    Sarah

    On-Site Operator
    Sarah was born and raised in Connecticut and studied at Sacred Heart University, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in education and teaching, while a captain for the D1 Women's Ice Hockey team. After teaching and administering programs in both Elementary and Preschool education for 10 years, Sarah joined the Goddard School family in 2016 as the founding Director at the Goddard School in Monroe. As a working mother of two children who are Goddard graduates, she firmly believes that quality early childcare and education provides a strong foundation for a child's future success. Opening in Fall 2024, she is thrilled to be offering the highest caliber programming, delivered by caring and nurturing faculty, to the children and families in the towns of Shelton, Trumbull, Stratford, Derby, Seymour, and surrounding areas.

    Morghan

    Director of Operations
    Morghan has always loved working with children. She has experience with children ranging from the ages of 2-16 years old. From being a camp counselor, to teaching Toddlers and Preschoolers, she has had a variety of experiences with children in many diverse settings. Morghan is a graduate of Mitchell College in New London, CT where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management Recreation Administration. Morghan joined The Goddard School family in 2017 in Monroe and held various teaching and leadership positions during her tenure at the school. She is excited to continue her journey here in Shelton and is looking forward to building more relationships with new families!
