Our Goddard School Teachers

Ms. Jessica serves as the Onsite Operator at The Goddard School, bringing more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and an Administrator’s Certificate, providing her with both the educational foundation and leadership expertise to support children, families, and faculty. As a mother of three, Jessica understands the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. She is passionate about building strong relationships with families and teachers, believing that meaningful connections are the foundation of a successful school community. Throughout her career, Jessica has been dedicated to supporting high-quality early childhood programs, mentoring educators, and ensuring every child receives exceptional care and educational experiences. She is committed to fostering a welcoming atmosphere where children develop curiosity and confidence.

With a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies and more than 11 years of educational leadership experience, Ms. Andrea, our Director of Education is passionate about helping schools, teachers, and students thrive. Throughout her career, she has successfully led school improvement initiatives, strengthened enrollment and family engagement, and mentored teaching teams. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Andrea is dedicated to developing educators, fostering positive school cultures, and ensuring every child receives a high-quality educational experience.

Mo is currently pursuing studies in Secondary Education and is passionate about inspiring children's natural curiosity and love of learning. She enjoys encouraging children to think creatively, solve problems, and explore the world around them while celebrating each new milestone and accomplishment. She believes every child has the ability to grow through hands-on experiences, creativity, and discovery. Her favorite children's book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar. In her free time, she enjoys reading The Well-Watered Woman and Atomic Habits. Mo looks forward to partnering with your family to create a positive, nurturing classroom where your child feels supported, encouraged, and excited to learn every day

Anna is the Lead Teacher in our Angelfish (Infants) classroom. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and loves watching children learn, grow, and discover something new each day. She believes there is nothing more rewarding than helping children build confidence as they reach important developmental milestones. Anna creates a warm, nurturing classroom where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and develop a lifelong love of learning. One of her favorite children's books is Are You My Mother? by Dr. Seuss. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with a cup of coffee while reading mystery, romance, and time-travel novels. Anna looks forward to partnering with your family to make this a fun, successful, and memorable year for your child.

Dajsha loves watching children's personalities shine and celebrating every milestone they achieve along the way. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching for her is having the opportunity to make a positive impact on each child's life while building strong, lasting relationships with children and their families. She strives to create a warm, caring classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. One of her favorite children's books is Pinkalicious, and one of her favorite memories at The Goddard School is having flashlight dance parties with her class. Dajsha looks forward to partnering with your family and creating wonderful memories together throughout the school year!

Robbyn is BLS CPR certified and is passionate about helping children develop a lifelong love of learning through creativity, curiosity, and exploration. Watching children become more confident as they discover new things and reach new milestones is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching for her. Her goal is to create a warm, nurturing classroom where every child feels encouraged, supported, and excited to come to school each day. One of her favorite children's books is Are You My Mother?. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with a good book and a warm cup of coffee or tea. Robbyn looks forward to partnering with your family to help your child learn, grow, and thrive throughout the school year!

Courtney has been with The Goddard School system since July 2024. She began her journey at a Goddard School in Illinois before transferring to The Goddard School in Avon, Indiana, in December 2025. She holds a Child Development Associate credential in Early Childhood Education and is passionate about helping children develop their language skills, independence, confidence, and curiosity. She loves watching children grow and reach new milestones, knowing that each day brings exciting opportunities to explore, discover, and learn together. Courtney enjoys creating a nurturing environment where every child feels supported as they build confidence through new experiences. One of her favorite children’s authors is Dr. Seuss, whose stories inspire imagination and foster a lifelong love of reading. She is grateful to be part of The Goddard School family and still remembers the warm welcome she received when she first joined the team in Indiana.

They are their own unique pace. One of their greatest joys is building meaningful relationships with each child and celebrating every milestone and accomplishment along the way. They enjoy encouraging children as they develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning in a warm and supportive classroom environment. One of their favorite book series is the Stallion series, and one of the best parts of their day is hearing children excitedly call their name each morning. Christal loves working with toddlers because this stage of development is full of exciting growth and discovery. Watching children go from saying just a few words to speaking in complete sentences while their unique personalities shine is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching for her. Her goal is to create a classroom where every child feels loved, encouraged, and excited to learn through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences. She especially enjoys sharing stories by Dr. Seuss with her class, and in her free time, she enjoys watching Bull. Christal looks forward to partnering with your family to help your child learn, grow, and build confidence every day!

