They have one amazing son, Austin, who is currently attending the school's Pre-Kindergarten program. Ms. Jessica has worked in the childcare industry for 15 years and her wealth of experience reflects a deep commitment to providing quality care and early education. Known for her leadership skills, Ms. Jessica creates a nurturing environment where children flourish. Her dedication extends beyond business, as she actively engages with parents, staff, and the community to ensure a collaborative and supportive atmosphere within the Goddard Family. With a passion for fostering growth in young minds, Ms. Jessica continues to make a positive impact on the lives of children under her care.

    Operational Director
    Ms. Chelsea brings passion, expertise, and a personal connection to her role as Operational Director. She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's degree in Teacher Leadership, and has 11 years of teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, special education, and technology in a local school district. Ms. Chelsea's journey with The Goddard School began with her son, Jack, who thrived during his first two years here as a student. Inspired by the positive impact on Jack's development, Chelsea joined the leadership team in 2024. As Operational Director, Ms. Chelsea combines her professional background with a parent's perspective. Her goal is to create a nurturing environment where every child flourishes academically, socially, and emotionally. Ms. Chelsea is also dedicated to cultivating positive relationships with students, parents, and the community, making her an indispensable member of the management team.

Not only is she a professional in the field, but she is also a parent herself, with her two children, Canon and Kaizen, attending the Goddard School.     Miss Kristin, the dedicated lead teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten class, became a member of the Goddard family in 2009. Both of her children, Ryan and Ali, proudly stand as alumni of our school. Kristin holds a degree in Elementary Education and English from The College of New Jersey. Her passion for building meaningful relationships with students and families is evident, and she finds joy in engaging her class through music and circle time, making every moment a valuable part of their learning experience.
