studying Early Childhood Education at The University of Cincinnati. Reagan was recently accepted in their prestigious College of Education where she will receive her Bachelor's degree. In her free time, Reagan enjoys reading and spending time with her dog Dexter.

Rachel is a loving mother of three children Jackson, Anderson, and Gabby. Rachel has a Bachelor degree from Bowling Green State University. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys watching her sons play football and basketball. She also like to participate in yoga and cycling. Rachel is very passionate about our infant program and enjoys watching the infants learn and grow!

Hello, my name is Tina. I am a mother of five boys and nine grandchildren. I have been at The Goddard School since August of 2011. I have worked with all age groups since starting at The Goddard School. I have many years of experience when it comes to working with children. My experience here has been rewarding every step of the way. From a wonderful staff, awesome management team; it has truly been my second home. Hello, and welcome to the Caterpillar Room! My name is Ms. Amber and I am the lead teacher in the Caterpillar Room. I enjoy trying new things (especially food) and spending time with my husband and daughter, Emeliana. I moved here from Fort Bragg, NC in 2021 and have been at Goddard since then! I've always loved children, but it wasn't until I had my daughter last year that I realized I wanted to work with them everyday. It is an honor to play a role in shaping their minds.

After graduation I taught at a school in Zimbabwe, Africa for a year. I have fifteen years of experience working in Preschool and Kindergarten classrooms with children ranging in ages from three to five. I have been working at The Goddard School since 2008. I married my husband Cody in August of 2016 at the beach in Florida. I have two children, a boy Wyatt and a girl Daisy. Teaching children and watching their expressions when they are successful is the most rewarding part of my day!

Hi! My name is Emily. I started working at The Goddard School in December 2019. I graduated from Gov’s Virtual Learning Homeschooling. I have two handsome little boys that I love spending time with outside of work. I have always loved children, so it is my pleasure to work and teach your children everyday here. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and children.

Faith comes to us with years of experience working with children. She is a mother of two, a daughter named Kaylee and a son named Lincoln. Faith provided in home care for over three years and was also a foster parent. Faith has a huge love for the outdoors and horses! Faith is so excited to bring her love for learning to the children and has already developed a bond with the ones in her classroom.

Hello! My name is Courtney and I’ve been with Goddard since March 2023. I came upon Goddard while delivering groceries to the school and immediately fell in love. Before returning to the work field, I was a stay at home mom to my twin girls, Willow and Eden. I love that they get to come to school with me every day. It’s been a great experience working in the Infant II room and getting to know the kids as well as their families.

Angel joined our team in 2022. She is married with two children, Ashton and Evan. In her spare time she loves hanging out with her family and watching movies and exploring the outdoors. She loves working at Goddard! Angle says that she enjoys seeing the children develop their imaginative play during their free time, but her favorite part of the day is during centers. Helping the children learn new things and seeing their excitement over their accomplishments is the best!

Hi Bienveniidos! I am Ms. Biviana. I have been fortunate and blessed to be a teacher at The Goddard School. It puts a smile on my face to engage with these children everyday. My homeland is Perú. While living there, I worked at a preschool with children aged 4-7 years. I have a certificate for Early Childhood Education. Since living in Cincinnati, I also volunteer at Head Start in Hamilton working with children from 3-5 years. I am thankful for the opportunity to work in a nurtuing, loving environment where children can learn and experience new challenges that will help build their confidence while they play.

I graduated from Little Miami High School in 2013 then and worked in the medical field for four years as a medical assistant. Kelsey has been a teacher here at the school since July of 2021. She has a 9 month old son named Grayson. Kelsey is actively pursuing her Associates Degree in child development. She enjoys being outside and spending time with family. Kelsey's calm, loving personality has been such a wonderful addition to our toddler program.
