    Onsite Owner
    Alisa Khaitan, Onsite Owner. Ms. Alisa earned a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University where she double majored in Psychology and Economics. She earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University. She is proud to be a part of The Goddard School and is committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in this neighborhood. Ms. Alisa is excited to operate a business that plays an important role in the community by offering an exceptional service for busy parents and is centered on her most important priority-family. Ms Alisa is Child/Infant/Adult CPR & First Aid Certified.

    Owner
    Mr. Pete worked for Bell Labs for the past 20 years. He is a computer wiz! He is one of the awesome owners of our Goddard School and loves being a part of the growth and development of our students and families. He is quite the handyman! Mr. Pete can be seen in the front office, on the playground, or even in the classrooms! He wears many hats at Goddard! Mr. Pete is Child/Infant/Adult CPR & First Aid Certified.

    Education Director
    Ms. Donna has been with Goddard since 1996 and has served many different roles. She began as an infant teacher and has served as assistant director and director at other Goddard Schools. She spent 18 years working for Goddard Corporate as a trainer and school opener around the country. Ms. Donna is very excited to be back in a school and loves being a mentor and coach to the teachers. She is an avid baseball fan, loves to cook, and enjoys spending time with friends!

    Lead Teacher - PreK
    Ms. Jennie is the Lead Teacher in one of our Pre-K classrooms. She graduated from Georgian Court University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and has been teaching for over 17 years. Ms. Jennie loves working with children, but her favorite thing about working in early childhood education is watching a student "light up" when they learn something new. She also loves getting paid to be silly and have dance parties! Her favorite children's book is Oh! The Places You'll Go! by Dr. Seuss. When she's not teaching, Ms. Jennie enjoys painting on canvas, learning about science, and spending time with her family. Her closest friends would describe her as trustworthy, energetic & genuine.

    Teacher - Infants
    Ms. Victoria is the Lead Teacher in our Infants classroom. She has a background working with children of all ages. Ms. Victoria can usually be found singing to and dancing with our little ones with a big smile on her face! Her favorite children's book is The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn. Her closest friends would describe her as warm, gentle, and nurturing. Ms. Victoria is Child/Infant/Adult CPR & First Aid Certified.

    Lead Teacher - Preschool
    Ms. Margaret is the lead teacher in Preschool. She earned her CDA and has worked in Early Childhood for many years. She loves making a meaningful impact on the children in her class and feels incredibly lucky to have a job that doesn't feel like work! Ms. Margaret is certified in Infant/Child CPR and is First Aid Certified.

    Lead Teacher - Preschool
    Ms. Claudia is the Lead Teacher in our Preschool classroom. Ms. Claudia was born in Bogota, Columbia. She speaks Spanish, and is so excited to share her language and culture with the children in her class! Ms. Claudia has two children, ages of 12 and 14. Ms. Claudia has been a part of The Goddard Family since April 2019. She is wonderful addition to our Goddard Rt 70 family and we are very lucky to have her on our team!

    Lead Teacher First Steps
    Dana has worked with children since 1993 in church nursery schools and moms groups, as well as a substitute teacher in preschool. Ms Dana treats her classroom children as if they were her own with lots of hugs and positive words. The best part of working with the little ones is knowing she has made a positive impact on their lives. When Dana is not working, she spends time with her eight children and five grandchildren. She loves going to the beach and visiting with friends.

    Lead Teacher
    Emma is the Lead Teacher in our First Steps Elves classroom. She has been with the Goddard School since March 2023. She has worked with all ages in the school before moving to the role of Lead teacher in November. She is a graduate of Toms River High School North. Emma has danced for 13 years, plays piano, and loves to sing and dance with the children! Emma's Godson is a proud Goddard student and loves to come to school and learn!

