    Mrs Naina

    Owner & On-Site Operator
    With over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology and business sectors, Mrs. Naina Singh has successfully led high-performing teams and large-scale initiatives across global corporations. In March 2022, she embarked on a new and deeply fulfilling chapter bringing her expertise, heart, and vision to early childhood education as the on-site owner of The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop). A proud mother of two, Naina is passionate about building a school community that feels like an extension of home. Her goal is to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where families feel supported, children are celebrated, and meaningful relationships are fostered. Naina’s leadership is grounded in her strong belief that early childhood development is the foundation for lifelong success. Her vision is to create a premier preschool and daycare experience—one where educators and families partner together to prepare children not just for school, but for life.

    Mrs Nicole

    Director
    Mrs. Nicole is a passionate early childhood education leader with over 10 years of experience. She believes that strong partnerships between families and teachers create a warm, supportive environment where every child can thrive. Her love for teaching began in preschool, inspired by a teacher who made a lasting impact. Nicole holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Child and Family Services and a Master’s in Education, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. Since joining The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) as Director in January 2023, she has combined her academic background and leadership skills to help children build a strong foundation for success in school and in life. Outside of school, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son. As a family, they love baking, playing Uno, and watching movies together.

    Ms Sara

    Director of Education and Quality Assurance
    Ms. Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and has worked in early childhood education since 2018. She began her career as a preschool teacher and has since advanced into an administrative leadership role, while remaining actively involved in the classroom. Sara is passionate about creating a supportive, engaging environment where every child can thrive. She believes that children learn best through consistent routines and nurturing relationships, especially during the early years when critical social, language, and cognitive skills are developed. Her goal is to foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning—making a positive and lasting impact on each child’s educational journey. Sara joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in March 2025.
  • Ms Toni

    Ms Toni

    Assistant Director - Operations
    Ms. Toni began her career in Early Childhood Education in 2020 as a teacher at a local daycare center, quickly progressing into an Assistant Director role. She has completed over 41 credit hours in Early Childhood Education and brings both formal training and hands-on experience to her work. Her passion for working with young children began early in life. As the second oldest of nine siblings, she has spent more than 18 years caring for and supporting children's development. Toni believes that children learn best through consistent routines and meaningful daily experiences. She is deeply committed to creating a nurturing, loving environment where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore and grow. Ms. Toni plays a vital role in advancing our vision of building the premier preschool and daycare in the West Loop. She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in June 2022.
  • Mrs Phoebe

    Mrs Phoebe

    Infant 1 Lead Teacher
    Ms. Phoebe was born and raised in Chicago and has over six years of experience working with infants and toddlers. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree at National Louis University. Her passion for working with children began early, starting as a camp counselor in her teens. Phoebe’s nurturing and caring nature creates a warm and supportive environment that leaves a lasting impact on both children and their families. In her free time, she enjoys reading and completing puzzles. Ms. Phoebe joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in January 2022.

    Dominique

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Dominique has been working in early childhood education since 2023 and holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. She is passionate about working with infants and creating a peaceful, nurturing environment where young learners feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. Ms. Dominique values providing guidance while fostering independence and believes that positive, caring interactions are the foundation for early development. She is committed to supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Ms. Dominique joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in October , 2025.
  • Ms Paola

    Ms Paola

    Infant 2 Lead Teacher
    Ms. Paola has a deep passion for early childhood education and is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. She has experience working with all age groups in a daycare setting but especially enjoys working with infants and toddlers. Paola believes that young children learn from everything and everyone around them. She enjoys designing lesson plans that are both educational and fun, focusing on activities that support all areas of development. From sensory play to fine motor skill-building, she ensures that every activity is age-appropriate and supports each child’s growth. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and is committed to ongoing professional development. Paola joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in February 2023.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Faith brings seven years of experience in early childhood education and holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. She is passionate about creating a warm, loving environment where infants and toddlers feel safe, nurtured, and supported. Ms. Faith believes that meaningful relationships and a strong sense of security lay the foundation for early learning and development. She values building trusting connections with families to help every child thrive. Ms. Faith joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in October 2025.
  • Ms Katherine

    Ms Katherine

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Katherine has been working in childcare since 2020, gaining experience with children across various age groups. She believes patience is essential for effective teaching and aims to help children learn through play, songs, exploration, art, and social interaction. She views children as curious, unique, and intelligent individuals and is committed to building strong partnerships with parents to support each child’s growth. Ms. Katherine joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in March 2025.

    Reagan

    Toddler 1 Lead Teacher
    Ms. Reagan brings three years of experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children. She studied Early Childhood Education and is passionate about continuing her professional growth, with the long-term goal of becoming a Director. Her classroom goal is to create an inclusive environment where children feel comfortable, confident, and supported in their learning. Ms. Reagan is dedicated to helping each child develop and progress across all areas. She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in August 2025.

