Our Goddard School Teachers

Jake and Ashley are proud to be the on-site owners of The Goddard School in Cave Creek. They are parents of four children that attend The Goddard School. After working in management and sales for over 10 years Jake decided that he wanted to be able to spend more time with his family. He and his wife wanted to operate a business that played an important role in the community along with his children. Jake is very proud and excited to own a business that is centered on his most important priority, Children and Families. He is proud to be a part of The Goddard School and is committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in Cave Creek. Jake and Ashley look forward to getting to know you and your family, as well as being a part of the community.

Ms. Brooklynn joined our Goddard team in June of 2023. She is currently earning a degree in Early Childhood Education and has been working in childcare since 2019. Ms. Brooklynn is dedicated to ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of care and education by overseeing curriculum development, supporting our teachers ad the quality of our program.

Ms. Courtney joined the Goddard team in August of 2023. She currently serves as the Assistant Director to our school. She has been working in Early Education since 2014. Ms. Courtney believes that children learn best when they are in a nurturing, safe, supportive, and fun learning environment. She is dedicated to fostering a a love for learning and helping children reach their full potential, while also building trusting relationships with families.

Ms. Jackie has been a part of The Goddard Family since August of 2017, has been working in Early Childhood since 2011, and currently works as our Office Assistant. Jackie works with children because nothing in a day can brighten her smile more than the love, hugs, and smiles of her little ones. She believes and knows that not every child is the same and to understand and educate all children, we must be patient, caring, and loving.

Ms. Gill joined our Goddard team in May of 2025 and has been working in Early Education since 2007. She loves working with infants because every day brings something new, from first smiles to first steps! Ms. Gill believes that it is such a joy to nurture and support their growth during these important early stages.

Ms. katie joined our Goddard team in July of 2025 and has been working in Early Education since 2011. She believes that working in the infant room is rewarding because she loves building strong connections with each baby and watching their personalities shine as they grow.

Ms. Sydney has been a part of The Goddard Family since January 2024. She is working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education. Sydney enjoys working with children because they are full of joy and curiosity. She loves to give them freedom to express their creativity while learning.

Ms. Savannah joined the Goddard team in October of 2024 and has been in the Early Childhood Education field since 2019. Ms. Savannah enjoys teaching children and watching them navigate life. She especially takes pride in creating a loving space for them to learn, grow, and express themselves.

Ms. Kate joined our Goddard team in July of 2025 and has been working in Early Education since 2005. She believes that every child is a unique individual and makes it a priority to support their needs. Ms. Kate enjoys watching toddlers through their exciting stage of discovery and independence.

Ms Ashley has been a part of the Goddard Family since February 2024. She is working toward her degree in Early Childhood Education, has earned her CNA, and currently works as our Lead Toddlers 3 Teacher. Ashley works with children because she loves to help them grow and become the best versions of themselves.

Ms. Julia joined our Goddard team in January of 2025. She has her degree in Psychology and is currently a Co-Lead in our Toddlers 3 classroom. Ms. Julia loves working with children because she enjoys watching them grow and reach milestones. She loves being a comforting person to them when needed. She loves creating hands-on activities for the kids to explore.

Ms. Ashley joined The Goddard Family in October of 2022. She is currently the Co-Teacher in our Bridge room. Ashley has been working in early childhood since 2017. Ashley aims to provide a nurturing, child-led, play-based learning environment that fosters confidence, trust, and creativity.

Ms. Maribel joined our Goddard team in May of 2025 and has been working in Early Education since 2021. She is passionate about working with two-year-olds because they’re full of energy, curiosity, and personality! Every day is a chance to watch them grow, explore, and learn something new. Ms. Maribel believes that it is such a rewarding experience to be part of their early development and help build the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

Ms. Cytisha joined the Goddard team in December of 2024. She is currently working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education. With a genuine passion for working with children, Ms. Cytisha loves listening to their stories and fostering a nurturing and fun learning atmosphere.

Ms. Teresa has been a part of our Goddard team since August of 2019 and has been working in Early Childhood since 2016. She is passionate about teaching young learners because of their natural curiosity, creativity, and joy for learning. Ms. teresa believes every child has unique strengths and aspires to create a warm, supportive classroom where students feel confident to learn and grow.

Ms. Michelle joined The Goddard Family in August of 2023. She is currently our Lead Preschool Teacher. Michelle worked in childcare as a substitute teacher for one year before finding her home with us here at Goddard. Michelle's mission is to provide all of her students with safety and the best care. She believes children should never be afraid to be their true selves.

Ms. Shonna has been a part of the Goddard family since March of 2024 and has been working in Early Education since 2012. She loves teaching and planning activities that will be enriching to the children in fun ways. Ms. Shonna is passionate about helping kids meet their milestones while learning through play.

Ms. Andrea has been a part of The Goddard Family since April of 2019. She has a BA in Early Childhood Education. She is the Lead Pre-K Teacher here at The Goddard School. Drea works with children because she loves being around kids and teaching them new things every day. She believes that early stages are the most important because we are teaching them skills to grow in society.

Ms. Katrina joined The Goddard School Cave Creek in January 2024 as an Assistant Teacher in the Pre-K classroom. With a passion for early childhood education, she finds great joy in watching children reach their milestones and being a supportive role model throughout their developmental journey. Ms. Katrina is dedicated to creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive and build a strong foundation for their future success.

Ms Katie has been a part of The Goddard School family since January 2024. She has been working in Childcare since 2021, has earned her Associates Degree, and currently works as a resource teacher. Katie works with children because she loves to encourage them while helping them reach their milestones.

Ms. Mia joined our Goddard team in July of 2025 and has been working with children in various settings since 2023. She believes that as a teacher, it is her job to provide a supportive and safe environment for children to grow and gain confidence. Ms. Mia is excited to begin her teaching journey with Goddard.
