    Hello! I’m Ms. Wendy, the proud onsite owner of The Goddard School. With over 15 years in finance and a Bachelor's in Accounting, I bring strong leadership and organizational skills. While my background is in finance, my true passion lies in early childhood education. As a mother of two grown children, I deeply understand the importance of laying a strong foundation for success. I believe a positive, engaging early education is a priceless gift. At The Goddard School, we create a nurturing, enriching environment where children grow and thrive. We are more than educators; we’re partners in your child’s development, committed to a safe, loving, and stimulating space. As both an educator and a parent, I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, safe, and fun environment where children can thrive. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and as a proud father of two boys, I understand the importance of combining curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning. That’s why I love being part of The Goddard School family, where children discover, grow, and develop through play-based learning every single day.     Hello! I’m Ms. YJ, the proud Director of The Goddard School in Paramus. I first joined this incredible community in July 2016 as the Assistant Director and have had the privilege of leading the school since May 2018. My journey in education began with earning my Bachelor's degree in England, where I spent much of my formative years. After moving to the U.S., I gained invaluable experience managing a private business in Manhattan for nearly 14 years. As both an educator and a parent, I’ve witnessed firsthand the remarkable impact of a Goddard education—my own two children have flourished in this nurturing environment! I am passionate about fostering a safe, engaging, and inspiring space where children can grow, thrive, and develop a lifelong love for learning. I look forward to continuing Goddard’s mission of excellence and working with our wonderful families to create a strong foundation for our students' success!

    I am Ms. Rosemary and I have been with the Goddard School since it's opening in March, 2016. I received my Bachelors in Elementary Education and have taught grades first through fifth and I have over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. As the Assistant Director, I look forward to working with our amazing teachers to implement new and exciting components to our curriculum.

I believe that the most important role a teacher has in the classroom is to encourage their students to do their best and to acknowledge their efforts. Children learn best through experiences and I enjoy watching the little ones learn and discover new things.

    My name is Ms. Gina, and I am the Lead Teacher in the First Step classroom. I have been taking care of "little ones" for the past twelve years. Working with children over the years has become a labor of love and I have enjoyed watching the children in my care grow over the years. I believe the main role a teacher has is to help children grow and learn how to become their best selves. There is nothing more rewarding than to see their little minds blossom.

    My name is Ms. Nerissa, and I am the lead teacher in Toddler 2. I received my bachelor's degree in nursing and am a mother of two beautiful girls. I believe all children are unique and have something special that they can share with both teachers and their friends. Children learn best with hands on experiences, and I love coming up with activities that foster learning and fun. My goal is to create a warm loving environment, so that my students will feel safe to take risks and express themselves.

    My name is Ms. Lisa, and I am the Lead Teacher in the Assistant Teacher in the Pre-K 1 classroom. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from Spelman College. I have over 11 years of experience in the childcare field and have taught children from 18 months all the way to Pre-K and have been with the Goddard School since March 2018.

    My name is Ms. Yoha and I am the Lead Teacher in Get Set classroom. I have worked with children from infant to the age of three for almost five years and have loved every minute of it! Children learn best when they are in a loving and nurturing environment and that is what I provide in my Pre-School classroom. I have been a part of the Goddard School since March 2018.

I have been working with children for 15 years ranging from infant to Pre-k classrooms. I have always aspired to work with young children and chose to become an educator because of my passion to make a difference in a child's life. I believe that a childcare provider should love what they do and seek further knowledge throughout their career to allow for a positive learning environment for each child they encounter.
