    Director
    Ms. Becky has her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from William Jewell College. She's been working with children and families since 2002 and has experience as a teacher, assistant director, health & safety director and center director. She is a proud mom of 3 girls and in her free time she enjoys attending the Kansas City Chiefs & Current games!

    Maggie

    Education Director
    Maggie was born and raised in Maryville, MO. and attended Northwest Missouri State University, where she graduated with a degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies. Maggie has worked in a variety childcare settings, including another Goddard School. Maggie says her favorite thing about working with kids is getting to know all their personalities and watching them learn and grow. A fun fact about Ms. Maggie is she has two Golden Retrievers named Ozzie and Mac!

    Education Director
    Mr. Daniel has been our Director of Education since November 2022, after teaching for five years at our Overland Park location. With a career in early childhood education starting in 2013, he holds bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Educational Studies and Studio Art from Knox College. Passionate about fostering social and emotional development in children, Mr. Daniel enjoys exploring National and State Parks, playing video games, and spending time with his family. He lives with his wife, Sydney, a first-grade teacher in KCKPS, and their doxiepoo, Viola. Fun fact: he became an FCC-licensed ham radio operator at 12 and has made radio contact with over 180 countries. He also spent a year in Germany as a Rotary Youth Exchange student in high school.

    Instructional Coach/ Pre-Kindergarten 2 Teacher
    Ms. Becca has dedicated over 22 years to childcare and education, primarily as a Pre-K teacher, with experience as a long-term substitute high school ELA teacher. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. In 2023, Becca completed her student teaching in the Liberty Public School District. Ms. Becca's passions as a teacher are reading, science, and social-emotional learning. Married with three children, four grandsons, and two granddaughters, Ms. Becca is also an avid Oregon Ducks football fan. An interesting fact about her is that she loves musical theater and singing.

    Ms. Diana has been working in childcare for over 15 years and enjoys working with all ages. Diana is married and has three children. She also has a dog named Luna and several betta fish. Diana enjoys watching movies, fishing, and going on walks with her family. Diana says she is looking forward to working with her co-teacher and getting to know the children in her class. A fun fact about Diana is she collects Cinderella related items.

    Ms. Brooke joined our team in July 2024, bringing over two decades of experience in childcare, primarily with infants and toddlers. She has a deep passion for nurturing young minds and finds immense joy in witnessing the moment a child’s eyes light up as they master a new skill. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys curling up with a good book, playing The Sims 4, and spending quality time with her beloved cat, Luna. She has a particular fondness for the cozy days of late autumn and the crisp chill of winter. Ms. Brooke's warmth and genuine love for children make her a cherished member of our infant classroom.

    Ms. Christina joined our faculty in May 2024 as a teacher in our First Steps classroom. She loves assisting our youngest learners as they overcome challenges and reach new milestones in their educational journey. Outside the classroom, Christina enjoys crocheting, playing video games, and spending time with her daughter and their two huskies. We are thrilled to have Christina as a part of our Liberty Goddard team!

    Ms. Claire has been teaching at Goddard since February 2022. She dedicated her senior year of high school to the Educational Internship Program, where she acquired skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and meaningful interactions with children. Claire attended Missouri State University and earned her Child Development Associate credential in the spring of 2024. A fun fact about Claire is that she is the oldest of five girls in her family.

    Miss Mara has worked as a teacher’s aide, a nanny and has been with The Goddard School of Liberty since we opened. Mara is currently attending college working toward her degree in marketing. In her free time, Mara likes to travel and spend time with her puppy.

    Ms. Rylan joined the Liberty Goddard School in November 2022 and has since become an integral part of our pre-toddler classroom, supporting the little ones with abundant patience and warmth. Her dedication and enthusiasm for childcare shine through in everything she does. In her spare time, Rylan volunteers with kids at her church and likes to travel. She is also pursuing an Associate's in Arts degree at MCC - Maple Woods. Rylan has a dog named KC and loves spending time at the beach.

    Ms. Monique began working in early childhood education in 2014 and obtained her Child Development Associate credential in 2023. Monique relocated to Kansas City from Colorado and joined our faculty in February 2022. She says her main goal as a teacher is to help her students to thrive and be the best they can be. A fun fact about Monique is she is a huge Chiefs fan, despite being raised in Colorado.

    Ms. Tiffany joined the Liberty Goddard team in September 2024, bringing over 20 years of expertise in early childhood education to our Two’s classroom. With experience as both an educator and a former daycare owner, she is deeply committed to fostering each child's individual learning style. Ms. Tiffany believes that a nurturing, joyful classroom environment is key to supporting children's growth and development. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys quality time with her husband and four children. Fun fact: Ms. Tiffany is proud of her Italian heritage and once had the chance to meet and hug Henry Winkler!

    Arianna joined our team in April 2024, bringing dedication, warmth, and endless patience to our toddler classroom. She delights in connecting with the children through humor and creative art activities. Outside of work, she likes spending time with her family's four dogs and pet fish. Fun fact: Arianna hails from Washington state!

    Ms. Kelly began teaching at the early childhood level in 2017 and has been with The Goddard School for four years. She loves spending time with her son, reading, watching TV, and is a huge Harry Potter fan. A fun fact about Ms. Kelly is that she convinced the front office to allow a pet fish in her classroom; Mr. Bubbles has been a wonderful addition to the school.

