Our Goddard School Teachers

With over 12 years of experience in the Goddard Franchise, Jillie is the proud, new owner of The Goddard School of Moorestown, a nurturing, play-based learning environment designed to support the whole child. Her passion for early childhood education began as a Goddard School teacher right out of college, and has since grown into a lifelong commitment to creating spaces where young children can thrive! Jillie's mission is to create a program that's known for its caring, qualified staff, engaging curriculum, and strong partnerships with families! She believes that it takes a village to raise a child, and she's thrilled to be a part of the Moorestown Goddard Family!

Jon and his wife Donna have five daughters ranging from 15 - 26 years old (yes, 5! And YES, all daughters!) and live in Swedesboro. Prior to becoming a Goddard School franchisee, Jon spent a lifetime owning a “mom and pop” construction company building homes all over South Jersey. He finally “hung up his apron” in 2019 to be present at the school full-time.

Hilari has her Bachelor of Arts in English with a writing concentration and minor in American Sign Language and Deaf Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Hilari appreciates the endless opportunities to connect and create that her roles with Goddard here have brought her to date - teacher, Education Director, Executive Director - but her favorite moniker she also gets to wear here is "Violet's mom." She loves connecting with families personally as well as professionally. She is beyond proud to help lead this school community and be a part of such a wonderful village in giving our children the best possible first experience with school.

Ms. Gabby is our Director of Education who you will see in the front office as well as spending time inside our classrooms supporting our teachers with curriculum, lesson plans and classroom management. Gabby received her Elementary Teaching Cert through Rowan University and was a second-grade teacher for three years as well as a Kindergarten teacher for two years until she transitioned to a director roll here at our school in summer of 2024. Ms. Gabby believes that children learn best when they are in a supportive and positive environment!

Ms. Madison loves being a positive influence on the children in her classroom and enjoys being a part of her student’s growth and success throughout the school year. She received her Bachelors in Educational Psychology and believes that if her students feel safe and are enjoying themselves, the impact of learning comes naturally! Ms. Madison was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families and out of 4 Goddard Regions across the country, she was nominated as a top finalist!

Ms. Jess has worked in early childhood education for many years and brings her enthusiasm for all things child led learning to our program! She believes all children have something special to bring to the classroom dynamic and enjoys watching the impact that learning, playing, and teaching have on the children in her care.

Ms. Kerry ran a in home daycare for 5+ years and loved watching her students grow through fun experiences. She believes the early years of a child’s learning experience is crucial and goes above and beyond to create the best experience for the students and families in her classroom. Ms. Kerry was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families!

Ms. Aislinn believes in creating a nurturing classroom environment in which all students feel loved and respected. While studying to obtain her BA at Rutgers University, she worked with children of all age groups at an on-campus childcare center. Her favorite part of working with children is watching them discover what makes them unique!

Ms. Anna has a passion for working with children and enjoys every moment spent with them in the classroom. She enjoys being apart of her children's success as they achieve new milestones. Ms. Anna believes children should always feel safe, happy and loved!

Miss Karla joined our school and quickly found her home within our infant program! She loves caring for our littlest learners and establishing their earliest experiences with school to be as positive as possible. Miss Karla enjoys seeing her babies’ little personalities blossom!

Ms. Avi has been a part of The Goddard School family since 2015 and loves being in a classroom! She puts a lot of effort into coming up with creative and enjoyable activities for her students to participate and learn from each day! Ms. Avi believes that children should learn in a warm and friendly environment where they always feel accepted, loved, and protected. Ms. Avi was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families!

Ms. Mariel loves building relationships with her students and their families each day. Her daily goal is to support each child's individual growth and development through engaging activities and attentive care.

Ms. Milly is a teacher in our toddler classroom and has been working in Early Childhood Education for many years! She enjoys playing a vital role in the growth and enrichment of her students. Ms. Milly loves making the children laugh and truly enjoys being in a classroom environment each day! Ms. Milly was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families!

