    Director
    Miss Aimee has over 17 years of experience working with children in both administration and classroom settings. Miss Aimee holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation. She previously earned a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology and Sociology. Being part of a child's foundation is the most rewarding feeling for Miss Aimee. She is very thankful to be part of a team that is fully dedicated to the overall well-being of the children and their development. Her goal is to be "making a difference by mentoring young minds to think without limits."

    Assistant Director
    Miss Danielle serves as the Assistant Director of our center, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her role. She joined us in the summer of 2024, with years of experience at a Goddard School, Miss Danielle brings a strong background in early childhood education and childcare management. She is passionate about fostering a nurturing environment for both children and staff, ensuring high-quality care and education. Miss Danielle works closely with our team to support the growth and development of both children and staff. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring her community.

    Education Director/Lead Teacher - Pre-K
    Miss Christina is the Lead Teacher in our Pre-K Classroom. Miss Christina has an Associates Degree in Education and a Bachelors Degree in Social Services from Montclair State University. Miss Christina has worked in education for over 19 years. On her spare time she enjoys taking pictures, doing puzzles and organizing in addition to spending time with her 3 children. Her favorite children's book is "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom." If Miss Christina wasn't a teacher, she would be a labor and delivery nurse. For Miss Christina, the best part about teaching is "watching them accomplish something they came into my class not being able to do."

    Lead Teacher - Infants
    Miss Katie is the Lead Teacher in our Infant Classroom. Miss Katie has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and currently pursuing her Master's in Special Education and Early Childhood Education. Miss Katie has many years of experience working within the Early Education Field. If Miss Katie wasn't a teacher, she would be a child psychologist. Her favorite part of the day is singing the "Good Morning" song, which starts each day with a cheerful note! Some of her favorite things include purple, pizza, and working out. For Miss Katie the best part about being a teacher is "the children."

    Lead Teacher - Toddler I
    Miss Ariel is our Lead Teacher in the Toddler 1 classroom and has been a wonderful member of our team for one year. She brings positivity and warmth to the classroom, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our toddlers. Outside of the classroom, Miss Ariel is a proud mom to a beautiful baby girl, and she loves spending time with her, often capturing special moments through adorable photo shoots. Miss Ariel’s favorite children’s books are "Brown Bear, Brown Bear" and "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom," and she enjoys sharing these beloved stories with the children in her care. Her enthusiasm and caring nature make her an invaluable part of our Toddler 1 team, and we’re lucky to have her here with us!

    Lead Teacher- Twos II
    Miss Shea is our passionate Lead Teacher in the Twos II classroom! She's been a cherished part of the Goddard team for 4 years and brings a wealth of experience! Miss Shea loves watching children grow, discover their personalities, and learn new things. She believes that teaching is two-way street, learning from the children as much as they learn from her. Miss Shea's favorite classroom saying, " the future of the world is in our hands," reflects her commitment to nurturing the next generation. When Miss Shea is not here, she enjoys the beach and catching beautiful sunsets. Her dedication and zest for life make her an incredible part of the team!

    Lead Teacher - Bridge
    Miss Ashley is the Lead Teacher in our Preschool I Classroom at The Goddard School. Miss Ashley has experience in the Early Childhood field. Her favorite school song is the "Mr. Sun" song. If Miss Ashley wasn't a teacher, she would be a therapist. Some of Miss Ashley's favorite things include the color pink, penne vodka pasta, photography, and volleyball. For Miss Ashley, the best thing about teaching is "helping the children with art projects."

    Lead Teacher - Preschool
    Miss Audrey is our Lead Teacher in the Preschool room! She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities and is passionate about nurturing children's boundless creativity. In the classroom, her favorite saying is "yum yum eat'em up!" - a fun expression that always brings a smile. A fun fact about Miss Audrey is that she used to be a swim instructor, adding a splash of versatility to her teaching talents! Miss Audrey is such a positive part of our team!

    Assistant Teacher- Infants
    Miss Maria is an Assistant Teacher in the Infant Classroom. Miss Maria has many years of experience working within the Early Education Field. If she wasn't a teacher, Miss Maria would be a health aide. On her spare time she enjoys going to the beach, walking, baseball and golf, and spending time with family. Her favorite children's book is "Are You My Mother?" One of Miss Maria's favorite quotes is "Children will not remember you for the material things you provided, but for the feeling that you cherished them." (Richard L. Evans)

    Assistant Teacher - Infant
    Miss Joanni is our dedicated Assistant Teacher in the Infant room! Miss Joanni has nursing degree but shifted her career to childcare. She has found a true calling in nurturing young minds. She enchanted by the innocence and affection of children, often saying, "their little minds are like sponges, soaking up everything." Her favorite classroom chant is "Let's Sing!"- she loves seeing the joy and energy as the kids dance and sing along. Outside of school, Miss Joanni treasures family time and is an avid fan of both football and baseball!

