Our Teachers

Mr. Ken is the onsite owner at The Goddard School in Linthicum! Ken and his wife Sandra have over 10+ years’ experience as Goddard School owners in Pasadena, MD and are excited to bring this knowledge to the Linthicum area. Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Towson University, and Master’s Degree's from both Johns Hopkins University and George Washington University. Additionally, Sandra holds a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University. "Our philosophy is to provide the best preparation for social and academic success for children 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Our goal is that every parent will enroll their child with the peace of mind and complete confidence that their child will be nurtured while being a part of our school." We are excited to serve Linthicum, Halethorpe, Catonsville, Glen Burnie, Hanover, Ellicott City, Baltimore and other surrounding communities.

Ms. Stephanie is the Educational Director at the Goddard School of Linthicum. Stephanie has her Degree in Early Childhood Education from Ashworth College. Ms. Stephanie carries CPR/First Aid certifications and Medication Administration Training. Ms. Stephanie has over 25 years’ experience working with children of all ages and is very excited to work with all of the Goddard students! Our parents comment on how welcoming Stephanie makes each family feel. We truly appreciate Stephanie's leadership at our school and vision for a warm, nurturing school for our children. Ms. Stephanie is Maryland Childcare Credentialed at a Level 5! Stephanie and her husband John enjoy boating on the weekends. Stephanie has two daughters Sammy and Hailey.

Ms. Alyssa is the Assistant Director at the Goddard School of Linthicum. She has several years of childcare experience and currently holds her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University. She is also Maryland Childcare Credentialed at a Level 5. Ms. Alyssa strives to create a welcoming and warm environment for the families and children we serve. Ms. Alyssa's son Anthony attends our school and has been growing and learning with us since he was 6 weeks old!

We would like to welcome Ms. Hannah as our Lead Pre-K teacher. Ms. Hannah comes to us as a degreed teacher with her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education! Ms. Hannah has several years of experience teaching Pre-K as well as public school. Ms. Hannah enjoys incorporating sensory activities and technology activities with her children!

We would like to welcome Ms. Shonna as our Lead Preschool teacher! Ms. Shonna comes to us with many years of childcare experience. Ms. Shonna holds her 90-Hour Preschool certification and much more! Ms. Shonna also serves as our Events Ambassador. Ms. Shonna helps our teachers and families gather for fun school events! Ms. Shonna enjoys reading and outdoor large motor games with her children!

We would love to welcome Ms. Hailey as our Lead Toddler Teacher! Ms. Hailey comes to us with 2 years of childcare experience and has earned her 45-Infant and Toddler certification as well as the Preschool 90-Hour Certification. Ms. Hailey holds a Level 3 Maryland Childcare Credential! Ms. Hailey enjoys exploring scientific investigations and music with her little friends! Ms. Hailey serves as our QA (Quality Assurance) Ambassador! Ms. Hailey supports the classrooms with QA compliance of health and safety standards.

Please welcome Ms. Joanna as our Lead Infant Teacher! Ms. Joanna comes to us with several years of childcare experience and has her degree in Early Childhood Development! Ms. Joanna holds a Level 3 Maryland Childcare Credential! Ms. Joanna loves caring for her babies by engaging them in exploration and sensory activities! Ms. Joanna serves as our Staff Morale Ambassador ensuring a fun and meaningful environment for our valued teaching team!

We would love to welcome Ms. "Chelle" as our Lead Two's Teacher! Ms. Michelle has 17 years of childcare experience and has a love for 2-year-olds. Ms. Michelle has earned her 45-hour Infant and Toddler certification, in addition to her 90-hour Preschool certification and National Child Development Associates (CDA). Ms. Michelle holds a Level 4 Maryland Childcare Credential! Ms. Michelle loves to engage her young children in stories and songs!

We'd like to welcome Ms. Dezarae to our team as an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler program! Ms. Dezarae is currently working on the 45-hour Infant Toddler certification. Ms. Dezarae has worked with young children for many years as a babysitter and has experience in summer camp programs! Mrs. Dezarae loves playing in Dramatic Arts with the children!

We would love to have you join our faculty as a Lead Teacher! Our school recently opened and we look forward to supporting the Linthicum community. We would like to introduce Ms. Barb as a Lead Teacher in our Preschool program! Mrs. Barb has several years of experience in childcare. Ms. Barb has earned two Associate's Degrees in Early Childhood Education and Liberal Arts. Ms. Barb holds a Level 5 Maryland Childcare Credential! Ms. Barb enjoys reading and singing with the young children!

We would like to introduce Ms. Debbie as a Lead Teacher in our Infant program. Mrs. Debbie has several years of childcare experience and administrative experience. Ms. Debbie has some college as well as the Infant/Toddler 45-hour certification. Ms. Debbie holds a Level 1 Admin Childcare Credential! Ms. Debbie loves conducting yoga and art with her little friends! Welcome Ms. Debbie!