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Lisa is the Lead Teacher in our Toddler room. She graduated from Ocean County Community College with a degree in Business Administration. She has worked with children since her teenage years as a girl scout leader, Pioneer Girl Leader, and in Vacation Bible School. Her favorite part about working with children is watching them learn and have fun at the same time. She loves making a difference in children's lives. She is currently working towards her CDA. When she isn't working, Lisa spends time with her children and family. She loves going to the beach, horseback riding, swimming with dolphins, baking, going to the lighthouse, and taking her children to new places. Her closest friends would describe her as a kind, loving, patient, compassionate, and positive person. Ms. Lisa's favorite book is Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss. She is CPR and First Aid certified.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Nicole is an Assistant Teacher Floater, helping out in various classrooms as needed. She has her Teacher's Aide certificate from Penn Foster and is currently attending Ocean County College. She has wanted to be a teacher since before she can remember, and enjoys leading the children during morning meeting and music/movement activities. Her proudest moment as a teacher is whenever the students remember her because of all the fun things they learned while in her care. Her favorite children's book is Corduroy by Don Freeman and her favorite children's author is Mercer Mayer. When Ms. Nicole isn't teaching, she loves to play board games with her family and read. Her closest friends would describe her as happy and strong! Ms. Nicole is First Aid/CPR certified.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Breanna is the Assistant Teacher in our Toddlers and School Age Classrooms. Breanna is a graduate of Rowan University and holds her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Her favorite thing about working in early childhood education is interacting with all different types of children and being able to help them grow and progress towards individual milestones. Her proudest moment as a teacher was when she taught at a preschool near Rowan University. She knew every student at the school by name and it made her feel happy when they smiled and said hello to her each morning, because she felt like she had made a positive impact on them. Her favorite children's book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff. When Breanna is not working, she enjoys shopping, walking her dog, and going to the gym. She also enjoys riding jet skis in the summer. Her closest friends would describe her as loving, smart & kind hearted. Ms. Breanna is Child/Infant/Adult CPR & First Aid Certified.

    Lunch Aide
    Ms. Pam is the Lunch Aide at Goddard Route 70. Pam volunteered for eleven years as a kindergarten aide before coming to Goddard. Her warm and caring nature is evident in all of her interactions with our children. Ms. Pam has a love for reading, a strong commitment towards our students, and feels rewarded in her work. Her favorite children's book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff. Her closest friends would describe her as kind-hearted and cheerful. Ms. Pam is Child/Infant/Adult CPR & First Aid Certified.

    Teacher assistant
    Miss Anyesa, has graduated from TRNHS and quickly went to work for Goddard for her love of children. She plans to further her education with Goddard and always work somewhere that involves kids! She has been working here for a few months and quickly fell in love with the kids she has been with and can’t wait to make more memories! Her favorite thing is having the Morning Meeting with the kids and seeing their happy faces when we read their favorite book! On her free time she likes to listen music and to go to the park with her family and friends and just have so much fun.

    Assistant Teacher - Infants
    Ms. Zina is an Assistant Teacher in our Infants classroom. She was born in Greece where she attended Strategatis College in Athens. For twenty one years, she worked for Alec Baldwin as the manager of his house and raised three of his children! She loves reading and writing poetry. During her free time, she enjoys compiling her family history for her grandchildren. Her closest friends would describe her as intelligent, capable & confident.

    Teacher Assistant
    Ms. Pat joined the Goddard family in October of 2018 and assists many of our classrooms utilizing her unique assets and skills. She was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and considers herself a Jersey girl at heart. In Florida, she worked in a Charter School and gained 9 years of experience. Her love for her grandchildren and family activities makes her a valued member of our Goddard family.

    Teacher Assistant
    Izabelle joined us as an afternoon teacher assistant while she attends Toms River High School. She can be found working in all classrooms and has really come to love all the children! She also worked in our Summer Camp and especially enjoyed going on all the field trips.

    Teacher Assistant
    Miss Jamie just started working at The Goddard this year as an aide in a few different classrooms. A lot of her experience came from being a Sunday school volunteer for 10 years at SRB church in Freehold. She worked at the YMCA and now is thrilled to be working at the Goddard school. Jamie truly loves working with children, and in her free time loves to go to Disney, watch Broadway shows and hang out with friends.

    Teacher Assistant
    Miss Sarah started working at The Goddard as an aide this year and is thrilled to be part of the team. She loves interacting with the children and helping them throughout the day. She particularly loves to read stories to them and helping them settle down for nap time. Sarah used to work at the YMCA and is so happy to be able to continue working with children at The Goddard. In her free time, Sarah loves Disney, going to Broadway shows and chatting with her friends.
