Our Goddard School Teachers

Mr. Chris is our On-Site Owner here at The Goddard School. He and his family have been working with the school since it opened in 1998. He spends his days visiting the staff and children in the classrooms, ensuring that the building is a safe and well-maintained place for the children to play. Mr. Chris is a firm believer in our F.L.EX Program and has absolute confidence in the Administration and Teachers to provide the best education possible for his students. Furthermore, he has two daughters and lots of nieces and nephews, all that have attended a Goddard school! His favorite aspect about Goddard is how our curriculum provides fundamental and educational growth for the students each day.

Ms. Adrian is the Co-Director at The Goddard School and joined our team in 2025! She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ball State University and plans to continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, golfing, and shopping. Before joining The Goddard School, she worked with children at a behavioral center for 3.5 years and has additional experience through babysitting. Ms. Adrian loves getting to know the children and their families. She believes that even in small ways, working with children helps shape their futures and she’s excited to be a part of that journey.

Miss Amanda is the Co-Director at The Goddard School and joined our team in 2025! She is currently pursuing her Associate's Degree at Indiana Wesleyan. She has over 5 years of experience working with children and was a preschool teacher before coming to Goddard! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, enjoying the outdoors, coaching youth sports, and reading. Her favorite part about working with children is watching them grow and develop and become confident in themselves and their abilities!

Ms. Julie has been the cook at The Goddard School since 2007! She worked for Marsh for 23 years and Taylor's Bakery for 5 years. Ms. Julie's favorite parts about working here are "The people! The children! The families! My co-workers! It makes it worth coming to work every day!" She enjoys doing crossword puzzles and reading Danielle Steele books in her free time - and going to Texas Roadhouse with her husband! Ms. Julie grew up as the only girl in a family with four children and has loved watching football and basketball ever since. Ms. Julie enjoys going in the classrooms every day because she gets so many hugs and smiles from the children!

Ms. Debra is our lead teacher in the Hummingbirds classroom! She has been with The Goddard School since 2012. She worked with children with autism and cognitive delay from 1989 to 2009. Ms. Debra graduated from high school in Chicago, IL., then went on to earn her CDA. Ms. Debra loves teaching tummy time, fine motor skills, and sensory play. She is dedicated to providing and nurturing a loving atmosphere for her babies!

Ms. Donna is one of our assistants in our Hummingbirds classroom! She has been with the Goddard School since 2020! She has her masters degree in elementary education and dedicated 37 years towards teaching in school systems. Her favorite part about Goddard is watching the babies grow and learn about their bodies and develop personalities. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, sewing, and reading.

Miss Diana is one of our assistants in the Hummingbird classroom! She joined our team in 2024 and does a fantastic job working closely with our infants. She is currently in school at IU Indy and one day hopes to be in medical imaging. Miss Diana's favorite part about working at Goddard is watching the babies reach new milestones!

Ms. Lupe is the Lead Teacher in the Penguins room! She has been with the Goddard School since 2021! She grew up in Colombia, where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Art Education. Ms. Lupe does an excellent job teaching social and emotional development with our toddler students and executing our F.L.E.X. Program. In her free time, she loves to volunteer at her church. Her favorite part about working at Goddard is watching her babies grow up and seeing their personalities shine.

Ms. Moza is an assistant in our Penguins classroom! She has been with The Goddard School since 2005. She was born in Shkoder, Albania. She began working with children in Albania as a Kindergarten teacher. She came to the United States with her family in 1999. She loves working with our toddlers in the afternoons. The older children love to stop by to say hi to Moza before they leave every day!

Miss Cheyenne is our assistant teacher in the Penguin classroom. She is currently attending school for Criminal Justice! In her free time she enjoys doing arts, crafts, and being goofy with her daughter. Miss Cheyenne loves stepping in, being there, and helping out in the classroom.

Miss Bre is our lead in the Roadrunners classroom. She joined our Goddard family in 2024 and has a passion for working with children. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education! Outside of work, Miss Bre enjoys spending time with her son.

Miss Ace is the assistant in the Roadrunners classroom. She began her journey at Goddard in 2024 and does a fantastic job with our littles. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, fur baby, and doing puzzles. Miss Ace's favorite part about working at Goddard is watching the kiddos achieve new milestones and seeing them be happy and silly with each other.

Ms. Dahiana has been the lead teacher in the Duck classroom since 2022! She grew up in Colombia, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology. Ms. Dahiana has over six years of experience working with children and does a fantastic job with our two-year-olds. Her favorite part about working at Goddard is the silly stories she gets to bring home every day. Ms. Dahiana loves to help the kids reach their developmental milestones, being part of their learning process makes me feel like I’m doing something for this new generation. In her free time she enjoys art, listening to music, spending time with my family and keeping herself entertained by organizing and cleaning.

Miss Erilin is one of the assistants in the Duck classroom! She joined our team in 2025 and loves working with our two year olds. Her favorite part of working with children is that they are very funny, she finds them very entertaining, she likes how lovely they are and how they enjoy simple things, she loves doing their hair and she gets excited over the weekend when she knows that she will get to see them again. She enjoys teaching them Spanish and helping them learn and grow. In her free time she enjoys to travel, shopping and also loves to stay home take care of her plants, cook and watch movies.

Miss Lili is one of our assistants in the Ducks classroom! She has been with the Goddard School since 2025! Her favorite part of working with children is how their actions and silliness make her laugh, she loves how they show her love and affection. She loves to see them grow as they learn. In her free time she likes to listen to music and dance, she loves to cook food from her country. She enjoys quiet time watching her favorite shows on tv as well.

Ms. Harleen is one of our assistant teachers in the Robins classroom. She has her bachelors degree in psychology with a minor in ethics. She is currently working towards her masters degree in counseling. Her favorite part about Goddard is working with the children and building bonds with them. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, traveling, singing, and dancing.

Ms. Carmen is the lead teacher in the Owls. She started with us in April of 2023 and has well over a decade of experience working with children. She grew up in Panama, where she worked at a special needs camp for three years. Ms. Carmen believes that every moment is a chance to learn something new. Her favorite part about Goddard is that she gets to teach and watch children grow over time. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, crocheting, photography and getting snuggles from her dog Mylo.

Miss Rachel is one of our float teachers! She joined our team in 2024 and loves working with our two year olds. Her favorite part about working with children is witnessing and participating in their development while watching them learn and grow. Miss Rachel receives a great amount of fulfilment and joy in helping shape young minds. The bond that is created along the way is amazing! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three little sweet boys.
