Rick and Shannon are thrilled to be able to provide The Goddard School’s outstanding educational program to the children and families of the Woodbury community. Their vision for opening a Goddard started with a desire to not only provide children with a consistent, nurturing, and top notch early educational experience but also to provide families with a joyful and meaningful experience for their family’s early childhood years. Rick and Shannon also aim to be the best for their team by focusing on hiring only the best early childhood educators and investing in their development and engagement, ultimately, creating a great culture and environment for staff, children, and families!

Ms. Paige is our operations Director here at Goddard (Woodbury) and has been on our team since 'Day 1!' She has her associate degree and a Credential in Early Childhood Education. She started her career in Early Childhood in 2012 and is passionate about ensuring that children learn, grow, and thrive every day in her care. Her favorite part about Goddard (Woodbury) is our Vision Statement (which is about being THE best for teachers, families, and children) and that we (the entire team at Goddard (Woodbury)) actively ensure that we live our Vision every day.

Ms. Sarah is our Human Resource and Marketing Director here at Goddard (Woodbury). She is originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and graduated from Gogebic Community College with her associate degree in Elementary Education. She moved to MN in 2009 but loves to go back home any chance she can get to visit family and the beautiful area of the U.P. of MI. Teaching has always been her passion as she has been in childcare since 2014. Ms. Sarah loves watching children learn, as it is such an amazing sight! Her favorite part about Goddard (Woodbury) is the positive and warm environment she gets to be surrounded by each and every day.

Ms. Dana joined the Goddard Leadership team as the Education Director for the younger side. She grew up in North Dakota and graduated from NDSU with a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Science degree. She began her career in 2005 working with toddler-age children. After teaching for many years, she got her master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction for Early Childhood Education. She is a perfect fit for our school; we are so lucky to have her!

Ms. Tanya has been a part of our Goddard (Woodbury) Family since we opened in November 2018! She is our Education Director on the older side of the building, Preschool through School-Age. She was born in Russia, and moved to Colorado before settling in locally, here in Minnesota. After completing her degree in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Tanya dove into the role as an Early Childhood Educator in 2010. She believes it takes a village of dedicated and positive individuals to raise children. Ms. Tanya is so thankful to be a part of that village to help your child have a meaningful and positive experience while they are here to be empowered and become the best they can be.

Ms. Riley joined the Goddard (Woodbury) team as our Assistant Director. After being in the restaurant management field for several years, Ms. Riley found her passion in Early Childhood Education. She decided to get her CDA and now has been in the Early Childhood Education & Leadership field for several years and has loved it. Her favorite part about Early Childhood Education is that she gets to be on the journey of helping children grow!

Ms. Kelley is our Co-Lead Teacher in our Infant Classroom. She came to Goddard (Woodbury) in March of 2019, although she has been working in the Early Childhood Education Field since 2007. Her associate degree is in Psychology, with extensive coursework in Early Childhood Education and Child Development. Getting to spend her days loving on the babies is a dream come true for her! The first year of life is such a crucial developmental period and Ms. Kelley knows that the care and education she provides makes a huge difference. Every day that she is here, Ms. Kelley knows that Goddard (Woodbury) is where she belongs!

Ms. Elizabeth joined the Goddard (Woodbury) team as our Infant and Crawler teacher support. After graduating with a degree in Elementary Education, Ms. Elizabeth found her passion for working with children. She is also a mother and a USA swim team coach. Her favorite part about Goddard (Woodbury) is getting to know all the sweet babies!

Ms. Kalley is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Infant & Crawler Classrooms and has been on our team since April of 2021. She studied Early Childhood Education and has a passion for working in this field. Ms. Kalley believes the most important thing in Early Childhood is allowing the child to feel safe and loved, so that they feel confident in their learning environment! She especially loves to work in the Crawler Classroom and celebrate both big & small milestones with each student!

