Our Teachers

In my past professional life, I have worked in Fortune 100 companies managing teams of network analysts, data base administrators and web developers. My wife and I relocated to her home town of Sacramento so our daughters can have the opportunity to grow up near family. During our search for a home, we realized that the preschool options for families in Sacramento were extremely limited. After researching options available nationwide, we discovered The Goddard School. After visiting schools and talking to owners across the country, we realized that The Goddard School offers the best care and education for our daughters during the critical early childhood learning phase. Finally, after years of due diligence researching the options and going through a lengthy construction process, we opened our doors as the first Goddard School in Northern California. We are fortunate and blessed to be able to provide quality child care to parents in the greater Sacramento area.

I have my A.S. in Early Childhood Education and am pursuing my B.A. in Human Development. I have been working with young children for over 10 years and have loved every moment! We have all heard the saying "you learn something new every day" but for me it wasn't until I started working with children that I really started to understand the pure, honest and genuine curiosity that humans innately have. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of your child's life.

I have my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and Language Arts and will begin to pursue my Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development. Before becoming a Director here at The Goddard School, I was a teacher for five years. I have always loved working with children and being a mentor for my teachers. I love the genuine curiosity children possess and helping them navigate the most crucial years of their lives. Among my roles of Teacher and Mentor my most rewarding role is that of being called “mommy” by my daughter. I enjoy spending time with my family and experiencing life to the fullest.

I have my BA in Child Development and have been in both Teacher and Director positions for 30 years. I love working at The Goddard School as the Education Director. I enjoy mentoring the teachers and working with all of our children in their classrooms. Children are amazing! I love watching them learn and grow. They teach me far more than I teach them. I appreciate the opportunity to be part of your child's growth and development each day.

I graduated from CSU Sacramento with a BA in Child Development. My passion is working with babies. I learn learn them as much as they learn from me. I strive to hear everything they say even if they can't speak.

I am a mother of two children and have worked as a teacher for over 14 years. I enjoy watching children learn, grow and reach new milestones. It's rewarding that I get to help each child develop the skills needed to thrive. I appreciate that I am able to be a part of their little worlds every day!

I am currently working towards my B.A. in Child Development and have worked with young children for over 6 years. I love watching the youngest ones blossom and develop. Each day is a great adventure at The Goddard School!

I love to read to the children and engage in arts and craft activities with them. I make outside time fun and educational. The children are so much fun to be with. I look forward to meeting your child and working with you on developing their life skills.

I have worked with young children for over 9 years. My favorite part about working with young students is seeing them overcome challenges while they learn and thrive. I treasure all the relationships I get to build with each student and family as we work together on the children's educational journey.

I have been teaching young children for over 12 years. Something that inspires me everyday is seeing my students master each milestone and watching them grow. I strive each day to provide the best care and am excited to teach your child to learn, grow and play.

I graduated from CSU Sacramento with a BA in Child Development. I also have my Elementary Teaching Credential. I have taught many age groups and now am really having fun working with toddlers.

I have an AS in Early Childhood Education. I love working with young children and look forward to engaging with your child in the classroom. It is so rewarding to see them learn, grow and thrive every day.

I have worked with young children for several years and have completed units in Early Childhood Education. Helping young children learn and grow are two huge passions of mine.

I have been teaching for over 2 years and am working on completing my units for a AA in Early Childhood Education. I love doing art projects. Working with young children has been so rewarding and I hope to help your child get the best early childhood education possible.

I received my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Sacramento City College. I have worked with young children for over 20 years. I enjoy coming to work every day to be greeted by their smiling faces and curious imaginative minds! I am happy and honored to have such an essential role as they grow through all the stages of early childhood. It is rewarding to help these kids develop everyday skills via daily curriculum to support their curiosities and ultimately, to help prepare them for a bright future. I have a BA in Psychology and Education. I have also earned additional Early Childhood Education units. With more than 15 years in the education field, I love being able to leave a lasting impression on each child's education journey. As a Columbian native, I love to speak Spanish with the students to encourage them to develop new skills for their young minds.

To my wonderful students, I am known as Ms. Adi. I earned my BA in Child Development from Sacramento State University and have been working with young children for many years. Having the opportunity to see children grow into self-sufficient learners is amazing! I believe in the importance of working with children individually to meet their strengths and interests. There is no greater joy to me than seeing a child achieve a personal milestone!

I have been teaching young children for over 8 years. Since I was a child, I dreamed of becoming a teacher and making an impact on their young lives. I love seeing children when they have that special "Aha" moment.

I received an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education from American River College. I have been a teacher for the last 28 years. I have been married for 28 years and am a mother to 3 children, ages 27, 24 and 14. There are many things I enjoy about working with children. I love reading to them, dancing with them and doing fun, messy art projects! I love giving children encouragement and comforting them with hugs.

I graduated from CSU Sacramento with a BA. I have been working as a preschool teacher for over 6 years. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing the impact quality education and curriculum makes on young children.
