As a mother of two children, Janie recognizes the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment, which is why she chose The Goddard School. Prior to owning a Goddard School, Janie owned an interior design business for the last 30 years and worked in real estate for the last 25 years. Janie and her husband have had the opportunity to travel all over the world teaching business owner leadership skills, and her family still shares mutual interest in real estate. “Children learn best through play,” says Janie. “I am thrilled to be able to provide a fun, play-based learning experience for the children in my community.” Janie invites your family to visit the beautiful new School in Grandview. Hi, my name is Jody Mullins and I am so excited to be the new Director of The Goddard School of Grandview. I graduated with a dual major in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from West Chester University of PA. I have been in a preschool setting working as a teacher since 1993. After a retail management position upon moving to Ohio, I knew it was time for a change. I then became a Director of a Preschool, where I stayed until COVID shut us down. I was fortunate to be able to stay home from 2020-2021 to help raise my granddaughter, Brooklynn, which was an absolute pleasure and joy. Near the end of 2021, it was time once again to get back to work. I became the Director of a childcare center and enjoyed being part of the school's growth. Please know I have an open-door policy and am here to help your child(ren) grow, learn and succeed. Learning through play is most important and one that I agree with wholeheartedly. Thank you all for letting me along for the ride!

Ms. Melanie is the mother of two grown children. She is the newest member of our Administrative team. She has worked in the early education field since she was 16 years old. She has an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and is finishing up her Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies. She has worked with all age groups as well as spent time as an administrator. Teaching children is her passion. Her favorite thing is the little gifts received from a child. A flower picked or a picture drawn because they are "choosing to give you the most precious gift they have to give."

Ms. Alexandra has been with our school since its opening in the spring of 2019. She has been all over our building during her time with us, learning and growing in the field of Early Childhood Education and cultivating a deep passion for teaching. Ms. Alex is a Columbus native who enjoys visiting local restaurants and businesses, photography, and traveling. Ms. Alex believes that even the wisest mind has something yet to learn, and strives to grow in knowledge right alongside the children in her care. Ms. Alex is dedicated to providing a warm and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff alike.

Ms. Libby was born and raised in Columbus, OH, and has been at the Goddard School of Grandview since March of 2023! With an Associate of Arts degree from Columbus State Community College under her belt, she started out as a floater while I finished my BA in Psychology and my minor in Video Arts at Ohio State University. O-H! After graduating in August, she decided to accept a full-time position at another wonderful childcare center, and she is so excited to be continuing my journey here at Goddard. She entered this position with 8 years of prior experience in childcare, with children ranging from 2 months to 14 years. Whether she was babysitting, an assistant teacher, a floater, a camp counselor, or running a fitness babysitting center, she has always enjoyed what she does.

Ms. Megan is a wife and mother of 3. They are her pride and joy and she enjoys spending every moment with them. They love fishing, camping, and playing inside or outside. Her favorite thing to do with them inside is to build a tent, watch a movie, and eat popcorn. She loves to walk around her pond, jump on the trampoline, and play on the swing set, along with enjoying bonfires. She has 2 dogs named Redick and Luna. They are Australian cattle dogs/ Heelers. She is super excited to be working here at The Goddard School as she meets new people. She has been working in the childcare industry for over 12 years, working with the ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. She loves working with and teaching children and learning from them as well.

My name is Angelena (Lena). I'm a recent graduate of Grove City Career Academy where I studied interactive media design. I live in a country area with my 3 dogs Moe, Grizzy, and my newest pup Daisey May. I love anything that has to do with being creative like painting, drawing, photography, and coloring. I've been working at Goddard since 2022 and am very excited to watch all of our babies grow and to learn more from Ms Megan.

Hi! My name is Kate Lambert. I was born and raised in London Ohio. I attended London City schools. I have a beautiful 2-Year-old son, (Hudson) and have another on the way! I’m engaged to the love of my life and plan on getting married within the next year. I adore working with Children and have been in the field for 2 years. I plan on working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education. My Hobbies include Camping, Hiking, Being outdoors, Painting & Pyrography. I’m looking forward to starting my career with Goddard!

Ms. Casey is an assistant teacher in our First Steps room and is currently working towards her CDA. She is the oldest of two siblings and was born and raised in Northern Ohio. She grew up watching her younger sister and cousins. She is passionate about creating a safe and fun environment for children to learn. In her free time, she loves to read and write stories along with binge-watching all of the Harry Potter movies!