Ms. Hayle joined the Goddard (Woodbury) team as one of our Lead Teachers. Hayle has her CDA certification specializing in infants and toddlers and found her passion in childcare as she has been in the field for many years. She loves to help children reach milestones and get to be there along the way. Her favorite thing about Goddard (Woodbury) is the supportive and welcoming community.

Ms. Dani was very excited to join us as one of our Lead Teachers here at Goddard (Woodbury). She has several years of experience in childcare and ever since she was young, she knew she wanted to be a teacher. She believes that every child is unique in their own way and deserves to have the opportunity to show their uniqueness. We are so lucky to have Ms. Dani as well as her son here with us at Goddard!

Hello, Ms. Paula is starting at Goddard at a point in her life where her professional life has been fulfilled in accounting and now she can follow her hearts passion – children. As a former foster parent for infants, she is excited to get back involved with the wee ones! Additionally, she has always embraced the concept that education starts on day one and continues for a lifetime. Ms. Paula can’t wait to see educational lightbulbs turn on in the eyes of the newest Goddard children! Guided by her faith, she promises to give her all to the families here at Goddard.

Ms. Ellie is one of our Waddler Teachers and has been working at Goddard (Woodbury) since October of 2018. After studying Early Childhood Education & American Sign Language at Saint Paul College, she jumped into childcare centers and has loved it ever since. She feels so fortunate to have found a warm and welcoming place to work with amazing, knowledgeable staff.

Ms. Anna is our Co-Lead Teacher in our Waddler Classroom. She joined our team in August of 2020, after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and Elementary Education from Winona State. She believes that early childhood education is such an important piece of child's life because it helps create a strong foundation in every aspect of a child's development and it allows them to become the best person they can be. Ms. Anna's favorite part about Goddard (Woodbury) is the endless opportunities to learn and grow.

Ms. Kailey joined the Goddard Dream Team as one of our Assistant Teachers. For as long as she can remember, she's had a passion for working with kids. Her favorite part about teaching is being able to create close bonds with the children and their families. After getting her CNA and working with the elderly she knew that childcare is where her heart is. We are lucky to have her!

Jenn graduated from Waldorf University with her CDA while I was working as an aide. She is currently attending SNHU for a Business Admin degree. She believes that all children learn in different ways and at different paces, so she likes to accommodate each child individually. Ms. Jenn has 2 daughters (Payton and Isabella) who attend Goddard as well, and a son, Edward. She is looking forward to meeting all of our Goddard (Woodbury) families.

Ms. Jasmine joined our team as one of our Assistant Teachers on the younger side. She is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing but also has a passion for working with children. After being in a center for a couple of years she fell in love with it! Her favorite part about Goddard (Woodbury) is the warm and welcoming staff.

Ms. Asha joined the Goddard (Woodbury) team in September 2023. She currently lives in Hastings, MN and attended Concordia University- Saint Paul. Ms. Asha started working with children in 2013 and has loved every minute of it. She is excited to be a part of this awesome dream team as well as build relationships with all the families and kids.

Ms. Makayla grew up in Hammond, WI and attended college at Northwood Tech- New Richmond, WI. Ms. Makayla started working in childcare in 2015. She recently moved to St. Paul with her family and in her free time she loves to go disc golfing, camping, fishing, and hikes with her family. She can't wait to meet everyone within her care and build strong relationships with all the amazing families.

Ms. Cheyenne has 10 years of experience teaching children and really enjoys playing a fundamental role in their development. In her free time, she spends as much time outdoors as possible with family & friends. Her and her husband have 3 children; Eli, Kylie and Dansby – who are part of the Goddard (Woodbury) family as well. She looks forward to meeting your family and being a part of your child’s learning journey.

Ms. Sarah joined the Goddard School in as one of our Assistant Teachers serving both the younger and older side. Ms. Sarah has experience working with children as a soccer and theater camp counselor. She loves to create a fun and educational environment!

Ms. Amy is our Co-Lead Teacher in our Preschool 1 Classroom. She has been a part of the Goddard family since February of 2019. She started her career in the Early Childhood Education Field in 2008, after receiving her CDA. Ms. Amy continues to share a spark with her students for learning through hands-on experiences that allow them to dive deeper into the world around them. Her favorite thing about Goddard (Woodbury) is being able to provide a love for life-long learning in each and every preschooler in her classroom!

