Hello, my name is Craig and I am the owner of The Goddard School located in South Lebanon, Ohio. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in business from Miami University. My wife Susan and I are thrilled to be involved with the Goddard community. Providing a safe, and modern facility, with amazing teachers is of the upmost importance to us. We are looking forward to providing a tremendous learning environment for your children, and getting to know you.

Hi My name is Susan, welcome to the Goddard School of South Lebanon! My parents, Sandy and Pete Joseph embarked on this journey with The Goddard School franchise in 1997. For over 20 years, our school has been committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in our community. I graduated from The University of South Carolina with a degree in Psychology. I have two sons in College and a fantastic husband as my support system. I'm excited to get to know you and your children!

Hello! My name is Karmen. I have been the Director here at The Goddard School since 2003. I graduated from Cedarville University, where I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, and a minor in Bible and Early Childhood Education. My husband Nathan and I have three children together. We have two beautiful daughters Madison and Chandler, and one son Gabriel. My children definitely keep me busy with all of their sport activities. I enjoy working one on one with teachers to help provide a safe, nurturing and educational environment for the children here at The Goddard School.

Hello! My name is Amanda and I have been working at The Goddard School since September 2010. In 2012, I graduated from The University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I am married to Andrew and we have three children, two boys and a girl! I love interacting with children watching them develop into young learners. I also really enjoy supporting teachers and being able to guide them to be the best teachers they can be. .

Hi! My name is Brad Jones. I grew up in Kettering, Ohio. I have lived in Lebanon, Ohio since 2018 with my wife, daughter, and new dog. I have been a youth group volunteer for three years. I have also been a part of many different summer camps with many schools as a counselor. I graduated from Wright State University with a degree in Business Marketing.

My name is Tessa Spriggs and I am the Curriculum Coordinator on the Management Team here at The Goddard School - South Lebanon. I am a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati holding my Bachelor’s in Middle Childhood Education and my Master’s in Educational Leadership with my School Principal License. I also hold my TESOL Certificate, have a Spanish Minor, and am working on my Special Education Leadership Certificate as well. I worked in the public school system in Ohio and in Florida for 6 years before coming here, and I actually worked here at The Goddard School during summers while I was in college. I am beyond excited to be back full-time and to bring all of my experience to help our children succeed. I hope you feel and get to see that I see your children as my children too. Outside of school, I spend time with my husband, my son, and our 2 golden retrievers. I look forward to getting to know all of you and your families!

My name is Ms. Shaaheda and I am the assistant teacher in Pre K. I am happy to welcome you to the classroom this year. I hold a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with a major in Biology. After graduation I taught at a school in Zimbabwe, Africa for a year. I have fifteen years of experience working in Preschool and Kindergarten classrooms with children ranging in ages from three to five. I have been working at The Goddard School since 2008. I have three wonderful children, a son and two daughters.

Hi, my name is Tiff and I have been working at the Goddard School since 2010. I am a 2009 graduate of Little Miami High School. I love to fish and do outdoor activities. I married my husband Cody in August of 2016 at the beach in Florida. I have two children, a boy Wyatt and a girl Daisy. Teaching children and watching their expressions when they are successful is the most rewarding part of my day!

Hello! My name is Tina! I started working at The Goddard School in October of 2019. I have many years of childcare experience and have found my passion! I have 3 amazing boys. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am excited to be with The Goddard Family and help children learn and grow everyday!

Rachel obtained her Bachelor's degree in psychology from The University of Cincinnati. She has always had a love for children and their development, and is excited to be working where she can help mold the child and watch them succeed and thrive. Rachel is the mother of two young boys that keep her busy and always laughing. She enjoys learning new strategies to help young minds grow. Rachel has previous experience working with children and is excited to bring that and her education here to our school!

Reagan joined our team in May of 2022. She is currently studying Early Childhood Education at The University of Cincinnati. Reagan was recently accepted in their prestigious College of Education where she will receive her Bachelor's degree. In her free time, Reagan enjoys reading and spending time with her dog Dexter.

Hi! My name is Emily. I started working at The Goddard School in December 2019. I graduated from Gov’s Virtual Learning Homeschooling. I have two handsome little boys that I love spending time with outside of work. I have always loved children, so it is my pleasure to work and teach your children everyday here. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and children.