Hi, my name is Randi. I have my CDA in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with all age groups some with disabilities and special needs for the past 6 years. I went to Academia Medical Institute where I earned my STNA license to work as an in-home health provider for the elderly. When I'm not learning something new from my little's I enjoy spending time with my fiance Ryan, my daughter Angelena, and our three fur babies Moe, Gizzy, and my newest pup Daisey I'm excited to get to know and work with the Goddard family.

Ms. Ashley was born and raised in Groveport, Ohio. During high school, she volunteered with children and soon discovered her passion for education. She received her associate's degree and bachelor's degree in Early/Middle Childhood Studies from The Ohio State University. After working at her first preschool she soon realized that Early Childhood Education was what she wanted to do. She has been working in the field since 2014. When she's not working she loves to travel with her family and spend time with her four dogs.

Ms. Sheila has worked mainly with infants in the field of Early Childhood Education since 2013. She is working on completing her CDA with the intention of continuing her education further. In her free time, she likes to travel and spend time with friends and family. She loves working with children. She feels there is nothing better than watching a child reach a developmental goal.

Ms. Benicia is originally from Champaign Illinois and moved to Columbus in 2016. Her love for children began at a very young age while helping her mother out in her in-home childcare. Ms. Benicia has served as a teacher in the field of early learning for 8 years and thoroughly enjoys nurturing children and helping them develop cognitively, emotionally, socially, and physically. She believes that teaching children is her purpose in life. She is currently attending Columbus State Community College pursuing a degree in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, traveling to see family, and going to the movies. Ms. Benicia is so excited to be a part of The Goddard School of Grandview team and looks forward to teaching and providing loving care to families.

Ms. Allie was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from Columbus City Schools. She has worked with children 2-3 years old as well as preschool/pre-k aged children. She also has experience babysitting children of all ages for family members. She will soon become a first-time mom in a few short months. She hopes to pursue higher education in ECDE and Psychology. She hopes to someday work with elementary school children. Ms. Allie's hobbies include reading, hiking, and hanging out with her pets. She has 3 cats and one dog. She is so excited to be a part of the Goddard team and get to know all of the children and families.

Ms. Becky is from Columbus, Ohio, and is in her 33rd year of teaching young children. She is a talented artist who specializes in teaching art to individuals from 8 months old to adulthood. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her partner, their 3 boys, and their beloved pets!

Miss Christina has 19 years of experience in Early Childhood settings. She has worked with infants through pre-k and loves watching children grow. She is a mom of 3 wonderful children and a grandmother. She has her associate's degree from Columbus State in Early Childhood Education. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Childhood Studies. Miss Christina enjoys reading mystery books and Zumba in between work and school. Christina believes that children are our best teachers about the world from their perspective.

Ms. Claire was born and raised right here in Grandview Heights, Ohio. She has several years of experience in the education field and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University. She loves working with children and gets so much joy out of watching them have that “Ah-Ha” moment. Getting to be a part of the growth of young children is the greatest of gifts. When she’s not here at school, Ms. Claire is hanging out with friends, family, or her cats at home. She is so excited to be a part of The Goddard family!

Ms. Helen is the mother of three adult children and a loving grandmother to twin grandsons and two granddaughters. Her love for being with children comes from growing up in a large family with seven siblings and a lot of nieces and nephews. Celebrations and holidays are always loud but FUN occasions in Ms. Helen’s family. She looks forward to bringing all that fun and experience with her own family to our Goddard family here in Grandview.

Ms. Kirsten or Ms. Zeng was born in New Jersey. She also lived in Pennsylvania and Illinois before making it to Ohio. Her high school years were spent at Dublin Scioto where a majority of time was spent in the art room prior to graduating. Since graduation, she has attended school for her STNA and also Bee school. Ms. Zeng has a great love for some of God's smallest creatures. She has raised butterflies, ghost mantids, spinny flower mantids, and a stick mantis. Someday she hopes to add an orchid mantis to that group! Ms. Zeng is the proud mother of a greyhound, an Italian greyhound, and a hairless Chinese crested. She also has a one-eyed chameleon and a lot of fish. In her free time she likes to travel, go to concerts, create artwork, and garden along with taking care of her 4 legged and finned babies. In Ms. Zeng's garden, you will find mostly medicinal herbs and things that attract your pollinators. Ms. Zeng is a big kid at heart!

Ms. Eleah was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and moved to Westerville, Ohio where she attended the DACC career program. She has been in childcare for a few years now and holds high standards for herself as well as the well-being of those around her. She considers Goddard to be like a family that encourages her to be her best. She comes from a big family at home as well. She is passionate about education and aspires to create a fun and energetic environment full of singing and dancing. She values her students and makes sure each and every child has equal opportunities for growth. Her students are very special to her and she values each child as well as their families. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, eating, and writing.

