Ms. Jessica proudly serves as the franchise owner of The Goddard School in Ewing alongside her husband, Ryan. They have one amazing son, Austin, who is currently attending the school's Pre-Kindergarten program. Ms. Jessica has worked in the childcare industry for 15 years and her wealth of experience reflects a deep commitment to providing quality care and early education. Known for her leadership skills, Ms. Jessica creates a nurturing environment where children flourish. Her dedication extends beyond business, as she actively engages with parents, staff, and the community to ensure a collaborative and supportive atmosphere within the Goddard Family. With a passion for fostering growth in young minds, Ms. Jessica continues to make a positive impact on the lives of children under her care.

Ms. Chelsea brings passion, expertise, and a personal connection to her role as Operational Director. She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's degree in Teacher Leadership, and has 11 years of teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, special education, and technology in a local school district. Ms. Chelsea's journey with The Goddard School began with her son, Jack, who thrived during his first two years here as a student. Inspired by the positive impact on Jack's development, Chelsea joined the leadership team in 2024. As Operational Director, Ms. Chelsea combines her professional background with a parent's perspective. Her goal is to create a nurturing environment where every child flourishes academically, socially, and emotionally. Ms. Chelsea is also dedicated to cultivating positive relationships with students, parents, and the community, making her an indispensable member of the management team.

Ms. Megan serves as our Educational Director, bringing a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the Goddard School. With a bachelor's degree in education and extensive experience in early childhood education, Ms. Megan is dedicated to shaping and guiding our educational programs. Her commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment is a cornerstone of her leadership. As a parent of two children who also attend the Goddard School, Ms. Megan possesses a unique perspective that enhances her ability to connect with both students and parents. This dual role as an educator and parent allows her to foster a supportive and cohesive educational community.

Selena, a co-teacher in the infant room, has been a cherished member of our team since 2022. With a loving and nurturing approach, she creates a warm and secure environment for our littlest learners. Ms. Selena understands the unique needs of infants and is dedicated to providing individualized care to each child under her care. Her commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere is evident in the bonds she forms with our youngest learners and their families.

Ms. Megan, the co-teacher in our Infant Classroom, has been working with The Goddard School for three years. Dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment, Ms. Megan is passionate about fostering the cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants in her care. She not only brings professional excellence to our program, but also a personal connection as her two children, Nicholas and Noah, are both enrolled here. This unique perspective allows her to understand the dynamics of our school community from both a teacher and a parent point of view. Ms. Maddie has been a dedicated Lead Teacher in the older infant classroom since 2021. Tiana, a dedicated toddler teacher who has been at The Goddard School since 2022, focuses on creating a nurturing environment through a play-based, child-driven approach. Celebrating toddlers' milestones, she collaborates closely with parents to ensure a supportive learning atmosphere. Committed to ongoing learning and staying updated on best practices, Tiana looks forward to more years of fostering growth and creating cherished memories in the toddler room.

Ms. Keisha, the assistant teacher in our older toddler classroom, has been an integral part of our team since 2023. She brings passion and commitment to the toddler classroom, creating a nurturing environment for our little learners. Ms. Keisha understands the unique needs of the toddlers in her care and fosters development through patience, warmth and a genuine love of learning.

Miss Keyera, the Head Teacher in our Dolphin’s classroom, has been a member of the The Goddard School team since 2015. With over two decades of experience in nurturing children in diverse environments, Keyera passionately supports her little friends in developing communication and social skills. Above all, she takes genuine delight in witnessing the expressions of joy and curiosity on her children's faces as they embark on the journey of learning something new.

Ms. Ang, the Lead Teacher in our Preschool classroom, has been with the Goddard School since 2022. Working in the childcare industry for the past 9 years, Ang takes immense joy in contributing to the growth and development of children, finding fulfillment in observing her little friends as they blossom into unique individuals with distinct personalities. Her dedication to fostering a nurturing learning environment reflects her commitment to creating a positive and enriching experience for every child under her care.

Ms. Tiffany, joined our team as co-teacher in the preschool classroom in 2023. She has brought a loving and nurturing presence to our learning environment ever since.
