    Owner
    Sanjay Tuladhar is the owner of The Goddard School in Skillman. The kind of environment children grow up in during their early formative years has a direct and profound impact on their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development that lasts a lifetime. In recognition of this important phase of a child’s development stage, along with his lifelong passion for education, Sanjay is proud to present this state-of-the-art facility to the community where children can learn and grow in a fun and safe environment, guided by teachers with the highest qualifications. Sanjay holds an MBA in finance from NYU, B.S. in Electrical Engineering from RPI, and B.S. in Physics/Economics from Wesleyan University. He has held many leadership positions in bellwether financial institutions like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Barclays. He strives to bring the same passion, focus, and professionalism from his days on Wall Street to serve the discerning families of our community.

    Ms Heather

    Director
    Ms. Heather is a Director of the Goddard School in Skillman, NJ. She received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and English from Kean University. She has been with The Goddard School since 2010 and has over 15 years of experience with early childhood education. Miss Heather believes that education is a combination of academic, social, emotional, and physical development and that teaching the correct way at a young age helps children become lifelong learners. She lives in Bordentown, New Jersey with her husband Luis and two children, Jayden and Ella, along with their dog Canela
  • Ms Sweta

    Ms Sweta

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Sweta started her teaching career teaching 11th and 12th graders. She has taught High school in Connecticut before becoming an Early Childhood Educator and a Special Educator. She holds a Master Degree in Biological Sciences and a Bachelors degree in Botany. She also holds a degree in Education and has certifications in Early Childhood Education. She shifted to Education administration as the Curriculum Coordinator, Program Specialist and Assistant Director and has been part of many leading programs. Being in the company of children and playing the role of being their advocate is what she loves most and her favorite thing is to instill love for reading in children. Her most-liked children's authors are Eric Carle, Ronald Dahl and Ruskin Bond. When not working, Ms. Sweta loves adventure sports, traveling, is a voracious reader and a passionate writer. She volunteers her time with NAMI Mercer NJ and NJ Special Olympics. She feels great to be a part of the Goddard Family!

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Rachel has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Middlesex County College and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Kean University. She has over five years of experience in the teaching field, and enjoys providing a safe, fun, comfortable, and educational environment for children to grow. She believes that each child is unique and likes to show them how to be responsible and independent learners. Rachel also enjoys giving them the tools to believe in themselves and to respect one another. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with families and friends, and making arts and crafts.

    Ms. Sarah has earned her CDA in 2017 for infant/toddler program. She has over 14 years of experience working with young toddlers and infants in many childcare settings. She loves watching children grow with learning and play. She has a special heart for all children and is dedicated to helping them reach their full potential.

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Jackie has an associate degree in Elementary Education from Raritan Valley Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies where she explored many different cultures and traditions from countries all over the world! She has over five years of experience with toddlers and enjoys watching them grow and learn each day! She believes that each child has their unique way to explore the world through the different domains of learning. She is proud to watch children reach their potential and develop their own personality. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with friends and cuddling with her dog, Mac.

    Ms Izabela

    Lead Twos Teacher
    Ms. Izabela earned her Master's degree in Biology with a specialization in teaching at the secondary level. She also finished her postgraduate studies in Integral Early Childhood Education. She believes each child is unique with special talents and strengths that should be promoted at each level of education, and it's the responsibility of educators to properly direct their emotional and cognitive development to equip them with the essential knowledge and life skills. She is a huge proponent of continuous education in life, constantly striving for personal growth and professional development. She recently graduated from RVCC, where she completed the Health Science program and earned an Associate degree in Science. A healthy lifestyle is a priority that she incorporates into her curriculum as well.

    Ms Serena

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Serena is an alumna of the Pennsylvania State University. She graduated in 2022 with a bachelors in Biobehavioral Health and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies! Ms. Serena has been part of the Goddard family since 2020 in State College, PA, where she worked with children from infants to toddlers. During her spare time, she loves spending time with her Pit Bull named Nittany!
  • Ms Pooja

    Ms Pooja

    Assistant Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Pooja is our assistant teacher in the Preschool classroom. She graduated from The University of Delhi and has earned her Bachelor of Arts degree along with an Early Childhood Education Diploma from South Delhi Polytechnic School in India. Through a blend of play-based activities, interactive lessons, and personalized attention, Pooja ensures that each child's unique strengths and needs are met. She has two young daughters and in her spare time, she loves to do gardening and spend time with her family and friends.
  • Ms Munzarin

    Ms Munzarin

    Lead Pre-K Teacher
    Ms. Munzarin has been working in Early Childhood for the past ten years. She is passionate and motivated to create a fun learning atmosphere and make the time memorable for her students. Munzarin believes in positive-reinforcement teaching techniques to encourage students' behavior and growth. She has a bachelor's degree in History, Economics, and Political Science, a CDA, which she earned in 2000, an International Montessori Teaching Diploma in Early Childhood from North American Montessori Center, and an Advanced Fashion Design Diploma. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and friends and go for long drives. She volunteers with her son in a refugee English Language literacy program to teach refugees from Afghanistan and Syria.

