    Ana & Mauricio Chmelnik - Owners Ana and Mauricio are the proud parents of two beautiful children and both recognize the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and is extremely knowledgeable in the developmental needs of children. Mauricio attended the University of Houston where he attained his LLM. They are both excited and proud to be a part of Goddard and are extremely committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in the community.

    Director
    Ms.Patricia is our Educational Director. Ms. Patricia has more than 25 years of experience teaching and administrative work in schools. Patricia Hold and Bachelor's Degree in Education. She also has a master's degree in early childhood. I believe as a mother of 2 daughters the importance of early childhood education, and the impact it can have on the entire life of a child. You see the meaningful purpose in this job, and what to play a positive role in the life of children.

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Nesli joined our school in February 2017. She believes children learn to develop their gross motor skills in the classroom and on the playground. They also learn their social skills by interacting with other children. The children learn their skills during circle time when going over the days of the week, colors and shapes. She feels children develop at their own pace, that each child is different and learns in different ways. It is important for the children to develop their fine motor skills by coloring, drawing, or painting.

    Ms. Ingrid is the Lead Teacher of the Infant Class. Ms. Ingrid has an FCCPC Certificate, she has 8 years of experience working with young children she is excited to see the children learn each day. She enjoys teaching in the Infant Class. She will always create an environment where learning opportunities will continuously arise through play, rhymes, songs, and motor skills.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Amanda is our Lead Teacher in our Sea Horses class. She joined the Goddard Team in 2012 and she is FCCPC/VPK certified. Ms. Amanda feels the early years of children’s lives are the most critical when it comes to their development. They are growing and learning at a phenomenal rate. I believe that it is very important to have a child in an environment that is consistent and secure. Children need to be able to form secure attachments not only with their parents but also with their teachers/caregivers. I want the children to feel as comfortable and secure as they would in their own homes.

    Mis. Gloria is our Lead teacher for the Seals class. She provides the children with the nurturing support and love they need. Mis. Gloria provides the children with multiple opportunities to enhance their skills.

    Ms. Yolanda is our Co-Lead Teacher in our Marlines classroom. She has been part of the Goddard family since 2015. Ms.Yolanda has her Associate of Arts Degree in Pre-School Education and is also FCCPC certified. She believes that every child has the right to grow and learn in a warm and safe environment. A child develops their social, emotional, intellectual, and physical skills while they are involved in different activities according to their age.

    Ms. Joamely is the Lead Teacher of our Orcas class. Ms. Joemely has CDA, she has more than 15 years of experience working with young children she is excited to see the children learn each day. Ms.Joamely likes working with children because it gives her the opportunity to make a difference in young lives. She gets to learn from them as she teaches them every day.

    Ms. Sonia is the Assist Teacher of the Ray class. Ms. Sonia has her childcare certification from the Florida Dept of Children and Families. Mrs.Sonia loves working with young children and especially enjoys helping in the preschool classroom. She has more than 15 years of experience.

    Lead Teacher
    Mrs. Helaine is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Pre-k classroom. She has been with Goddard since 2016. Ms. Helaine has her Associate in Science in Early Childhood and is also VPK certified. She has more than 40 years of experience, She believes that teaching happens with LOVE and that learning happens when it is taught with a lot of love. The subjects all have to be very interesting and at the child’s age level. Children want to learn, make it fun!

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Marisol is a co-lead teacher in our Pre-K classroom. She has been a Goddard teacher since 2010 and she is FCCPC/VPK certified. Ms. Marisol's goal as a teacher is to provide children with a rich environment where they feel safe to explore, initiate learning, and feel free to express themselves. She brings a deal of great energy and fun into the classroom.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Patricia is our Co-Lead Teacher in our VPK class. She joined the Goddard family in 2014. Ms. Patricia is FCCPC/VPK certified AND IS FINISHING her education degree. She believes the way one learns is determined by the teacher and the teaching environment provided. All students can learn when they are accepted for who and where they are in their educational journey. Effective learning requires collaboration between teachers, students, and parents grounded in mutual respect and trust. She engages young children through play, creativity, and hands-on activities. Ms. Patricia believes that as an early childhood educator she is responsible for providing young children with a positive learning experience. She feels that children have the right to have their needs met and receive the proper education while in the care of their caregivers.

    Ms. Geovanna is the Assist Teacher of the Orcas class. Ms. Geovanna has childcare certification from the Florida Dept of Children and Families. Mrs. Geovanna loves working with young children, she likes to work with children because it is very gratifying to see how they manage to develop their social skills through learning and playing.

    Ms. Nancy joined our school in February 2018. Her mission as a teacher is that the children have a safe and healthy environment and to maintain a certain level of respect between herself, parents and the children regardless of age, religion or race. She will always create an environment where learning opportunities will continuously arise through play, rhymes, songs, creative learning and the use of motor skills.

    Mrs. Aida is our Assistant Teacher in our young toddler class. She has been part of the Goddard family since 2017. Ms.Aida likes working with children because she values teaching the next generation of leaders and takes pride in watching them learn and grow.

    Enrichment Programs
    Ms. Kelly is our Enrichment Programs teacher. Ms. Kellyhas her childcare certification from the Florida Dept of Children and Families. Mrs.Kelly loves to see how kids reach their learning goals through the activities that we do in each class. She has more than 17 years of working with kids.