    Ms. Hannah joined our team in August 2022, bringing a wealth of excitement and joy to our Get Set classroom. Residing in the Liberty area with her family and two cats, Mittens and Gus, Hannah enjoys spending her free time walking trails and painting. A fun fact about Hannah is that she dreams of going skydiving one day.

    We are so thankful to have Ms. Sabrina join our Goddard Team! Ms. Sabrina has worked with children for over 30 years and is a mom to 3 wonderful kids! In her free time, Ms. Sabrina likes to spend time with her friends, family, and two dogs. She also likes to complete home improvement projects or go shopping. One fun fact about Ms. Sabrina is that she was a Freelance Sign Language Interpreter for over 20 years.

    Ms. Sophia joined our team in July 2022 and has been thoroughly enjoying her time teaching at Goddard. She loves working with children and has built strong connections with them. Originally from Georgia, Sophia now lives in the Liberty area and has lived in five different states throughout her life. She enjoys drawing, writing, and spending time outdoors. One of her favorite activities is walking her three dogs, Raleigh, Rowan, and Riggs.

    Ms. Darion is currently attending UMKC to obtain her degree in Elementary Education and Psychology. Prior to joining Goddard Darion worked in an elementary school setting. Ms. Darion is recently married and loves spending time with her husband and their dog Dexter. A fun fact about Darion is she collects snow globes when she travels.

    Ms. Kate has worked in the field of early childhood education since 2019. She holds an associate's degree in elementary education and will soon be pursuing a bachelor's degree. When she's not teaching, she enjoys relaxing with her husband and two dogs.

    Ms. Sam joined the Goddard team in October 2024. Ms Sam has worked with children for several years and has earned her bachelor's degree in social work. She loves being able to watch children grow and learn! Ms. Sam loves the Kansas City Chiefs and hanging out with her 2-year-old son! One fun fact about Ms. Sam is that she collects large mugs!

    Ms. Stephanie joined our Pre-K team in August 2023. She is looking forward to the upcoming school year and getting to know her new students and families. Stephanie has worked in education for 3 years and is currently in school to finish her degree in Elementary Education. Stephanie is married and has 4 sons. A fun fact about Stephanie is she loves singing, writing and crafting.

    Ms. Annelise has worked in childcare since 2016. She attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Annelise loves spending time with friends and family, being in nature, exploring new places, ands spending time with her two cats, Finley and Pippin. She looks forward to building relationships with her students and their families. Annelise is dedicated to creating a fun and positive learning experience for her students. A fun fact about Annelise is that she used to be the snake handler for the 21 snakes in her high school’s environmental education class.

    Ms. Jessica has dedicated over 18 years to childcare, with experience at The Goddard School in Olathe, KS. She resides in Smithville with her husband and their three youngest children. Her oldest son is currently attending the University of Kansas. Jessica is thrilled to be working with the pre-k class and getting to know the students and families. An interesting fact about Jessica is her passion for antiquing, particularly collecting bird figurines.

    Ms. Emma has been working as an early childhood educator since 2019. She has experience working with all age groups, but she particularly loves working with infants and toddlers. Ms. Emma is CPR and First Aid certified. She enjoys watching the personalities of her youngest students bloom as they learn and grow. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her two cats, Bug and Thumb, and engage in painting and drawing.

    Lynsie joined our team in October 2022 and has become an essential member of our two-year-old classrooms in a faculty support role. Her dedication and enthusiasm have positively impacted both our students and their families. In her free time, Lynsie enjoys watching movies and reading. She has a dog named KC, and an interesting fact is that her twin sister, Rylan, also works with us at The Goddard School.

    Ms. Sofi joined our team in October 2023, bringing 2 years of childcare and afterschool program experience to our school. Her passion for early childhood education is evident in her dedication to nurturing young learners and helping them reach developmental milestones. Beyond the classroom, she is pursuing a full-time education at Park University, focusing on art and childhood development to enhance her expertise for the benefit of our students and community.

    Ms. Nancy has worked in childcare for over 20 years in a Montessori school setting as a teacher and a team leader. She graduated from the University of Tulsa with a degree in Elementary Education. She also has her Montessori certification. Ms. Nancy has two daughters: Ava and Stella, and a French bulldog named Calvin Klein. In her free time she loves watching her daughters play tennis, spending time with her friends, and traveling with her family. Their favorite destination is Mexico! A fun fact about Ms. Nancy is that she enjoys Orange Theory Fitness!

    Ms. Chandler is one of our first teachers hired at the Goddard School of Liberty and has worked in childcare since she was eighteen. Chandler enjoys experiencing and sharing all the “firsts” that happen in our youngest classrooms. Chandler is attending Park University, pursuing a degree in education. In her spare time, she enjoys watching Adam Sandler films and cooking stir-fry meals.

    Ms. Ava joined the Goddard team in October 2024 as a support teacher, working between the toddler and bridge classrooms. Her passion for caregiving began at a young age, helping care for her nieces and nephews, which led to babysitting and nannying for other families. Ava is dedicated to nurturing and educating young minds, striving to make a positive impact every day. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, exploring the outdoors, and playing with her cat, Ludo.

    Ms. Micaela became a part of our Goddard family in November 2024. Before relocating to the Kansas City area earlier this year, she resided in Las Vegas and Chicago. With over a year of experience in childcare, Micaela is now pursuing an associate's degree in early childhood education. She shares her home with her boyfriend and their pets: a hamster, a turtle, and a dog. An interesting fact about Micaela is her enthusiasm for singing karaoke.
