    Ms. Jessica proudly serves as the franchise owner of The Goddard School in Ewing alongside her husband, Ryan. They have two amazing sons, Austin, who is a Goddard School alum, and Hudson, who is currently in the Infant classroom. Ms. Jessica has worked in the childcare industry for 15 years and her wealth of experience reflects a deep commitment to providing quality care and early education. Known for her leadership skills, Ms. Jessica creates a nurturing environment where children flourish. Her dedication extends beyond business, as she actively engages with parents, staff, and the community to ensure a collaborative and supportive atmosphere within the Goddard Family. With a passion for fostering growth in young minds, Ms. Jessica continues to make a positive impact on the lives of children under her care.

    Ms. Maddie is the Assistant Director at The Goddard School, having first joined our team in 2021 as a dedicated Lead Teacher in the older infant classroom. She has a natural gift for helping babies grow, develop and feel deeply loved each day. Her favorite moments are spent doing sensory activities and adorable art projects. The bond she builds with her babies and their families allows for a supportive transition into childcare.

    Ms. Fee is the Lead Teacher in our Pre-K 2 classroom and has a contagious enthusiasm for education. Since joining our team in 2021, Ms. Fee's vibrant and bubbly personality has created a welcoming atmosphere, making learning a joyous experience for her students. With genuine care for her students and their families, Fee goes above and beyond to foster a supportive and inclusive environment. Her passion for early childhood education shines through in every interaction, making her a beloved figure in our school community.

    Ms. Audrey is the caring and enthusiastic co-teacher in our Bridge classroom. She has been part of the Goddard family since 2025 and has 5 children of her own, two of which are a enrolled at the school. With 4 years of expereince in childcare and over 10 years of motherhood, she understands the joys and challenges of early childhood and uses that insight to support every child in her care. Audrey loves hands-on learning and takes pride in watching her students learn, grow, and gain confidence throughout their time in her classroom. She brings fun and love into every lesson, making her classroom a place where children feel safe and excited to learn!

    Ms. Rebecca joined The Goddard School family in 2024 and brings a wealth of knowledge with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Special Education. Previously a Special Education teacher in the Ewing School District, she is passionate about helping children learn new skills, grow in independence, and enjoy every step of their learning journey. A proud mom of two—one in our Pre-K classroom and one in our Infant classroom—she truly understands and values the joy of supporting both children and families.

    Ms. Asia is the bubbly and energetic co-teacher in our Pre-K 1 classroom. She's been working in early childhood education for 6 years and has been part of our Goddard family since 2024. Her passion for teaching shines through in every interaction—she loves making children laugh and infusing fun into everything she does. The kids absolutely adore her, and it’s clear how deeply she cares for both her students and their families.

    Ms. Jen is the Assistant Teacher in our Pre-K 2 classroom and brings three years of experience in early childhood education. In her classroom, she creates a safe, nurturing environment where children feel encouraged to explore, grow and discover their potential. Her goal is to help each child head into kindergarten as a confident, enthusiastic learner—and she brings warmth and dedication to every moment along the way.