Ms. Kelly has many years of childcare experience and loves all of the challenges and rewards that come along with teaching. She believes children learn the most when they are in a fun environment where they can be free to explore and get creative!

Ms. Caylan has been working with toddlers for over two years and has fallen in love with them. She believes being attentive and caring in the classroom is what helps students grow and learn. Her previous experience working with the elderly and animals has given her many skills to work with our young learners. Ms. Caylan was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families!

Ms. Olivia has experience teaching elementary and art education. She enjoys planning engaging lessons for her students to explore their creativity. She believes in forming strong relationships with both students and families in order to cultivate a strong classroom community.

Ms. Kenny worked in a childcare center for 5+ years prior to becoming a toddler teacher at our school. She believes in being a positive role model for students and leading with respect, kindness, and patience. She enjoys seeing her students not only succeed academically, but grow into caring and confident individuals.

Ms. Anna joined our team in 2026 and brings years of experience working with young children. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and takes pride in creating a warm, supportive environment where each child feels valued and encouraged to be themselves. One of her favorite parts of teaching is watching children’s unique personalities develop and helping them grow in confidence and independence. Ms. Anna loves finding creative ways to engage children in learning and enjoys bringing fresh ideas into the classroom through art, music, and imaginative play.

Ms. Kaitlyn loves to build relationships with the children in her classroom and brings passion and commitment to the Bridge classroom, creating a nurturing environment for our little learners!

Ms. Marie believes it's important to always take the time to learn her students interests and personalities so they can better express themselves and have the confidence to be individuals in their learning. She is always eager to try new things and looks forward to working in her classroom each day.

Ms. Andreia joined our Moorestown faculty after working in our Philadelphia school for the first year of her Goddard career! She worked with children for six years prior to teaching in the early childhood setting. Growing up in a large family as one of four sisters, she developed a deep love for nurturing and caring for children. She especially enjoys incorporating music and movement into her day, with singing and dancing being some of her favorite classroom activities!

Ms. Sam has worked in the early childhood field for many years and received her CDA in 2023! She believes all children learn through a nurturing and caring environment and builds a classroom that encourages self-expression and meeting of all milestones. Ms. Sam was nominated for the 2025 and 2026 Teacher of the Year award by our Goddard families!

Ms. Amy joins our faculty with a lifetime of experience teaching, guiding, and nurturing young learners. Alongside raising her own family, she has always found her true calling in the classroom. She is passionate about helping children build the skills and confidence they need to prepare for Kindergarten, creating a warm and supportive environment where every child can thrive. We're so grateful to have her wealth of experience and heart for teaching as part of our team!

Ms. Alexis has worked primarily with our youngest learners in Infants and First Steps and enjoys watching her students explore their world and learn new things each day! Her gentle approach to guiding and navigating through each developmental stage is where she shines the most no matter what classroom she's in. She is currently in pursuit of her degree towards becoming a pediatric x-ray technician!

Ms. Jasmin is a floater and loves spending time in all our classrooms assisting the teachers she is working with. She is always positive and enjoys watching the students grow and develop a love for learning every day!

Ms. Rachita holds her CDA in 0-36 months and brings warmth and empathy to every interaction she has with the children in her care. Alongside raising her own family, she has always found herself drawn to teaching little ones. Now that her own children are grown, she especially loves dedicating herself to the world of early childhood education, bringing years of love and experience to our classroom!

Miss Keema brings eight years of experience working with children in joining our faculty! She loves fostering an environment for mistakes to be made and seen as opportunities for growth and understanding. Miss Keema believes that children are capable of anything miraculous given the right support!

Ms. Lara joins us for summers and holiday breaks around her full-time role as a special education teacher. She holds her teaching and special education certifications in K-8 and has spent her career working within school districts. Ms. Lara wholeheartedly embraces the philosophy of learning through play and prides herself on cultivating a safe, supportive environment where her students can truly thrive!