Please welcome Ms. Gianna! Ms. Gianna has over two years of daycare experience and will be supporting our Infant and Toddler programs. Ms. Gianna is currently enrolled in the transfer degree program at Anne Arundel Community College. Ms. Gianna loves doing puzzles and science with her little friends!

Please meet Ms. Sadiya! Ms. Sadiya is part of our Infant program as a Lead Teacher. Ms. Sadiya has her 45-Infant/Toddler certification and has several years of childcare experience. Ms. Sadiya enjoys gross motor activities and music with her little friends! Welcome Ms. Sadiya!

Meet Ms. Lauren! Ms. Lauren has several years of childcare experience. Ms. Lauren has completed her 90-hour Infant/Toddler Certification. Ms. Lauren enjoys dancing and playing in Dramatic Arts with her baby friends!

Meet Ms. Zoe! Ms. Zoe has earned a Bachelor's Degree from University of Kuta Faculty of Education. Ms. Zoe is gaining experience in the childcare field as she helps to support our Infant/Toddler programs. Ms. Zoe is currently working on trainings to be Lead Teacher certified in Maryland. Ms. Zoe enjoys doing finger plays and playing in the gym with her friends!

Meet Ms. Jewel! Ms. Jewel comes to us with previous childcare experience and also her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Frostburg University. Ms. Jewel has joined our team to be a Lead Teacher in our Two's program. Ms. Jewel loves to keep her children active in sensory play and physical development activities! Welcome Ms. Jewel!

Welcome Ms. Kayla! Ms. Kayla has completed her 90-hour Infant/Toddler certifications. Ms. Kayla works in our infant classroom providing loving and educational care for her friends. Ms. Kayla enjoys singing and reading to her friends to promote language development.

Hello Ms. Dayra! Ms. Dayra is interning in our Two's program as she complete her required hours for the Child Development Associates (CDA). Ms. Dayra enjoys nurturing the growth of the young children she works with. As Ms. Dayra further her experience in early childhood, she aims to be apart of the education field!

Meet Ms. Abigail "Lian!" Ms. Lian is currently interning with our school in our Preschool program to complete her hours for the Child Development Associates (CDA). Welcome Ms. Erin! Ms. Erins comes to us with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bowie State University. Ms. Erin also has accomplished her 45- Infant/Toddler certification. Ms. Erin has 1 year of experience in the educational field. Ms. Erin enjoys conducting Morning Meeting and songs with her Toddlers!

Meet Delores! Ms. Delores is qualified for infant/toddlers, preschool, and school-age. Ms. Delores has a special love for toddlers are they so curious and active! Ms. Delores loves to engage in music and movement as well as outdoor play with the children! Welcome Ms. Delores!

Hello Ms. Keyona! Welcome to the Goddard School! Ms. Keyona holds her 90-clock hour for Preschool and is Lead Teacher qualified. Ms. Keyona has 1 year of childcare experience. Ms. Keyona is currently attending Towson University to obtain her bachelor’s degree in psychology and gerontology. Hello, I’m Carly! Ms. Carly is an assistant teacher helping to support all of our programs. Ms. Carly enjoys working with all children as they all have different focuses and engage in various activities from music to art!

Meet Ms. Bree! Ms. Bree comes to our school with 1 year of experience in a childcare center and her preschool lead teacher qualifications. Ms. Bree is currently working on completing her needed courses to become lead teacher qualified in the infant/toddlers programs too! Ms. Bree is currently working in the Two's program to diligently help her friends develop strong social-emotional and language development skills. Welcome Ms. Bree!

Hello Ms. Sarah! Ms. Sarah is helping to support of Summer Camp program. Ms. Sarah has her bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine. Ms. Sarah enjoys working with children as she can help them complete challenging tasks to aide their development and learning!

Meet Ms. Jenna! Ms. Jenna comes to our school with her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies from Messiah University! Ms. Jenna has a love for children of all ages! Ms. Jenna is currently working in our Preschool program providing pristine language, literacy, and mathematic learning for our preschool friends! Welcome Ms. Jenna!

Meet Ms. Telia! Ms. Telia is Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher qualified as she obtains her 90-hour course in Infant/Toddler methods and materials and growth and development. Ms. Telia has 2 years of experience in a childcare center. Ms. Telia is helping support our Infant/Toddler programs. In Ms. Telia’s time inside the classroom, she will be seen engaging her friends with dramatic art exploration and sensory activities!

Meet Ms. Calista! Ms. Calista is working as an afternoon aide supporting all of our programs. Ms. Calista is enrolled in her high school’s CDA internship program. Ms. Calista enjoys learning and growing her experience with childcare as she works diligently to understand child growth and development and learning!

Hello Ms. Rain! Ms. Rain comes to our school with her Bachelor's degree from Towson University in Communications. Ms. Rain has worked with children before in before- and after- care and summer camp settings. Ms. Rain is currently working on her 90-hour trainings for Infant/Toddler and Preschool child development. Ms. Rain will be a valued member of our team as she will support all of the programs in providing safe, nurturing, and educational care!
