    Ms. Jessica proudly serves as the franchise owner of The Goddard School in Ewing alongside her husband, Ryan. They have one amazing son, Austin, who is currently attending the school's Pre-Kindergarten program. Ms. Jessica has worked in the childcare industry for 15 years and her wealth of experience reflects a deep commitment to providing quality care and early education. Known for her leadership skills, Ms. Jessica creates a nurturing environment where children flourish. Her dedication extends beyond business, as she actively engages with parents, staff, and the community to ensure a collaborative and supportive atmosphere within the Goddard Family. With a passion for fostering growth in young minds, Ms. Jessica continues to make a positive impact on the lives of children under her care.

    Operational Director
    Ms. Chelsea brings passion, expertise, and a personal connection to her role as Operational Director. She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's degree in Teacher Leadership, and has 11 years of teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, special education, and technology in a local school district. Ms. Chelsea's journey with The Goddard School began with her son, Jack, who thrived during his first two years here as a student. Inspired by the positive impact on Jack's development, Chelsea joined the leadership team in 2024. As Operational Director, Ms. Chelsea combines her professional background with a parent's perspective. Her goal is to create a nurturing environment where every child flourishes academically, socially, and emotionally. Ms. Chelsea is also dedicated to cultivating positive relationships with students, parents, and the community, making her an indispensable member of the management team.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Megan is our lead preschool teacher with a passion for early childhood education. She has a bachelor's degree in education and brings both knowledge and enthusiasm into the classroom. Ms. Megan finds joy in witnessing the transformative journey of young minds as they learn and grow. Her commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging environment is evident in her teaching approach. Not only is she a professional in the field, but she is also a parent herself, with her two children, Canon and Kaizen, attending the Goddard School. This unique perspective allows Ms. Megan to connect with both her students and their parents, fostering a supportive educational community. With her educational background and genuine love for watching children flourish, Ms. Megan is truly an asset to the learning environment at the Goddard School.

    Lead Teacher
    Miss Kristin, the dedicated lead teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten class, became a member of the Goddard family in 2009. Both of her children, Ryan and Ali, proudly stand as alumni of our school. Kristin holds a degree in Elementary Education and English from The College of New Jersey. Her passion for building meaningful relationships with students and families is evident, and she finds joy in engaging her class through music and circle time, making every moment a valuable part of their learning experience.

    Ms. Megan, the co-teacher in our Infant Classroom, has been working with The Goddard School for three years. Dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment, Ms. Megan is passionate about fostering the cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants in her care. She not only brings professional excellence to our program, but also a personal connection as her two children, Nicholas and Noah, are both enrolled here. This unique perspective allows her to understand the dynamics of our school community from both a teacher and a parent point of view. As a valued member of our team, Ms. Megan contributes to the growth and well-being of our youngest learners, creating a sense of family within the school.

    Miss Keyera, the Head Teacher in our Dolphin’s classroom, has been a member of the The Goddard School team since 2015. With over two decades of experience in nurturing children in diverse environments, Keyera passionately supports her little friends in developing communication and social skills. Above all, she takes genuine delight in witnessing the expressions of joy and curiosity on her children's faces as they embark on the journey of learning something new.
