Our Goddard School Teachers

Jake and Ashley are proud to be the on-site owners of The Goddard School in Cave Creek. They are parents of four children that attend The Goddard School. After working in management and sales for over 10 years Jake decided that he wanted to be able to spend more time with his family. He and his wife wanted to operate a business that played an important role in the community along with his children. Jake is very proud and excited to own a business that is centered on his most important priority, Children and Families. He is proud to be a part of The Goddard School and is committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in Cave Creek. Jake and Ashley look forward to getting to know you and your family, as well as being a part of the community.

Ms. Brooklynn joined our Goddard team in June of 2023. She is currently earning a degree in Early Childhood Education and has been working in childcare since 2019. Ms. Brooklynn is dedicated to ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of care and education by overseeing curriculum development, supporting our teachers and the quality of our program.

Ms. Courtney joined the Goddard team in August of 2023 and has been working in Early Education since 2014. As Assistant Director, she enjoys building connections with the kids and their families, supporting our amazing teachers, and visiting the classrooms for extra hugs and smiles!

Ms. Jackie has been a part of our Goddard team since August of 2017, has been working in Early Childhood since 2011, and currently works as our Office Assistant. Jackie works with children because nothing can brighten her day more than the love, hugs, and smiles of the little ones. She believes and knows that not every child is the same and to understand and educate all children, we must be patient, caring, and loving.

Ms. Drea has been a part of our Goddard team since April of 2019. She has a BA in Early Childhood Education. She is the Lead Pre-K Teacher here at The Goddard School. Drea is passionate about creating a fun & engaging classroom where students learn, grow and develop the skills and confidence they need for Kindergarten!

Ms. Mia joined our Goddard team in July of 2025 and has been working with children in various settings since 2023. Mia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. She believes that as a teacher, it is her job to provide a supportive and safe environment for children to grow and gain confidence. Mia is always creating fun, hands-on activities that encourage our learners to explore, discover, and learn through nature, science, and process art!

Ms. Cytisha joined the Goddard team in December of 2024. She has a genuine passion for working with children. Ms. Cytisha loves listening to their stories and fostering a nurturing and fun learning atmosphere while building strong social and emotional skills.

Ms. Grace joined our Goddard team in May of 2026 and has been working in Early Education since 2021. She loves working with preschoolers to help them build friendships and confidence. She looks forward to building on each child's skills to prepare them for the next big milestone. Grace believes learning should be fun, so you can count on her to bring some silliness and laughter to the classroom!

Ms. Vera joined our Goddard team in April of 2026. She loves spending her days helping our learners grow and build confidence. She brings such a positive and caring energy to the classroom and is always ready to lend a helping hand. With a smile on her face, Ms. Vera helps make each day a happy and welcoming one!

Ms. Ashley joined our Goddard team in October of 2022. She is currently the Lead Teacher in the Twos 2 classroom. Ashley has been working in Early Education since 2017. She aims to provide a nurturing, child-led, play-based learning environment that fosters confidence, trust, and creativity.

Ms. Maribel joined our Goddard team in May of 2025 and has been working in Early Education since 2021. She is passionate about working with two-year-olds because they’re full of energy, curiosity, and personality! Every day is a chance to watch them grow, explore, and learn something new. Ms. Maribel believes that it is such a rewarding experience to be part of their early development and help build the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

Ms. Shonna has been a part of our Goddard team since March of 2024 and has been working in Early Education since 2012. She loves teaching and planning activities that will be enriching to the children in fun ways. Ms. Shonna is passionate about helping kids meet their milestones while learning through play.

Ms Ashley has been a part of our Goddard team since February 2024. She has earned her CNA and is also getting her cosmetology license. Ashley currently works as our Lead Toddlers 2 Teacher and loves teaching children because she loves to help them grow and become the best versions of themselves.

Ms. Maddie joined our Goddard team in June of 2026 and has been working in Early Education since 2025. She believes young children thrive when they feel safe, loved, and understood. Maddie strives to build strong connections with each child and their family. She is committed to creating an environment where every child feels valued and encouraged!

Ms. Katie joined our Goddard team in July of 2025 and has been working in Early Education since 2011. She believes that working with little learners is rewarding because she loves building strong connections with each child and watching their personalities shine as they grow.

Ms. Savannah joined the Goddard team in October of 2024 and has been in the Early Childhood Education field since 2019. Ms. Savannah enjoys teaching children and watching them navigate life. She especially takes pride in creating a loving space for them to learn, grow, and express themselves.

Ms. Gill joined our Goddard team in May of 2025 and has been working in Early Education since 2007. She loves working with infants because every day brings something new, from first smiles to first steps! Ms. Gill believes that it is such a joy to nurture and support their growth during these important early stages.

Ms. Gabby joined our Goddard team in April of 2026. Gabby loves spending her days with our little learners! She enjoys creating a warm and nurturing environment where the babies feel loved, safe, and supported. No matter the kind of day, Gabby always leaves with a smile on her face because she truly loves what she does.

Ms Katie has been a part of our Goddard team since January 2024. She has been working in Early Education since 2021, has earned her Associates Degree, and currently works as a resource teacher. Katie works with children because she loves to encourage them while helping them reach their milestones.
