I am an early childhood education professional with a degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, West Africa. With many years of experience working with children, I am passionate about supporting their growth and development. My training includes EQIT (Expanding Quality in Infant and Toddler Care) and the Pyramid Model, equipping me with the skills to foster positive relationships and promote social-emotional learning. I am a lively, approachable, and driven individual who values building meaningful connections and bringing positive energy to every environment.
As an Assistant Director at The Goddard School and a Colorado Shines Level 5 professional, I am committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality environment for children, families, and educators. My leadership style is collaborative, relationship-focused, and grounded in trust and open communication. I strive to make a lasting impact by helping children thrive and families happy!