    Ms Poornima

    Lead Pre-K Teacher
    Ms. Poornima graduated from The University of Mysore in India, earning her Master of Arts degree along with a Bachelor of Education degree. She spent over 4 years teaching social, economic, and language subjects in higher primary and pre-university college settings. Her passion for teaching led her to volunteer with children aged 5-12 years. For her dedication, she received a community leadership award from Literacy Volunteers Family Center and a certificate for Parent Leadership Training from Stamford Public Education Foundation. In 2023, she earned a CDA. Poornima also received the President's Volunteer Service Award for her commitment to teaching the local language to our community. Alongside her teaching endeavors, Poornima enjoys singing and engaging in stage activities. She is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher who strives for the success of all her students.     Lead Pre-K Teacher
    Ms. Kumkum is our lead Preschool teacher. She has her masters in English Literature with a degree in Mass Communication and Retail Management. After a long ten years' experience in the retail industry as a Retail Head, she started her own school in India. She has been teaching for more than six years now. Ms. Kumkum has experience in Montessori schools and also other schools like Kinder Care and The Learning Experience. She loves being with children. She enjoys helping them learn and grow in a safe and clean environment. Her main goal is to provide children with a proper base which will nourish them for their future.

    Lead Pre-K Teacher
    Ms. Joshi has earned a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has completed the Child Development Associate (CDA) program in New Jersey. Ms. Joshi has been working in the Early preschool environment for the past 12 years and feels that teaching provides her with an opportunity for continual learning and growth. As an educator, she hopes to instill the love of learning in her students, as she shares her own passion for learning with them. Ms. Joshi believes that positive enrichment and a continuation of structured environment will give students encouragement for learning. In her spare time, she enjoys spending it with her two boys. She loves to play tennis, walk, and hike with her family. Ms. Joshi is also very passionate about Indian classical dance and is sure to make time for it!

    Ms. Zhoor has a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and over eight years of experience working with young children. She has worked as a lead teacher in several daycare centers, including another Goddard School, and as a tutor in private settings, which has given her a diverse range of experiences. She is committed to providing a positive and nurturing learning environment for all the children in her care. She is patient, caring, and always looking for new ways to help each child reach their full potential. In addition to her CDA credentials, she has also received additional education and training in early childhood education. She is certified in First Aid, CPR, and has a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols for working with young children. She is excited to continue her career as a lead teacher, and to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

    Assistant Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Chrissy graduated from Berkeley College in Woodbridge NJ with a fashion and business degree. She has been working with children since 2020. It really became a passion for her as she watched children grow and learn new things while in her care. Ms. Chrissy believes that children make coming to work very amusing and fun. She enjoys teaching them new things and enjoys seeing their progression with learning as the days go by. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, trying new foods and traveling.

    Lead Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Priya holds an MPhil in Biotechnology from Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore, Tamil Nadu - India, a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Vinayaka Mission University, Salem - India and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Anna University, Chennai. She is a dedicated lead teacher, with over two years of experience nurturing and educating children aged 2- 4 from various early childhood institutes like T.L.E and Primrose. Before moving to the USA, Priya served as a lecturer in biotechnology at D.K.M College in Salem, where she taught for 2+years. Her passion for teaching young minds is matched by their artistic talents. Priya excels in drawing and art/craft work and has a rich history of participation and success in Drawing and Rangoli competitions, winning prizes at both district and state levels. She feels blessed to have a job she loves deeply and is grateful for the opportunity to play a small part in the early journeys of future generations.

    Ms. Manu is a dedicated educator with over eight years of experience in the education sector. She has spent two years working with toddlers and six years teaching at the elementary level. Originally from India, she moved to New Jersey, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and cultural diversity. Ms. Manu holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and Education and a Master's degree in Management, both earned in India.

    Lead Infant Teacher
    Ms. Fozia is an artist and educator with a bachelor's degree in fine arts from India. Before moving to the USA, she taught arts and crafts to children for four enriching years. After settling down and raising her own three beautiful children, she continued pursuing her love for early childhood education. With experience in Infant and Pre-K classrooms, Ms. Fozia is dedicated to nurturing young minds and inspiring a love of learning.

    Lead Bridge Teacher
    Ms. Ramya has a Master's degree in English Literature with Journalism as an allied subject. Ms. Ramya is an experienced, passionate, and energetic childcare professional. She has over 10 years of combined experience working in early childhood, substitute teaching and babysitting. She loves to work with younger children, toddlers, and babies, as they are so much fun to be around. She strongly believes that the knowledge and attributed gained at this stage lasts a lifetime and sets the child up for success with a positive outlook towards the future. Ms. Ramya had the opportunity to work at FCPS Fairfax County Public Schools, Lightbridge Academy, and Kiddie Korral child learning center. She values and learns from children every day. Ms. Ramya loves reading books to children and establishes a positive interaction with children. Her favorite children book authors are Eric Carle, Sandra Boynton, and Bill Martin Jr. In her spare time, she loves spending time with my family, cooking vegetarian

    Assistant Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Alexi graduated from Harry S. Truman high school. Ms. Alexi has experience in babysitting, caretaking and being a mother herself. She has since developed a fondness and passion for teaching and caring for children. Ms. Alexi is a highly cheerful, ambitious, and compassionate teacher. She believes all children have their own identities and ensures each child’s unique strengths and needs met. Ms. Alexi truly enjoys teaching children to become independent learners. She is grateful to give children the opportunity to be taught by learning and play. She also believes it is greatly important to form a sense of responsibility in each student which will help them in the following years of school. She is so proud to watch the growth and success in each student and looks forward to seeing them every day. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and yoga.

Ms. Selene loves working with children, helping them discover the world around them and guiding their personal growth. Her goal is to create a learning environment filled with love, safety, and joy. She wants every child to feel valued and supported on their path to success.