Ms. Miranda has been on the Goddard Dream Team as one of our MVP's on the older side, and is now a teacher. After graduating with a Criminal Justice degree, Ms. Miranda decided to change her career path and found a passion for teaching. She has experience working with children of all ages and her favorite part is being able to make an impact and help her students hit major milestones.

Ms. Bailey joined the Goddard School (Woodbury) in September 2023. She grew up in Lakeville, MN and attended college at Inver Hills. Even though she received a legal degree, she has always had a passion for early childhood education. She has been working in the childcare field since 2011 – her first job! She lives in St. Paul with her big, loving family. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her 3 kids, take her dogs to the dog park, and watch movies.

Ms. Jayme is our Co-Lead Teacher in our Preschool 2 Classroom and has been working at Goddard (Woodbury) since the Fall of 2020. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education in 2018, but has been working in the field for many years! Ms. Jayme knows that everyday she walks into Goddard (Woodbury), will be a great day full of positivity, kindness, and warmth! She loves to see her students grow into who they are meant to be while participating in fun learning activities.

Ms. Cyndee is so grateful to be joining the Goddard (Woodbury) family! Early childhood education is her passion, and she is super excited to bring that passion to Goddard. Ms. Cyndee is currently a full time PreK teacher in the St. Paul School district with an Infant-3rd grade teaching license. Overall, she truly believes that this time in a child’s life is so critical, and she is honored to guide so many children through this phase of life! Currently Ms. Cyndee lives in North Hudson with her Husband, Jason, and daughter Kyla – who is also attending Goddard.

Ms. Ariel joined our Dream Team in July of 2019 as a Co-Lead Teacher in our PreK 1 Classroom. She started her career working with children in 2012 and has not looked back since! Ms. Ariel has her CDA in Early Childhood Education and loves nurturing and teaching young children here at Goddard (Woodbury). Her favorite quote is “Believe in your children and they will believe in themselves.” Her favorite things about being a part of the Goddard family are the positive, growth, and support for both teacher and students. She is so grateful to call Goddard (Woodbury) a second home.

Ms. Alanna is one of our Pre-Kindergarten 2 teachers. After graduating from Rasmussen College, she began working with children and has loved it ever since. It is her passion to help children gain the needed skills and education to set them on a path to future success. She believes that through these skills, children can gain the confidence to be the best they can be!

Ms. Christina is one of our Assistant Teachers on the older side. After graduating with a major in Psychology and English Writing she found another passion for teaching. She loves building meaningful connections in the classroom and believes that Early Childhood Education is important because there is an opportunity to teach each child to their induvial learning style and need.

Ms. Abby has been a part of our Goddard (Woodbury) Family since 'Day 1' and she is our Co-Lead Teacher in one of our Pre-Kindergarten Classrooms. Working as an Early Childhood Educator is Ms. Abby’s passion; she loves to see all the beautiful milestones that her students achieve while becoming who they are meant to be. Ms. Abby graduated with a Pre-Elementary Teaching Degree in the country of Guatemala, where she also taught Kindergarten for 2 years. She then moved to Minnesota in 2002 and continued her career with children here as an Early Childhood Educator. She loves getting to know people and learning their stories and hopes to get to know yours on a deeper level. Ms. Abby's favorite part about working at Goddard (Woodbury) is that she feels like this is her second home and that everyone here is a part of her extended family.

Ms. Liz is our Co-Lead Teacher in our PreK 2 Classroom! She joined our Team in October of 2019 after working as a Kindergarten Teacher for three years. Ms. Liz has a bachelor of science degree and went on to get her masters in Elementary Education. Once she had her son Michael, they both joined our Goddard (Woodbury) Family. Ms. Liz knows every child learns and grows differently and their tools for success may be different, but every child is learning and growing to reach their next step. She is proud to help her students reach these goals!