Priscilla loves making a positive impact on children's lives while helping them learn, grow, and discover new things every day. She enjoys encouraging children to explore, ask questions, and build confidence in a fun, supportive classroom environment. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching for her is finding creative ways to explain new ideas and watching children succeed. Her favorite children's book series is The Babysitters Club. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with a cup of coffee, reading Atomic Habits, and watching Worst Roommate Ever on Netflix. One of her favorite Goddard memories is spending time with her students while working on projects and sharing fun experiences together. Priscilla looks forward to partnering with your family to create a positive, nurturing environment where your child can learn, grow, and make wonderful memories every day.

Caroline has loved creating a classroom where children feel happy, safe, and excited to learn since beginning her early childhood education journey in 2020. One of her favorite things about working with young children is their wonderful sense of humor—they make her smile every day! She enjoys helping children learn and grow while encouraging creativity through fun, hands-on activities like art projects. Her favorite children's book is Goodnight Moon, and she looks forward to partnering with your family for an amazing year of learning, growth, and memorable experiences.

Kelly is excited to be part of your child's learning journey! She has been a member of The Goddard School in Avon team since 2024 and holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Kelly loves watching children experience those wonderful "lightbulb moments" when something new finally clicks. Seeing children grow into confident, curious little learners is one of the greatest joys of teaching for her. Her favorite children's books are those written by Eric Carle, and one of her favorite traditions at The Goddard School is celebrating Graduation Day with the school's amazing students and families. Kelly looks forward to partnering with your family and making wonderful memories together throughout the school year!

Raj is excited to be part of your child's day! As one of our float teachers, she enjoys spending time with children throughout the school and watching them learn and grow. She loves creating positive experiences and helping every child feel supported, encouraged, and cared for wherever they are. Raj looks forward to building meaningful relationships with your family and creating wonderful memories while helping your child have a fun, safe, and successful school year.

Ms. Danielle has over 20 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen and catering. She joined our Goddard team in June 2022. When asked what she enjoys most about working with children, Ms. Danielle replied, "Children tend to have a honest approach to life and remind us how beautiful simplicity can be."

Isabella is thrilled to be part of your child's preschool experience! She has been working at The Goddard School since May 2025 and has been in early childhood education since 2023. Isabella is currently completing her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and brings experience as both a Nursing Assistant and a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant. She loves helping children build confidence, develop friendships, and prepare for kindergarten. Watching children reach new milestones is what makes teaching so rewarding for her. Isabella looks forward to partnering with your family and celebrating all of your child's successes throughout the school year!

Abby is one of our float teachers at The Goddard School and loves having the opportunity to work with children of all ages while watching each one learn, grow, and succeed. She is currently working toward earning her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. One of Abby's favorite things about working at The Goddard School is seeing smiling faces every day—it is what makes her job so rewarding! She enjoys creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to explore and learn. Abby looks forward to getting to know your child and partnering with your family to make this a wonderful year filled with learning, growth, and happy memories.

Ms. Lisa is dedicated to serving every meal with safety, care, and a warm smile. With 28 years of experience in childcare and 26 years in professional food service, she has devoted her career to nurturing and nourishing young minds. Children and cooking have always been her greatest passions. Lisa's journey into childcare began as a single mother. Raising her own children gave her firsthand insight into what it takes to help children grow into healthy, happy individuals and inspired her lifelong passion for early childhood education. In addition to her culinary expertise, she spent 14 years as a paraprofessional with Toledo Public Schools, giving her a deep understanding of how children learn, grow, and thrive. Lisa believes that mealtime is an important part of every child's day, providing not only nutritious food but also comfort and care. Her personal motto is simple: "No child goes hungry under my watch." She is proud to support the children and families at The Goddard School.
