Our Teachers

Jake and Ashley are proud to be the on-site owners of The Goddard School in Cave Creek. They are parents of four children that attend The Goddard School. After working in management and sales for over 10 years Jake decided that he wanted to be able to spend more time with his family. He and his wife wanted to operate a business that played an important role in the community along with his children. Jake is very proud and excited to own a business that is centered on his most important priority, Children and Families. He is proud to be a part of The Goddard School and is committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in Cave Creek. Jake and Ashley look forward to getting to know you and your family, as well as being a part of the community.

Ms. Brooklynn joined our Goddard team in June of 2023. She is currently earning a degree in Early Childhood Education and has been working in childcare since 2019. Ms. Brooklynn is dedicated to ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of care and education by overseeing curriculum development, supporting our teachers ad the quality of our program.

Ms. Courtney joined the Goddard team in August of 2023. She currently serves as the Assistant Director to our school. She has been working in Early Education since 2014. Ms. Courtney believes that children learn best when they are in a nurturing, safe, supportive, and fun learning environment. She is dedicated to fostering a a love for learning and helping children reach their full potential, while also building trusting relationships with families.

Ms. Jackie has been a part of The Goddard Family since August of 2017, has been working in Early Childhood since 2011, and currently works as our Office Assistant. Jackie works with children because nothing in a day can brighten her smile more than the love, hugs, and smiles of her little ones. She believes and knows that not every child is the same and to understand and educate all children, we must be patient, caring, and loving.

Ms. Briana has been a part of The Goddard School family since January of 2019. She has been working in Early Childhood since 2015, has earned her CDA, and currently works as Lead Infant Teacher. Briana works with children because she loves to see them grow and discover new things. She believes that every child is our future and it is her job to make sure our children get the education they need in a way they love.

Ms. Haley joined The Goddard Family in March of 2023. She is our Lead Toddlers 2 Teacher. Haley has earned her CDA certification. She began working in childcare in 2018. Haley believes that all children are different from one another. She enjoys being a teacher because she has found that all children have the capacity to teach, and adults can learn from children, as well.

Ms. Sydney has been a part of The Goddard Family since January 2024. She is working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education. Sydney enjoys working with children because they are full of joy and curiosity. She loves to give them freedom to express their creativity while learning.

Ms. Savannah joined the Goddard team in October of 2024 and has been in the Early Childhood Education field since 2019. Ms. Savannah enjoys teaching children and watching them navigate life. She especially takes pride in creating a loving space for them to learn, grow, and express themselves.

Ms Ashley has been a part of the Goddard Family since February 2024. She is working toward her degree in Early Childhood Education, has earned her CNA, and currently works as our Lead Toddlers 3 Teacher. Ashley works with children because she loves to help them grow and become the best versions of themselves.

Ms. Julia joined our Goddard team in January of 2025. She has her degree in Psychology and is currently a Co-Lead in our Toddlers 3 classroom. Ms. Julia loves working with children because she enjoys watching them grow and reach milestones. She loves being a comforting person to them when needed. She loves creating hands-on activities for the kids to explore.

Ms. Ciera joined the Goddard team in November of 2024 and has been working in Early Education since 2018. Ms. Ciera enjoys being a part of the children's growth and learning journey. She is dedicated to equipping each child with essential tools for acquiring new skills and navigating big emotions.

Ms. Hailey joined our Goddard team in March of 2025 and has been working in childcare since 2023. Ms. Hailey is passionate about working with young children because every day is full of discovery and witnessing their personalities, language, and independence is inspiring.

Ms. Teresa has been a part of The Goddard Family since August of 2019 and has been working in Early Childhood since 2016. She currently works as Lead Twos 2 Teacher. Teresa works with children because she loves to make a huge difference in their lives. Helping children develop into people is what motivates her. She believes that these early years are the most precious for learning and as an educator she is here to help their development expand.

Ms. Cytisha joined the Goddard team in December of 2024. She is currently working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education. With a genuine passion for working with children, Ms. Cytisha loves listening to their stories and fostering a nurturing and fun learning atmosphere.

Ms. Ashley joined The Goddard Family in October of 2022. She is currently the Co-Teacher in our Bridge room. Ashley has been working in early childhood since 2017. Ashley aims to provide a nurturing, child-led, play-based learning environment that fosters confidence, trust, and creativity.

Ms. Shonna has been a part of the Goddard family since March of 2024 and has been working in Early Education since 2012. She loves teaching and planning activities that will be enriching to the children in fun ways. Ms. Shonna is passionate about helping kids meet their milestones while learning through play.

Ms. Michelle joined The Goddard Family in August of 2023. She is currently our Lead Preschool Teacher. Michelle worked in childcare as a substitute teacher for one year before finding her home with us here at Goddard. Michelle's mission is to provide all of her students with safety and the best care. She believes children should never be afraid to be their true selves.

Ms. Meresa joined our Goddard team in April of 2025 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since2017. She believes that educators lead by example and that learning should feel like discovery. Ms. Meresa enjoys teaching because their energy, honesty, and curiosity make every day fun and full of possibilities.

Ms. Andrea has been a part of The Goddard Family since April of 2019. She has a BA in Early Childhood Education. She is the Lead Pre-K Teacher here at The Goddard School. Drea works with children because she loves being around kids and teaching them new things every day. She believes that early stages are the most important because we are teaching them skills to grow in society.

Ms. Katrina joined The Goddard School Cave Creek in January 2024 as an Assistant Teacher in the Pre-K classroom. With a passion for early childhood education, she finds great joy in watching children reach their milestones and being a supportive role model throughout their developmental journey. Ms. Katrina is dedicated to creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive and build a strong foundation for their future success.

Ms Katie has been a part of The Goddard School family since January 2024. She has been working in Childcare since 2021, has earned her Associates Degree, and currently works as a resource teacher. Katie works with children because she loves to encourage them while helping them reach their milestones.

Ms. Chauney joined the Goddard team in March of 2025 and has been working in Early Education since 2021. She currently works as a resource teacher supporting various teachers and classrooms throughout the school. Ms. Chauney believes that from an early age, children grow and learn best when they are heard, valued, and loved.

Ms. Antoria joined our Goddard team in April of 2025. and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2014. She believes the best environment for children to learn is filled with messy creativity, kind hearts, and learning through laughter.