    Toddler 2 Lead Teacher
    Ms. Melanie holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Malcolm X College. She believes every child is unique and capable, and she is dedicated to creating a safe, loving environment where children can thrive and grow. Ms. Melanie is excited to build strong relationships with families to support each child in reaching their developmental milestones. She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in January 2025.

    Ms. Masih has nearly three years of experience working with young children and holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics. She discovered her passion for early childhood education while working with infants and toddlers and is dedicated to helping them grow through care, connection, and responsive teaching. Ms. Masih is committed to continuing her education in the early childhood field and believes in creating a calm, nurturing environment where every child can flourish. She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in October 2025.

    Ms. Simone believes that being a positive role model is essential, as children learn by example. She is dedicated to caring for each child with the same love and attention a parent would provide. With two years of experience in childcare, Ms. Simone looks forward to building strong relationships with her students and their families. She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in June 2025.

Ms. Amariona joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in December 2024.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Latrice brings 17 years of experience in early childhood education and holds an Associate’s degree in the field. She believes that strong relationships between teachers and families are essential for supporting a child’s development. Ms. Latrice strives to create a classroom that balances structure with play-based learning and is dedicated to helping children expand their knowledge, build confidence, and grow at their own pace. She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in October 2025.

    Two's 2 Lead Teacher
    Ms. Vania has been working in childcare since 2022, gaining experience with children of various ages, with a special passion for infants and toddlers. She finds great joy in witnessing their rapid development during these formative years. Her teaching philosophy centers on recognizing each child’s uniqueness and providing a positive, nurturing environment that encourages exploration and learning. Ms. Vania looks forward to building strong relationships with the families at The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop). She joined the school in April 2024.

    Ms. Jessica is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children. She believes that strong teacher-child relationships are essential in helping children feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn. Her goal is to support each child in building self-confidence and reaching important developmental milestones. Jessica also values strong partnerships with families, working closely with parents to create a collaborative and supportive environment for every child. She is currently pursuing her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education at Triton College and is excited to apply what she’s learning to the classroom. Jessica joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in June 2023 and is committed to supporting children’s growth through nurturing relationships and developmentally appropriate practices.

She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in April 2025.

    Ms. Ashley is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, with an expected graduation in 2026. With nearly seven years of experience in childcare, she brings extensive knowledge and dedication to her classroom. Her primary goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Ms. Ashley especially enjoys reading to children, using it as a tool to foster early literacy, develop language skills, and cultivate a lifelong love of reading. She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in December 2024.

    Ms. Marisela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Learning and has been working in childcare since 2022. She is passionate about supporting young children as they grow, learn, and explore the world around them. She believes every child is unique and capable of achieving great things. In her classroom, Ms. Marisela creates a warm and inclusive environment where each child feels safe, valued, and supported. She places strong emphasis on social-emotional learning, helping children understand their emotions while fostering kindness, empathy, and respect. Ms. Marisela joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in April 2024.

    Ms. Cari holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infants and Toddlers and has been working in childcare since 2022. She believes children are ready to learn and explore new things every day and is committed to supporting the unique learning styles of each child. In the classroom, Ms. Cari strives to create a safe and comfortable environment where children feel confident communicating their needs and excited to discover new experiences. She looks forward to building strong, open communication with families, knowing that partnership is key to supporting each child’s growth. Ms. Cari joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in September 2024.

    PreK Teacher
    Ms. Alexis brings over eight years of experience in early childhood education. She holds an Associate’s degree and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is passionate about creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that foster creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning. Ms. Alexis believes that teachers play a key role in building a strong educational foundation and that every child deserves a nurturing, supportive environment to grow. She values open communication with families to help ensure each child’s individual needs are met. Ms. Alexis joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in November 2023.

    Ms. Reynalda holds an Associate’s degree and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming classroom where children feel valued and excited to learn. Ms. Reynalda believes in supporting the whole child—socially, emotionally, and academically—and looks forward to making a positive impact on each child’s early learning journey. She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in October 2025.
  • Ms Jasmine

    Ms Jasmine

    Kitchen Manager
    Ms. Jasmine began her career in the food industry in 2021 and transitioned to childcare in 2024, bringing her passion for cooking to The Goddard School. She enjoys working closely with staff, families, and children, finding joy in the everyday connections that make a lasting impact. One of her favorite moments was receiving a hug from a child, a touching reminder of the important role she plays. Ms. Jasmine loves seeing the children’s excitement as she enters the classroom with nutritious meals prepared just for them. She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in May 2024.
