    Mr Daniel

    Owner
    Mr. Daniel graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Health/Physical Education from Arkansas Tech University. Prior to owning a Goddard School, he worked as a Teacher/Coach at several Arkansas High Schools for 6 years. After his coaching career he and his wife Emily opened up a CrossFit Business in which they owned and operated for 11 years. Mr Daniel has always been passionate about education and the development of young people. Daniel and his wife Emily have 3 children; Molly, Maggie, and Maddox. In his spare time, you can most likely find him hunting, on a football field or baseball field, at a cheer competition or volleyball match watching one of his kids compete.

    Ms. Miranda brings over twelve years of experience in early childhood education and a heart full of dedication to her role as Director. She leads with a blend of professionalism, empathy, and creativity - mentoring teachers, supporting families, and fostering a joyful learning environment. Currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, she’s passionate about building strong teams and empowering others to thrive. At home, Miranda is a proud wife and mom to two amazing daughters, who inspire her every day. Her family values, love of learning, and belief in the power of community shape everything she does. Whether she’s planning themed events, greeting children with a warm smile, or helping staff grow, Miranda’s leadership is rooted in care and connection.

    Lead Infant Teacher
    With 16 years of experience and a heart full of love, Ms. Vanessa brings magic to our infant classroom every day. Her gentle nature and nurturing spirit help our littlest learners feel safe, seen, and celebrated. A proud mom of three and a joyful grandma, she treasures time with her family and quiet moments with a good book. Butterflies remind her of growth and transformation - just like the journey each child takes in her care. And if you ask her about her favorite story, she’ll light up talking about Beauty and the Beast, a tale that reflects her belief in kindness, courage, and finding beauty in every moment.

    Ms. Baylee is so excited to be apart of The Goddard School family, especially as the infant assistant teacher. She is a proud mom of two beautiful daughters and she comes from a close-knit family that values kindness, learning, and laughter. She is currently continuing her education focusing on early childhood education. In her free time, she enjoys painting, being outdoors with her girls, and staying active. Working with children brings her so much joy. She loves being a part of their growth, helping them discover the world around them, and creating a warm and nurturing environment where they feel safe and loved.

    Lead First Steps Teacher
    Ms. Jessie grew up in a family of ten where in-home daycare was a daily part of life - so caring for children has always come naturally. With experience in nannying, summer camps, daycare, and schools, she brings a joyful and well-rounded approach to early childhood education. Jessie holds a BA in Educational Studies from Florida College, where she also worked at a Goddard School. Outside the classroom, she enjoys hiking with her husband and creating acrylic paintings - her artistic passion. Jessie believes in choosing joy every day and sharing that joy through teaching. She’s excited to grow alongside her students and build meaningful connections with each child.

    Ms. Jodie brings over eight years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for helping children reach important milestones - from potty training to early literacy. As a proud mom of three boys and a devoted dog mom, she understands the joys and challenges of raising little ones.

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Mrs. Parker began caring for children at a young age by babysitting siblings, cousins, and children of family friends. She has since gained years of childcare experience by babysitting and nannying for multiple families. Mrs. Parker worked as a toddler teacher at the Fayetteville Goddard School and is so excited to be able to teach closer to home. In her free time she enjoys cooking, playing with her dogs, and spending time with her husband and new baby.

    Ms. Jenna brings a cheerful heart and a steady presence to our Preschool 1 classroom. She loves helping children learn through play, and her favorite part of the day is watching their personalities shine during circle time and creative activities. Jenna is passionate about building strong relationships with her students and supporting their growth with patience and positivity. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and trying new recipes. She’s excited to be part of The Goddard School of Fort Smith and looks forward to a wonderful year of learning and laughter.

    Ms. Kylie is thrilled to be part of The Goddard School’s teaching staff. She has a deep passion for education and finds great joy in working with young children. With a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith, she is committed to creating a learning environment where children feel free to be themselves and where their creative minds can grow and thrive. Her goal is to cultivate an atmosphere of respect, kindness, and support for every child. Outside of the classroom, you’ll often find her baking, attending church, and spending quality time with her family.

    Ms. Gillian is excited to welcome a new group of young learners this year! With five years of experience working with children, she brings energy, enthusiasm, and a nurturing spirit to the classroom. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two playful puppies - whether relaxing at home or exploring the outdoors. A fan of all things Disney, a lover of coffee, and proudly pink-obsessed, Ms. Gillian infuses joy and creativity into everything she does. She’s passionate about helping each child feel loved, supported, and ready to grow.

