    Parul is proud to bring The Goddard School's outstanding early childhood education program to the families of the Morrisville community. With a Master's degree in Business and more than 15 years of leadership experience in the technology industry, she combines strategic leadership with a genuine passion for early childhood education. As a proud mother of two, Parul is committed to creating a nurturing environment where children thrive through The Goddard School's exclusive **Wonder of Learning™** curriculum, engaging STEAM experiences, meaningful partnerships with families, and personalized learning that inspires confidence, curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. Outside of school, Parul enjoys spending time with her family, playing basketball and pickleball, and rock climbing. She looks forward to welcoming your family and helping your child build a strong foundation for a lifetime of learning.

    ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
    Ms. Tisha brings a genuine passion for early childhood education and a warm, nurturing approach to her role as Assistant Director. She is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive school environment where every child feels loved, heard, and valued. As part of our leadership team, Ms. Tisha supports daily school operations, teacher coaching and development, classroom quality, and family communication. She enjoys mentoring teachers, building strong relationships with families, and helping ensure that each classroom provides an engaging, caring, and high-quality learning experience. Ms. Tisha believes that every child can thrive when given the right encouragement, opportunities, and support. Hardworking, compassionate, and approachable, she takes pride in being a trusted resource for our children, families, and faculty while helping foster a positive and collaborative school community.

    Hi, I’m Meagan! I’m excited to be part of the fun and supportive team here at The Goddard School. I love creating engaging events, building connections within the local community, and sharing the wonderful learning experiences, celebrations, and special moments happening at The Goddard School through our social media channels. In my free time, I enjoy reading and playing games with friends. I look forward to getting to know all of our wonderful families and learners!

    LEAD PRE-K TEACHER
    Ms. Prajna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and has 5 years of experience working with young children. As the Pre-K Lead Teacher, she is passionate about preparing children for a successful transition to kindergarten through a strong focus on STEM, literacy, math, and social-emotional development. In her classroom, Ms. Prajna implements The Goddard School's Wonder of Learning™ curriculum while incorporating the Wake County Kindergarten Readiness standards to ensure children build the academic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills needed for future success. She believes children learn best through purposeful play, hands-on investigations, inquiry-based learning, and meaningful classroom experiences that encourage curiosity and independence. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Prajna enjoys reading, running, biking, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with her family.

    INFANT LEAD TEACHER
    We are excited to introduce Ms. Jazzmin as your child’s teacher! With a teaching career that began in 2008, Ms. Jazzmin brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a Minor in Child Development from Ashford University. Over the years, she has worked with children of all ages in a variety of classroom settings. Her greatest strengths include building a warm and welcoming classroom community and fostering strong, open communication with both students and families. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Jazzmin enjoys traveling, making memories with loved ones, and spending quality time with her daughter, Alyanah. She’s also a proud dog mom to two wonderful pups! We are thrilled to have Ms. Jazzmin as part of our team and look forward to a fantastic year of learning and growth together.

    Hello! My name is Alexis Johnson. I have been working professionally in early childcare since 2019. My experience with children caused me to become passionate about the early childcare field and encouraged me to gain more knowledge. Since starting childcare, I have begun my journey to achieve a bachelors degree in early childhood education. Within my educational journey I have specialized in Infant\Toddler Care, Early Education, and Preschool Foundations. After completing Early Childhood Education, I plan to further my education and pursue a degree in Child Psychology.

    Hello! My name is Ms. Marshall, and I am thrilled to be part of The Goddard School family. I am a proud HBCU graduate, and before joining Goddard, I served for two years with the North Carolina Association of Educators (NCAE) and its affiliate, the National Education Association (NEA). Those experiences strengthened my passion for early childhood education and my commitment to helping young children learn and grow. I believe every child deserves a classroom where they feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. My goal is to create a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment where children build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and discover the joy of learning through hands-on experiences and purposeful play. I look forward to getting to know each child and partnering with families to support their growth, celebrate their achievements, and make this a wonderful year of learning together!

    PRESCHOOL LEAD TEACHER
    Ms. Shilpa holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Communication and previously worked as an Assistant Professor in India. Her passion for education and child development led her to the United States, where she earned a second Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Mission College in California. As our Preschool Lead Teacher, Ms. Shilpa is passionate about preparing children for a successful transition to Pre-K by building a strong foundation in literacy, early math, and STEAM. With experience in both Montessori and play-based learning, Ms. Shilpa creates a nurturing and engaging classroom where children develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. She integrates technology and meaningful learning experiences to support each child's academic, social-emotional, and developmental growth. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.

    Hello Parents I am a dedicated preschool teacher with six years of experience working in toddler classrooms. I am currently pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Education, where I continue to grow my knowledge and skills to better support young learners. I believe that toddlers learn best through play, exploration, and nurturing relationships. I am passionate about creating a caring and engaging classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. One of my favorite parts of teaching is seeing my students’ faces light up each day as they discover something new. Outside the classroom, I enjoy creative activities such as hairstyling, nails, and lashes, and I’m a big fan of Minnie Mouse. I feel truly welcomed at The Goddard School and look forward to continuing to grow and gain valuable experience in early childhood education.

    Ms. Nishath is a Lead Teacher with two years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and has completed EDU-119, Child Development II (EDU-145), and her Early Childhood Credentials. Ms. Nishath is a patient and caring educator who creates a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment. She supports each child’s individual needs and encourages learning through play while maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging space for growth and development.
