    Cindy opened The Goddard School in Oakville in September 2000. She has her degree from Southeast Missouri State University and was a Social Worker for several years before opening The Goddard School. When opening the school, Cindy's vision was to create a warm, loving environment for preschoolers and their families. Throughout the year, the school doors are open to the Oakville community for fun and exciting events. Cindy and The Goddard School in Oakville have been awarded with several prestigious awards from Goddard Systems over the years, including the peer-nominated Bruce Ford Memorial Award for demonstrating an outstanding contribution to the community, unselfish support of fellow franchisees and an unwavering belief in the Goddard system. Cindy and her husband have two Goddard graduates that have graduated from University of Missouri. They love to golf, play baseball, and attend St. Louis Cardinal games.

    Kelley became the Director of The Goddard School in Oakville in January 2001. She has her degree from Truman State University, and has been awarded with "Director of the Year" and has won the "Director's Choice Award" twice from Goddard Systems, Inc. She was recently one of four directors nominated for "Director of the Year" by Goddard Systems in 2024. Kelley and her husband live in Ballwin with her three boys (all Goddard graduates). They love to play soccer and basketball together, and Kelley enjoys walking and reading in her spare time.

    Tiny Twinkles Teacher
    Savannah began working at The Goddard School in Oakville in 2022. She has been working with infants since 2018, and loves creating a calm and nurturing classroom environment. She and her fiancé have a daughter at our school & three dogs and they love spending time outside.

    Ms. Rachel joined our team in 2022 as a support teacher in our preschool classroom. She moved to our Tiny Twinkles infant room in 2023, where she found her spot! She loves art and music and watching our littlest learners learn and grow every day.

    Ms. Abbie has been a co-teacher in the Over the Rainbow classroom since 2022 before moving into the Tiny Twinkles classroom. She has worked with toddlers since 2019, and is excited to be a part of our Goddard Family with her growing family.

    Waddling Wonders Lead Teacher and Afternoon Office Director
    Jen started working at The Goddard School in Oakville in 2007 in the First Steps Waddling Wonders classroom. In 2011, Jen began working as the Office Assistant and closing the school each night. Jen is also our Health and Safety Coordinator at our school. Jen and her husband live in the Oakville area with their son. She loves to read books, shop, and spend time with her family and friends but has enjoyed diving into youth sports with her little guy.

    Shawn is our newest teacher in the Waddling Wonders classroom. She has worked in early childhood education since 2022 and continuing to work towards her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis on early childhood! She loves teaching and helping kids develop and flourish.

    Dancing Dolphins Lead Teacher
    Andrea began her career at The Goddard School in 2011, after graduating from Webster University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She is the lead teacher in our Young Toddler classroom, the Dancing Dolphins. Andrea is a competitive dancer, and teaches dance. Her dream would be to travel the world. Andrea lives in Oakville with her husband and two sons and baby girl.

    Linda began working at The Goddard School in 2014, after over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She has 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren and just became a step-great-grandmother to twins! She worked in all of our classrooms, until she accepted the co-teaching position in the Dancing Dolphins classroom in 2016.

    Little Angels Co-Teacher
    Sami started working at The Goddard School in Oakville in 2003 and became a Co-Teacher in the Toddler Classroom, the Little Angels, after completing her degree in Early Childhood Education. Working with her sister everyday, Sami and Amanda love being active with their two year olds. She loves to play softball and watch St. Louis Blues Hockey.

    Ms. Marissa Sanchez is our co-teacher in the Little Angels classroom. Marissa graduated from Mehlville High School and Florida Atlantic University, and just relocated to the St. Louis area with her family after working at a Goddard School in Texas.

    Caroline joined The Goddard School in Oakville in 2011 when her youngest daughter (of five kids) began kindergarten. Caroline lives in Millstadt, IL with her husband and 5 children! They love traveling, shopping, and watching football and have welcomed three grandchildren to their family.

    Ms. Grace began working at our school in 2022 after she graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia. Grace began working with the Over the Rainbow classroom team in 2026 and has two children enrolled at the school.

    Ms. Lindsay Koelmel first began working at our school in 2012 as she was completing her degree in education. After working as a third grade teacher, she came back to the preschool world in 2026 with her 3 daughters enrolled at The Goddard School.

    Sunrays Lead Teacher
    Heather was the first teacher hired at The Goddard School in Oakville, and actually began working for the school before it opened in 2000. Her Sunrays Preschool classroom is the perfect balance between providing independence to her preschoolers and still keeping the nurturing, learning environment. Heather and her husband have a Goddard graduate in the work force, and live in the Oakville area. She enjoys gardening and reading in her spare time.

    Ms. Alyssa is the Assistant Teacher in the Sunrays classroom. She began working at our school in 2018 as a Support Team member while she was working on her degree, and loves working in preschool, and took the teaching position in Sunrays in 2022.

    Ms. Crystal is our new co-teacher in the Bright Stars classroom. She joined our school in 2021 to help cover a maternity leave and has fallen in love with the preschool world. Ms. Crystal and her husband have a son and daughter and live in the Oakville area. She loves science and art, and loves to be outside.

    Colleen worked at The Goddard School from 2013-2016 as a support teacher, and came back to the school in 2024 as an Imagination Station and Fireflies teacher before joining the Bright Stars classroom. Colleen enjoys the yoga curriculum in the classroom, and loves working with the preschoolers on their manners and friendship skills. She and her husband have two daughters enrolled at the school.

    Meaghan began teaching at The Goddard School in Oakville in 2011, and is moving to our Fireflies classroom for the 2026 school year. Meaghan and her husband live in Oakville with two Goddard graduates and loves to go to the Lake, loves to go shopping, and loves to read.

    Marissa joined our school in 2009 as a support teacher while attending classes to complete her degree in education. She took some time off from The Goddard School when her twin daughters were born in 2011, and returned in 2014 as the Over the Rainbow "Get Set" classroom teacher as she was completing her degree. Marissa accepted the Junior Kindergarten teaching position in the Fireflies classroom in 2026 after working in the Lindbergh school district for the Parents as Teachers program. Marissa enjoys spending time with her family

    G2 Program Director
    Ashley graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Education and had been teaching at a Goddard school in the Kansas City area for the last three years as Lead Teacher before moving to The Goddard School in Oakville. She has worked in our Fireflies Junior Kindergarten classroom since 2019 before moving to G2 to lead that program. She and her husband have a daughter and son enrolled at our school.
