  •  Amy


    Operating Director/Onsite Owner
    Amy is our onsite owner and has been with The Goddard Schools since 2006. Prior to opening the Fairfield school, she was the Educational Director with The Goddard School located in Wayne, NJ for 7 years. Prior to working with The Goddard School, she was an administrator for another preschool for several years. Overall Amy has been in early childhood education administration since 2000. Amy has her degree in Elementary Education from Rowan University and is an NJ State Certified Teacher. Amy is a mother of six children, ranging from three years old to early 20s. She is always accessible and loves being a resource to our families in the areas of early childhood education and parenting. Ms. Amy is also huge Disney fan as well as an avid runner in her spare time and even has run two marathons with the NYC Marathon being the most recent in 2021!

    Educational Director
    Ms. Stacie is our Educational Director and has her Bachelor of The Arts degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education & Art from Saint Elizabeth University. She possesses four State of NJ Teaching Certificates: Elementary, P3, K-5, and Art K-8. Along with her tremendous educational background, she has prior experience as an Early Childhood Assistant Director and extensive managerial experience. Prior to becoming our Education Director, Stacie has been a Goddard School parent since 2015 with her three daughters.
  •  Brandon


    Lead Teacher & Office Assistant
    Mr. Brandon is our full-time Lead Pre-Kindergarten I Teacher but does assist our administration as an Afternoon Office Assistant on a part-time basis. Families will see Mr. Brandon assist with closing the school each night! Mr. Brandon joined our team in 2018 with previous experience working with children as a camp counselor and after-school theatre teacher. Mr. Brandon is the oldest child in his family with 8 younger siblings, so working with young children is second nature for him. Mr. Brandon holds his CDA Teaching Credential. Mr. Brandon is also working on completing his Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Mr. Brandon is CPR and First Aid trained. Mr. Brandon is also trained in Diversity and Multiculturalism as well as Child Care Center Management. In addition, Mr. Brandon ran our school's virtual learning platform, Goddard On The Go, when many of our families were staying home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Brandon was voted by our school's parents as the 2018-2019 Teacher of The Year.

    Assistant Director
    Sue joined our administrative team on a full-time basis with her BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. Sue is a compassionate, caregiver and coach with 5 years of experience caring for several children of all ages ranging from preschool to seniors in high-school. Her experiences include preschool teaching where she also assisted the office, behavioral therapist, and volleyball coach. She has a passion for impacting children's lives in a positive and healthy way. She is very positive and loves to give children the opportunity to learn and grow in a fun educational environment. She is very open to new ideas and sharing her creative ways with her colleagues to ensure that children are flourishing within their environments.

    Preschool II Lead Teacher
    Ms. Neli joined our team in 2019 with over 3 years of experience working with children within the New York Department of Education where she was a Group Leader and Activity Specialist. She is CPR and First Aid certified by the Red Cross. Ms. Neli is also certified on Foundations in Health and Safety by the Early Childhood Education and Training Program and the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. When she is not at school, she enjoys spending time with her cat and her dog.

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Colleen has been with our school since 2014 and is a graduate of The County College of Morris with an Associate Degree in Psychology and Teacher Education. She also received her BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Psychology where she had a lot of child-related coursework. Ms. Colleen is also CPR and First Aid certified. Ms. Colleen has been teaching children since 2011. Ms. Colleen was voted by our families as our 2016-2017 Teacher of The Year.

    Lead Preschool I Teacher
    Ms. Glory joined our team originally back in 2016, but has recently returned to our team! Ms. Glory graduated from Passaic County Community College in 2015 with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is also completing her Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management. She also possesses her Child Development Associate Credential. She has been working with children for the last 11 years.

    Lead Get Set Teacher
    Ms. Kaylee is our Lead Get-Set Teacher. She joined our school in 2019 with 4 years of experience working with children ages 2-4. In addition to her teaching experience, Kaylee has also worked at All Care Rehabilitation. Kaylee is also studying Education and Family Studies at Montclair State University. Ms. Kaylee is known for her positive energy and creativity in the classroom!