Hello, and welcome to the Caterpillar Room! My name is Ms. Amber and I am the lead teacher in the Caterpillar Room. I enjoy trying new things (especially food) and spending time with my husband and daughter, Emeliana. I moved here from Fort Bragg, NC in 2021 and have been at Goddard since then! I've always loved children, but it wasn't until I had my daughter last year that I realized I wanted to work with them everyday. It is an honor to play a role in shaping their minds.

Faith comes to us with years of experience working with children. She is a mother of two, a daughter named Kaylee and a son named Lincoln. Faith provided in home care for over three years and was also a foster parent. Faith has a huge love for the outdoors and horses! Faith is so excited to bring her love for learning to the children and has already developed a bond with the ones in her classroom.

Angel joined our team in 2022. She is married with two children, Ashton and Evan. In her spare time she loves hanging out with her family and watching movies and exploring the outdoors. She loves working at Goddard! Angle says that she enjoys seeing the children develop their imaginative play during their free time, but her favorite part of the day is during centers. Helping the children learn new things and seeing their excitement over their accomplishments is the best!

Hi Bienveniidos! I am Ms. Biviana. I have been fortunate and blessed to be a teacher at The Goddard School. It puts a smile on my face to engage with these children everyday. My homeland is Perú. While living there, I worked at a preschool with children aged 4-7 years. I have a certificate for Early Childhood Education. Since living in Cincinnati, I also volunteer at Head Start in Hamilton working with children from 3-5 years. I am thankful for the opportunity to work in a nurtuing, loving environment where children can learn and experience new challenges that will help build their confidence while they play.

Hi, my name is Tonya and welcome to the Pre-Kindergarten Class! I have three children of my own; two daughters and a son. I graduated from Little Miami High School in 2013 then and worked in the medical field for four years as a medical assistant. I love spending time with the children - watching their brilliant minds learn more each day and teaching them new things! I am currently enrolled at University of Phoenix to get my bachelor's degree in administration. In my free time I love spending time with my family as well as doing photography on the side. I am excited to learn more about your child and lend a hand in their learning development.

Kelsey has been a teacher here at the school since July of 2021. She has a 9 month old son named Grayson. Kelsey is actively pursuing her Associates Degree in child development. She enjoys being outside and spending time with family. Kelsey's calm, loving personality has been such a wonderful addition to our toddler program.

Hi! My name is Ms. Jess! I love spending time outside with my Great Dane puppy and keeping active by playing softball for UC! I am an assistant teacher in the Kindergarten classroom and I am currently enrolled at UC Blue Ash going for my Bachelors degree in Secondary Education for Mathematics. I am bringing my student teaching internship and observation experiences to the classroom along with my previous childcare/ day care experiences! I love children and am looking forward to meeting your special little ones and getting to know them!

I have a passion for helping each child move forward in all areas of development. A little about me: I have two boys: Kayden and Gabriel. Hello! My name is Joanna. I have been working at The Goddard School since August 2021. I have one daughter, her name is Ella. She is the light of my light. She loves going on walks and listening to me read stories. I really enjoy watching children learn and grow each day. I am excited to get to know your children and to be apart of their lives!

Hello, my name is Kaleb. I was born and raised in Monroe, Ohio! I later went onto graduate from Lakota East High School. I love being able to spend time with my family - especially my two nephews. One of my favorite hobbies is videogames. I am so excited to be a part of The Goddard School and grow alongside the children in our Pre-School Program. My hope is to help them learn about their interests and help them become confident and prepared as they enter education system.

Hey! My name is Tamela. I am proud to say that I have been teaching at The Goddard School in the Infant Program since 2023! I have six children of my own and they keep me very busy! I have lived in Cincinnati all my life and love to explore it in my spare time. I also love to read, travel, and cook. I am looking forward to getting to know your family and your child!

Hello! My name is Gabby Woods and I have been at The Goddard School since the Summer of 2024. I am a recent graduate of The University of Findlay with a degree in Special Education and Early Childhood Education. I do not have any children myself but share a love for them through this wonderful institution. In addition to my time here, I am in pursuit of a career in professional golf. I look forward to meeting you and working with your child.

My name is Kyra Lee Maloney, or as the kids call me, Ms. Kyra! I am an assistant teacher here at The Goddard School. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2019 with my Associates in Early Childhood Education and then from Ohio University with my Bachelors in Moderate to Intensive Needs Intervention in 2022. I love spending my free time outdoors hiking, painting, listening to music and loving on my two fur babies Gypsie and Poppy. I have worked in both daycare settings and with individuals with disabilities in high school as well as transition services. I am so eager to be a member of the Goddard team as well as to help and watch your children bloom.
