She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's degree in Teacher Leadership, and has 11 years of teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, special education, and technology in a local school district. Ms. Chelsea's journey with The Goddard School began with her son, Jack, who thrived during his first two years here as a student. Inspired by the positive impact on Jack's development, Chelsea joined the leadership team in 2024. As Operational Director, Ms. Chelsea combines her professional background with a parent's perspective. Her goal is to create a nurturing environment where every child flourishes academically, socially, and emotionally. Ms. Chelsea is also dedicated to cultivating positive relationships with students, parents, and the community, making her an indispensable member of the management team.

Ms. Megan is our lead preschool teacher with a passion for early childhood education. She has a bachelor's degree in education and brings both knowledge and enthusiasm into the classroom.
