John is the original owner of The Goddard School located in Medford, NJ. Prior to opening the childcare center, John worked on Wall Street for 25 years. John is a Penn State graduate with a degree in economics. He is a Daddy of three adult children and PaPa John to five grandchildren. In his spare time Mr. John loves reading, reading and reading! He also enjoys theater, the orchestra, sports (particularly baseball) and traveling.

Ms. Renee has been with The Goddard School located in Medford, NJ since it opened in August of 1999. Renee has a Bachelors of Science in Education from West Chester University. She has worked in Elementary schools, Pre-schools & Childcare and in Children's textbook publishing. She also worked two seasons in Yellowstone. Renee has two boys. She lives in her hometown of Medford Lakes. On weekends, Renee spends time with her family, painting and gardening. Renee loves to travel and loves being "down the shore" or any beach. "Miss. Nay" as many students call her, is well known for giving lots of hugs to boys and girls at the end of a good school day!

Lead Teacher & Assistant Director- Get Set "The Mountaineers" Sammy started at the Medford location in May of 2008 but was at another location for 10 years. She has an Associates Degree of Education. She is a Mommy to Keith, Sophia, Savannah and Kameron. Ms. Sammy enjoys being outside wheeling or riding quads. She truly loves all things country!

Michelle is the lead teacher in the infant “Pineland Peewees” classroom. Michelle has her BS In Elementary and Special Education from Lebanon Valley College. Michelle previously worked in River Rovers classroom for 5 years before becoming the lead in the infant room. Michelle has been in childcare for the past 15 years working with all ages. She is the proud Mom of two kids who attend school here as well.

I love working with kids and as a child always wanted to be a teacher. Life takes you where you need to be however and it has taken me some time to get to teaching. I will be pursuing my CDA come this fall semester to further my love of learning. I'm married to my best friend, Brandon! We have a son named Austin and a fur baby named Theodore. I enjoy spending time with my family, going antiquing, baking, crafting and doing art projects with my son. I believe a child's education is the most valuable thing in the world, knowledge is power and children are eager to learn.

I have been here at Goddard since May 2021 — I enjoy all things outdoors (hiking, trail riding, traveling), cooking, reading, and photography! I plan to go back to school in the near future to pursue my Education Degree in Elementary. My boyfriend and I have been together 6 years now and share a fur baby, a pit-boxer. I love all things cow and sunflower related!

Lead Teacher- "Rainforest Residents" Mary Catherine is the Lead Teacher in the younger preschool classroom. She is currently obtaining her degree in Early Childhood Education. MC returned to The Goddard School in January 2017 after working at Deborah Hospital for 3 years. Mary Catherine loves the beach, spending time with her husband, son and family, and being with her dog and horses.

Miss Danielle has been teaching for a long time--about thirteen years now--in some capacity. She has taught children of all age levels but her favorite thing to teach is, of course, Pre-K! Miss Danielle acquired her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education K-5 and Special Education N-12 from Lebanon Valley College in 2009. For many years since then she has worked for The Goddard School & has some administrative experience as well. In her spare time she really enjoys hanging out with her family, going to the beach, reading and creating art. She has an eleven-year-old dog named Chloe who we hear about often!

I have 4 children, a son and 3 girls, 2 of them being twins. My fiance proposed last year, and we will be getting married in December 2024. I love to travel, read books and spend time with my family. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I love all things spooky. Before having kids, I was working towards a degree in Journalism which I plan on finishing in the near future. I have learned in life that you should ask for what you want, see how my background is the only blue one, I wanted it to compliment my shirt so I asked.

Abbey is the assistant teacher in preschool. Abbey started as an afternoon assistant in 2015. She left in 2019 to focus on school but returned in 2022!

Jenn is the assistant in the infant room. She has been working at the Medford Goddard since October 2019, however she has worked for Goddard Schools for 16 years. She loves singing to the babies and giving them lots of snuggles! Jenn also has 2 boys of her own that attend The Goddard School.

My name is Kelsey Martin. I am in my first year of college studying to be a elementary school teacher. I rescue animals, I spend most of my time with my family and friends. And I enjoy working with kids.

Lindsay has an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She loves to read and snuggle all the babies. She has a son who attends Goddard as well as one on the way! Lindsay started at The Goddard School in January 2020.

Melissa is the lead teacher in the Desert Dwellers room. Melissa has 17 years experience in the childcare setting and a CDA. She joined the Goddard school August 2022. She is the mom of 3 children.

Assistant Teacher-"Farmyard Friends" Nicole has always loved working with children and having fun with them. She enjoys listening to music and dancing. Nicole is married and has a son Evan. Nicole started teaching in October 2015.

Ms. Rose started with The Goddard School in 2022. She has over 25 years experience in childcare.

Ms. Taya joined The Goddard School in July of 2021. She has a Vans collection and loves matching her shoes to her shirts. She loves playing video games and cuddling with her fur baby, Maya.

Amber is the assistant in the pre-Toddler room. I have a son and daughter who come to school with me and love it! My passion is to sing, care for my furry babies and create a safe welcoming home away from home for you child.

Ms. Madison returned to The Goddard School in September 2023. She is joined at school by her sweet baby girl.

Ms. Maurlo started with The Goddard School of Medford in September 2023.

Assistant Teacher- "Pineland Pee Wees" Kelsey started with The Goddard School in July 2018. She has worked in every classroom and knows all of the students.