    Assistant Teacher - Toddler I
    Miss Taylor is our Assistant Teacher in the Toddler I classroom! She brings a warm and caring energy to the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging environment for toddlers. Outside of work, Miss Taylor is a proud mom to her baby girl and loves spending quality time with her family. Her favorite childhood book is, "The Giving Tree," a timeless story that holds a special place in her heart. Miss Taylor's dedication, kindness, and passion for working with children make her a wonderful addition to our Toddler I team!

    Assistant Teacher Since 2019
    *Celebrating 4 years* Miss Olivia is the Assistant Teacher in the Bridge Classroom. She has multiple years of experience caring for children and enjoys helping our children learn. If Miss Olivia wasn't a teacher, she would want to be working on a farm. Some of her favorite things include the color green, pizza, reading to the kids, and watching the Elvis movie. Miss Olivia's favorite quote is "The sun will rise, and we will try again!"

    * Celebrating 6 years * Miss Marissa is an Assistant Teacher in our Two's Classroom. Miss Marissa has worked within the Goddard Schools for over 15 years. She brings numerous years of experience working within the Early Education environment. If she wasn't a teacher, Miss Marissa would be a nurse or medical assistant. On her spare time she loves spending time with her family. Some of her favorite things include the color pink, chicken parmesan, science, and hockey. Her favorite children's book is "All the Places you will Go." For Miss Marissa, the best part about teaching is "seeing all the smiles on the children's faces."

    Miss Casady is a Flex Teacher at Goddard School. Miss Casady is attending Georgian Court University majoring in early childhood education and has experience working with preschoolers and classroom studies to date. When not working or attending College, Miss Casady enjoys reading, going to concerts, cooking and baking. Her favorite child's song is Run Baby Run. To Miss Casady the best thing about working with children is seeing how each child has their own personality, opinions, likes and dislikes. She enjoys seeing how their individuality shines through as they learn and play. Miss Casady's Favorite Quote is "I've been moving mountains that I once had to climb."

    Assistant Pre-K Teacher
    Miss Marie is the Assistant Teacher in our Pre-K classroom! Miss Marie passion for teaching has been a lifelong dream she's cherished since childhood/ She delights in creating a fun and engaging classroom environment while preparing future generations for success. Her favorite classroom mantra, "Teamwork makes the dream work," perfectly reflects her collaborative spirit. When she's not inspiring young minds, Miss Marie enjoys reading, singing along to her favorite tunes, and savoring a delicious meal at Texas Roadhouse!

    * Celebrating 8 years * Miss Debbie is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler I classroom. Miss Debbie has been working with children for many years in the early education environment. If she wasn't a teacher, Miss Debbie would be a nurse. On her spare time, she enjoys Zumba and yoga. Some of Miss Debbie's favorite things include the color pink, pasta and fish, psychology, and football. Miss Debbie often brings the gift of singing and dancing into the classroom. For Miss Debbie, the best part about teaching is the kids.

    Assistant Teacher
    Miss Sharanda is the Assistant Teacher in our Toddler II Classroom. She has experience in early childhood education and is CPR/First Aid certified. Miss Sharanda attended Stockton University and studied Biology. Miss Sharanda aspires to be a Pediatric Genetic Counselor. In her free time, you can find Sharanda in the kitchen cooking meals or in line at Dunkin' Donuts.

    Classroom Support
    Miss Alyssa is a classroom support teacher here at Goddard. She goes to Moore Catholic Highschool is projected to graduate this Spring, 2024! Miss Alyssa is CPR/First Aid certified. She wants to go to school for early childhood education to be able to continue working with kids in the future. Her favorite part about working with kids is seeing them learn and hearing their funny reactions to things. Miss Alyssa's favorite children's book series is "No, David" by David Shannon.

    Assistant Teacher - Bridge
    Miss Destiny is our dedicated Assistant Teacher in the Bridge Classroom! With a Master's Degree in Social Work, an Associate's Degree in Human Services, and a Bachler's in Social Work, Miss Destiny brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She has spent many years working with children in educational settings and is passionate about fostering a love for learning. Her favorite classroom mantra, "look with kindness and you will find wonder," beautifully reflects her supportive approach. Outside of the classroom, Miss Destiny enjoys reading, listening to music, baking sweet treats, traveling, exploring fashion, and photography. A fun fact about Miss Destiny; she's multilingual and loves traveling to different countries around the world! Her enthusiasm and diverse interests make her a vibrant and inspiring member of our team.

    Carter

    Classroom Assistant
    Mr. Carter is a Classroom Assistant at Goddard School. Mr. Carter currently attends MAST High School and will graduate in 2025. Mr. Carter plays football and lacrosse for Middletown High School North. At MAST he is involved with multiple clubs, sophomore class president, and is on the drill team and the color guard team. Mr. Carter plans to attend the United States Naval Academy in the future. Mr. Carter's favorite quote is "if not me, then who" by Travis Manion.
