Our Goddard School Teachers

Mr. Tarun has proudly owned our school since 2016, bringing a strong background in business and leadership with an MBA to his role. He is passionate about creating a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for children and supporting his dedicated team of educators. Outside of work, Mr. Tarun enjoys day trading, exploring the world of cryptocurrency, and staying active and fit.

Ms. Caitlyn has been part of our school family since 2016 and became Program Director in 2018. She holds a Master’s Degree, along with her 90-hour Preschool and Infant/Toddler Certifications. As the President of the Baltimore County Chapter of the MSCCA, she is dedicated to advancing quality early childhood education in our community. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Ms. Caitlyn is a proud UGA football fan who enjoys going to concerts, hiking, and camping.

Ms. Lisa serves as our Education Director and brings a wealth of experience to our school, having started her career in early childhood education in 1992. She joined our team in 2016 and holds both the 90-Hour Preschool and Infant/Toddler Certifications. Ms. Lisa is not only an expert educator, but also an active leader in the field as the President of the Maryland State Child Care Association. Her passion for advocacy, curriculum development, and teacher mentorship shines in all she does. Outside of work, she enjoys singing and giving back through volunteer work with local nonprofits.

Ms. Felicia has been working in early childhood education since 2002 and became part of our school family in 2017. She holds an Associate’s Degree along with her 90-hour Preschool Certification and 90-hour Infant/Toddler Certification. As both a dedicated preschool teacher and our Closing Manager, Ms. Felicia ensures each day ends with the same warmth and care it began with. Outside of school, she enjoys attending Ravens and Orioles games, reading, and spending time at the beach.

Ms. Miriam is a Substitute teacher with experience in early childhood education since 2017. She holds a 90-hour Preschool Certification and also teaches Spanish. Ms. Miriam enjoys reading and nature walks and is passionate about creating a welcoming, nurturing environment for children. She looks forward to supporting their growth and connecting with families.

Ms. Dee began her career in early childhood education in 2015 and joined our school in 2018. She holds a 90-hour Preschool Certification.

Ms. Chanel is one of our State Pre-K Teachers and an Opening Manager. She has been in early childhood education since 2019 and joined Goddard in 2018. Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, Ms. Chanel holds a 90-hour Preschool Certification and enjoys sports. She is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment and looks forward to connecting with children and families.

Ms. Abi began her career in early childhood education in 2021 and joined our school the same year. She holds a 90-hour Infant/Toddler Certification. Originally from Wahiawa, HI, Ms. Abi enjoys reading, solving puzzles, shopping, and watching movies in her free time.

Ms. Hager has over two decades of experience in early childhood education since 2000. She joined Goddard in 2022 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree along with a 90-hour Preschool and Infant/Toddler Certification. Originally from Charleston, SC, she enjoys spending time with family and shopping. Ms. Hager is committed to providing nurturing support to children and looks forward to building connections with families.

Ms. Diana joined our school family in 2022 and has been working in early childhood education since 2008. She holds her 90-hour Infant/Toddler Certification and brings years of nurturing experience to our youngest learners. Ms. Diana is passionate about creating a warm, loving environment where babies can grow and thrive each day.

Ms. Toyosi began her career in early childhood education in 2010 and joined our school in 2022. She holds a Master’s Degree as well as a 90-hour Preschool and Infant/Toddler Certification. Known for her passion and commitment to preparing children for kindergarten, Ms. Toyosi enjoys listening to music, dancing, and reading in her free time.

Ms. Charlotte began her career in early childhood education in 1976 and joined our school in 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a 90-hour Preschool Certification. With decades of experience creating meaningful learning experiences, Ms. Charlotte enjoys cooking and reading when she’s not in the classroom.

Ms. Chrissy is an Infant Floater with extensive experience in early childhood education since 2004. She joined Goddard in 2022 and enjoys reading and cooking. Ms. Chrissy is passionate about providing loving, attentive care to infants and looks forward to nurturing strong relationships with children and families.

Ms. Morgan is the Lead Teacher and Opening Manager for the Twos classroom. She has been in early childhood education since 2020 and joined Goddard in 2022. Certified with a 90-hour Preschool and Infant/Toddler credential, she brings her love of reading, art, thrift shopping, the beach, and even reality TV into creating a warm and engaging learning environment. Ms. Morgan is excited to nurture each child’s development and partner with families.

