The second that something happens that is out of the norm - anything from a fire alarm to a global pandemic - they kick into action and communicate so effectively with parents. This communication is so crucial to parents not having to ever worry about what's happening with their kids. We always know they're getting top-rate care and education, and that situations out of the norm are handled so well.

You can see the relationships help friends blossom and really shine in class because administrators, staff of all kinds learn as many of the children’s names as possible.