Ms. Tabby is our Co-Lead Teacher in our School-Age Classroom and has been on our Team since March of 2021. More than anything, Ms. Tabby loves learning. She never outgrew the question “why?” or her childhood curiosity. Ms. Tabby takes inspiration from her education in Computer Technology and Theatre, as well as prior experience as a daycare teacher, nanny, and Girl Scout employee. She is so excited to take all of that, as well as her energy and love for your children, into the classroom for a fun learning experience!

Mr. Zach joined the Goddard (Woodbury) Team in September 2023. He grew up in Woodbury, Minnesota and has lived here all his life. Zach went to the University of Wisconsin River Falls and graduated with a degree in Exercise Sports Science. He has been working in childcare since 2017. Zach enjoys running and doing anything that involves being active. In college he ran Cross Country and Track. Zach loves sports like football, Hockey, Basketball.

Mr. Mike joined the Goddard (Woodbury) team in November of 2022 as our Bus Driver. He has many years of experience bus driving but wanted to take the opportunity to be a part of the Goddard family. His favorite part about Goddard is the way it makes him feel young again and that the kids tell him good jokes on the way to school!

Ms. Victoria joined the Goddard (Woodbury) Team in August 2023. She is originally from New Orleans, LA and had worked in childcare for a few years in Northwest Arkansas. She is now living in Newport, MN and is the oldest sibling out of seven. She knew she had a passion for childcare when she was young because she loved to see the way children’s personality grew and flourished like flowers!

Ms. Shawnee joined the Goddard Team Dream Team as one of our Lead Teachers. After working the medical field for many years, she decided to change her career path to teaching. She loves seeing the light in a child's eyes after learning and exploring the world. We are so lucky to have her and her daughter with us at Goddard.

Ms. Grace is so excited to join the Goddard School (Woodbury). She is currently completing her doctoral degree at the U of M to become an Occupational Therapist. She started working with children in 2015. Although she loves working with any children of any age, she is passionate about working with children who have developmental delays/disabilities. Her favorite activity to do with children is sensory play and her favorite subject to teach children is their social/emotional skills. She can’t wait to get to know all the children and families here at Goddard (Woodbury).

Ms. Lily is so happy to be at The Goddard School (Woodbury)! She is originally from Fargo, ND and went to college at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Ms. Lily started in childcare in 2015 and can’t seem to stay away! Her favorite part about working with children is that it is always rewarding!

Ms. Isela (pronounced E-sela) is super excited to join the Goddard (Woodbury) family along with her 2 children. Ms. Isela says helping children develop puts a light in her. As a teacher she always reminds herself “In learning you will teach and in teaching you will learn” –Phil Collins. She is so happy to be at the Goddard School (Woodbury) to help all little ones grow and learn everyday.

Ms. Emily is so excited to be joining The Goddard (Woodbury) Team. She grew up in Woodbury, Minnesota and has lived here all her life. She went to the University of Wisconsin Stout and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been working in childcare since 2020. She loves watching the children grow and develop into the tiny little humans they are; she also loves that they teach her new things and helps her grow!

Ms. Becca is so excited to join The Goddard (Woodbury) Team. She grew up in Maplewood, Minnesota and has lived there her whole life. She went to St Paul college and graduated with a degree in Child Development. Later, graduating from Metropolitan State with a Psychology Degree. She has been working in childcare since 2012. The biggest thing she loves about working with children is their excitement to learn new things and watching them reach different milestones

Ms. Callie is beyond excited to be joining the Goddard (Woodbury) Team. She grew up here in Woodbury and has yet to live anywhere else! She graduates from East Ridge High School in June 2024. She enjoys spending time with friends and family; watching movies, playing games, and just hanging out together. She also has a great passion for the sport of volleyball and loves to play as well as coach whenever she can. She has been babysitting since 2015 and loves being around kids, engaging in fun activities, and watching kids learn and pick up on new things so quickly! She cannot wait to learn more about each child and watch them all grow!