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Monica is our lead Toddler II teacher. She originally joined our team in 2021 with previous experience as a summer camp counselor and a caregiver. Ms. Monica is currently attending William Patterson University as a Psychology and Education major.
  •  Paula


    Lead Preschool I Teacher
    Ms. Paula joined our team in 2018 with 16 years of experience as a teacher assistant and an office assistant with that school. Ms. Paula is CPR & First Aid certified, Safe Sleep Training, and as well Medication Administration Certified.
  •  Renee


    Lead Pre K II Teacher
    Ms. Renee joined our team in 2019 with 10 years of experience working with children on The Preschool/Pre-K level. Ms. Renee is currently working on receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She is a mom to a six-year-old son. Ms. Renee is CPR/First Aid certified as well as trained in Medication Administration and Allergy Readiness. Ms. Renee was voted by our school's parents as the 2020-2021 Teacher of The Year.

    Lead Infant Teacher
    Ms. Shaniqua is our Lead Infant Teacher. Ms. Shaniqua joined our team in 2016 and recently celebrated her 5 year anniversary with our school. Ms. Shaniqua is the mother of two boys. She attended Passaic County Technical Institute where she did major in Early Childhood Development. Prior to joining our team, she provided in-home care to many children under the age of 5. Ms. Shaniqua is CPR and First Aid certified.

    Assistant Infant Teacher
    Ms. Cynthia is our Assistant Infant Teacher. Ms. Cynthia originally joined our team in 2019 with two years of previous experience as a teacher assistant. In addition to this experience, Ms. Cynthia is also a mother and CPR, First Aid, and Medication Certified.

    Assistant Preschool Teacher
    Damien joined our faculty in 2019 in a supportive role with our Pre Kindergarten classes and school-age campers in our summer program and works with our Preschool II students year-round. Damian was an honors student at a local high school before moving onto Montclair State College to earn his Bachelors's Degree. Mr. Damien had previous experience as a summer camp counselor in a town recreation program for two years.

    Assistant Pre K I Teacher
    Ms. Gretchen is our Assistant Pre-K I teacher. She is the loving mother of four children. Ms. Gretchen has spent time in various customer service industries, preparing her to work with various types of families. Ms. Gretchen made the switch to early childhood education for a more emotionally rewarding career! Ms. Gretchen is a huge believer in hands-on teaching and learning. Ms. Gretchen is strong in helping children solve their problems using their words. Ms. Gretchen has six cats and a dog named Daisy!

    Assistant Pre K II Teacher
    Ms. Hannah is our Assistant Pre-K II teacher. She joined our team with previous experience as a volunteer in a Kindergarten classroom in a local school as well as a caregiver. Ms. Hannah is CPR and First Aid Certified. Ms. Hannah's goal is to one day graduate from culinary school and to specialize in pasta and bread making!

    Assistant Get Set Teacher
    Ms. Michelle is a part of our Get-Set Teaching Team. Ms. Michelle graduated from Passaic County Community College with an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. She also has her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from William Paterson University. Ms. Michelle's favorite color is purple and her favorite book is "Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs".

    Assistant Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Stephanie joined our team in 2020 in a supportive role in various classrooms. She is our Assistant Toddler I teacher! She has experience as a camp counselor as well as a throwing coach for the Mount St. Dominic High School Varsity Track team. Ms. Stephanie also recently graduated from Montclair State University with her degree in Psychology.

    All School Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Daniella joined our team with previous experience as a teaching intern at a local school. She is currently attending Montclair State University, majoring in Early Education. Ms. Daniella looks forward to engaging with your students.
  •  Hayley


    All School Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Hayley currently attends Centenary University and is studying English and Creative Writing. In her free time, she reads, writes, and focuses on other artistic outlets. Her favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle. Ms. Hayley loves to sing songs during circle time with the children.

    Assistant Preschool Teacher
    Mr. Nick joined our team with previous experience as a summer camp counselor. Mr. Nick currently attends William Patterson University, where he is majoring in Sports Management. Mr. Nick assisted in our older classrooms during our 2021 summer camp program and in our Pre-Kindergarten classrooms year-round.

    All School Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Rana joined our team in 2020 in a supportive role, assisting with the pick-up of children each day. Ms. Rana currently assists our school in various roles and is always willing to help out! Ms. Rana currently attends Montclair State University in which she is majoring in Business.