Ms. Anna began her career in early childhood education in 2017 and joined our school in 2023. She holds both her 90-hour Preschool Certification and 90-hour Infant/Toddler Certification, allowing her to support children across multiple age groups. Ms. Anna loves creating a safe and engaging environment for our littlest learners. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys watching sports, going to the beach, exploring nature trails, and spending time at the gym.

Mr. Chance is a State Pre-K Teacher in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom. He has been in early childhood education since 2020 and joined Goddard in 2023. Holding a 90-hour Preschool Certification, Mr. Chance enjoys reading, fishing, and cooking. He is passionate about creating a nurturing learning space and looks forward to building strong connections with children and families.

Ms. Sarah began her career in early childhood education in 2023 and joined our school the same year. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree along with a 90-hour Preschool Certification and a 90-hour Infant/Toddler Certification. Originally from Lake Zurich, IL, she enjoys crochet, art, and video games.

Ms. Stephanie began her career in early childhood education in 2020 and joined our school in 2023. She holds a 90-hour Preschool Certification and a 90-hour Infant/Toddler Certification. Originally from Hartford, Connecticut, she enjoys hiking, singing, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her son.

Ms. Dayna has a strong background in early childhood education since 2015. She joined Goddard in 2023 and enjoys sewing, crafting, reading, and writing. Ms. Dayna is passionate about encouraging creativity and literacy in young learners and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with children and families.

Ms. Lauren has been an assistant teacher with experience in early childhood education since 2009. She joined Goddard in 2023 and enjoys travel as well as spending time with family and friends. Ms. Lauren is passionate about supporting children’s growth and looks forward to fostering positive relationships with families.

Ms. Arian began her career in early childhood education in 2022 and joined our school in 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and brings enthusiasm and dedication to her preschool classroom each day. In her free time, Ms. Arian enjoys reading, playing sports, and relaxing while watching television.

Ms. Yasmine began her journey in early childhood education in 2023 and joined Goddard in 2024. She loves painting and reading, bringing creativity and a passion for stories to her work with children. Ms. Yasmine looks forward to supporting each child’s growth and building meaningful connections with families.

Ms. Shelby is a Lead Toddler Teacher with experience in early childhood education since 2017 and joined Goddard in 2024. She holds a 90-hour Preschool and Infant/Toddler Certification. Ms. Shelby enjoys listening to music and watching Netflix. She is passionate about creating a nurturing environment and looks forward to supporting children and connecting with families.

Ms. Kelly has experience in early childhood education since 2008. She joined Goddard in 2024 and holds a 90-hour Preschool and Infant/Toddler Certification. Ms. Kelly enjoys reading, spending time with family, watching movies, and singing. She is dedicated to supporting each child’s growth and building strong relationships with families.

Ms. Jada is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler classroom and began working in early childhood education in 2023. She officially joined our team in 2025 and brings with her a love for working with young children and a genuine excitement to grow in the field. With a cheerful and calm demeanor, Ms. Jada is a reassuring presence in the classroom, always ready to offer a helping hand and warm smile. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting, and exploring new creative outlets.

Ms. LaTese has been working in early childhood education since 2014 and joined our school family in 2025. She holds both her 90-hour Preschool Certification and 90-hour Infant/Toddler Certification, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classroom. Ms. LaTese is passionate about creating a nurturing, fun, and stimulating environment for toddlers to explore and grow. In her free time, she enjoys painting, attending concerts, bowling, skating, traveling, shopping, doing hair, dancing, and spending time with her family.

Ms. Kiya is a Floater who has been working in early childhood education since 2021 and joined Goddard in 2025. Originally from Washington, D.C., she holds a 90-hour Preschool Certification and enjoys hiking and watching movies. Ms. Kiya is dedicated to supporting children’s growth in a positive, engaging environment and looks forward to connecting with families.

Ms. Khushi is a Floater who began her journey in early childhood education in 2025 and joined Goddard the same year. She enjoys singing, playing guitar, tennis, and reading, bringing creativity and energy into her work with children. Ms. Khushi is excited to support each child’s growth and build meaningful relationships with families.

Ms. Catera is the Kitchen Manager, joining us in 2025. She enjoys cooking and doing hair, bringing creativity and care to her role. Ms. Catera looks forward to supporting our school community through nutritious meals and warm connections with families.

Mr. Stanley is our Facilities Manager and has been part of our team since 2023. While new to the early childhood field, having entered in 2023, he brings strong dedication, a warm demeanor, and a commitment to creating a safe, welcoming environment for all children and staff. Whether it’s fixing playground equipment or making sure classrooms are safe and clean, Mr. Stanley is always ready to lend support with a smile.