Ms. Monika was born and raised in Poland. In 2014, she came to the United States as a part of an exchange program that focused on child care. Since then, she has been working with kids ranging from infants to young teens. When she is not working with children, she enjoys spending time with friends, and family, or watching a good movie. Her hobbies are photography and traveling. She hopes to create a happy and positive environment not only for children but also for our Goddard School team members.

Christy was born and raised in Lancaster, OH. She went to Columbus State Community College where she received her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys cooking and baking. She also loves spending time outdoors and going camping. Ms. Christy has been in the Early Childhood field for 28 years. She loves spending time with children and watching their progress as they grow. " It is such a joy to nurture and love your children every single day."

Mr. Roberto was born and raised in Toluca, Mexico. He graduated from the Ohio State University with a B.S. in Psychology. He likes to cook and play games with his partner. This is his first time working in a childcare setting and he loves that every day is fun and exciting.

My name is Esther Seungbo Roh, I live in Columbus, Ohio with 3 of my children. Since 2010, while working as a writer creating my own works, I have been working as a local artist, I love children, I am interested in their art education, I love to draw with them, I love interacting, teaching, and helping. I am also interested in early childhood education. To broaden this systematic knowledge, I studied art education at a community college and Ohio State University Graduate School. While developing my skills as an artist, I am working hard towards my future dream of art education and am now gaining teacher experience by teaching early childhood courses.

Miss Gabby was born and raised in Columbus, OH. She graduated from Whitehall-Yearling High School and has taken some classes at Columbus State. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, and drawing. She has been working in the Early Childhood Field for a whole year now. Gabby loves watching children figure the world out and explore their surroundings.

Ashley P was born and raised in Princeton, West Virginia where she graduated in 2018. She moved to the Columbus, Ohio area in February of 2023 with her wonderful husband and their two beautiful daughters. She is passionate about helping children succeed in any way that she can! Children warm her heart in so many ways. She is so grateful for the career opportunity she has gained through The Goddard School. She is stoked to see what the future holds and looks forward to working with all the children who walk through the door.

Ms. Courtney was born and raised in Grove City, OH. She graduated from Central Crossing High School and is attending Columbus State to obtain her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She loves to read and spend time with friends and family. Goddard is my first center experience. She loves seeing the creativity and curiosity that children possess. She also loves watching them learn new things and create strong relationships with their peers and teachers.

Ms. Olivia grew up in Hilliard, OH, where she graduated from Hilliard Davidson High School. She has been working with children for the last six years in between raising her own family. Her family includes her husband and their four silly kids. She enjoys many different creative outlets including art, DIY projects, singing, and writing. She has previous experience working hands-on with children in the Autistic community and is passionate about teaching all children. Ms. Isamar was born in Columbus, OH but was raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She graduated from Colegio Santa Rosa de Lima in the Dominican Republic. Her hobbies include basketball, baseball, and cooking. She is new to the childcare field but is excited to watch how children react when they achieve a goal.

Zoe was born and raised here in Columbus, OH. She graduated from Columbus Alternative School and Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Psychology. She enjoys drawing/painting, hiking, kayaking, listening to music, and playing with her pets. She has volunteered for 10 years as a camp counselor with children ages 8-17. She has been working in childcare since January 2023. She "loves watching children explore and learn about the world around them and helping to foster inquisitiveness, independence, and emotional intelligence. They are the future and we owe them the very best.

Ms. Judy was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, and graduated from Niagra University. She enjoys yoga, biking, ballroom dancing, Contra dancing, ushering, and gardening. She has worked in the Early Childhood Field for over 21 years. She loves the connection with the children and believes they are our greatest teachers.

Mr. Seth was born and raised in Mansfield, OH. He graduated from Madison Comprehensive High School where he studied Early Childhood Education and is currently attending OSU where he is majoring in Education. He is also in the military. He enjoys hiking, working out, video games, and of course teaching. In has been in the Early childhood field for 3+ years and says," I have always had a passion for education, and being able to do this has been my dream career. Seeing the children grow and develop both cognitively and physically has always brought me such joy and made me absolutely love my job.

Ms Madison was born and raised in Grove City, Ohio. She attended Grove City High School and graduated from Southwestern Career Academy with a certification in Early Childhood Education. She loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys babysitting. Madison has 5 years in the Early Childhood field and says she," loves everything about working with children and I love seeing them grow and learn every day."

Presley was born in Columbus, OH, and raised in Hilliard, OH where she graduated from Hilliard Davidson High School. She is currently attending Columbus State. Her hobbies include cooking baking and hiking. She has been working in the early childhood field since she was 18 years old.