    Ms. Natalie is proud to be a Get Set teacher with four years of experience helping young learners grow and thrive. She’s passionate about creating a hands-on classroom where children explore, discover, and build independence. Through meaningful experiences, she helps children become more self-sufficient while nurturing their confidence and curiosity. Outside the classroom, Ms. Natalie enjoys reading and traveling - two of her favorite ways to keep learning herself!

Whether she’s guiding a group activity or offering a quiet moment of encouragement, Tara creates a space where children feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. At home, she enjoys baking homemade bread, diving into a good book, and spending time with her two wonderful children and two spirited dachshunds. She’s thrilled to be part of The Goddard School of Fort Smith and looks forward to building meaningful connections with each child and family.

    Hi Goddard families! My name is Samantha, and I’m so excited to be part of your child’s learning journey. I’ve been working with preschoolers for over 15 years, and I truly feel that helping little ones grow, learn, and discover their world is one of the most rewarding things I could ever do. I’m a proud mom of two beautiful daughters—my youngest just graduated high school—and we also have a sweet fur baby named Snowball who keeps us laughing. Outside the classroom, I love spending time with my family, especially when we can get outdoors for swimming, camping, or spontaneous weekend adventures (weather permitting, of course!). I'm passionate about creating a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and celebrated. I can’t wait to get to know all of you!

With over four years of experience in early childhood education - including her role as a lead teacher for S.P.I.C.E. with Fort Smith Public Schools - Sophiah brings both expertise and heart to the classroom. She also holds licenses in cosmetology and aesthetics, which have nurtured her creativity, attention to detail, and passion for helping others feel confident and cared for. Sophiah is deeply committed to creating a warm, safe environment where every child feels seen, heard, and supported. She looks forward to helping each little learner grow and thrive throughout the year.

Outside of school, Ms. Emily enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, working out, and spending time with her family - activities that help her stay balanced and bring energy and creativity into her teaching. One of her favorite parts of being an educator is witnessing those “aha!” moments when a student grasps something new. She’s dedicated to making learning meaningful and fun every single day and looks forward to a fantastic school year ahead.

    Hi! My name is Allison Dockins. I am from a small town in Southwest Arkansas. I am a freshman at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. I am majoring in elementary education. I have two younger brothers who are 7 and 9. I am the oldest grandchild, sibling, nieces, etc, so I have grown up babysitting all my younger cousins and siblings and also kids of family friends. I have formed so many bonds babysitting that I will always carry with me! I love being with children and seeing the world through their eyes! I’m so grateful for this opportunity, and I can not wait to impact the lives of all the children here.

    Ms. Hannah is excited to be part of the Goddard School team. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith and brings nine years of experience teaching kindergarten and first grade in public elementary schools. She is married and a proud mom to three girls. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, which brings her joy and balance both inside and outside the classroom.

    Ms. Brenda is thrilled to be teaching at The Goddard School of Fort Smith! This is her third year with Goddard, having transferred from Bentonville, and she’s excited to be back in her hometown continuing with a school she loves. With nine years of experience in early childhood education and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, she brings both passion and expertise to the classroom. Outside of school, Ms. Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, and all things Disney!

    Part Time Assistant Teacher
    Hi my name is Izzie! I am from Fort Smith, Arkansas. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Sociology. I am further pursuing my education with a Master's in Art and Teaching through the University of Central Arkansas. I like to believe that people have children and raise them in reflection of what they believe the world needs more of or would like to see change in the world. As it is said, “Kids are the future.” Educators are those who inspire, motivate, and empower those young future leaders and I cannot wait to be that influence for your kids!

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, bargain shopping, babysitting, and gardening. She is so excited to be a part of your child's learning journey.

    Hi, my name is Leslie. I am originally from south Louisiana but I have lived in many states and even a few countries! I have a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I have worked with children most of my adult life in many different settings ranging from teaching Pre-K in the public school setting to teaching English in Thailand. I spent my twenties traveling and teaching and seeing what this great world and life is all about! Now, in my thirties, I am nested here in Fort Smith with my boyfriend and my fur baby Marvel. My passions involve anything outdoors, art, and of course nurturing and shaping the hearts and minds of children!

    My name is Veva, I graduated with two associates degrees, one in applied science and the other in office management. I was born and raised in Oklahoma, then moved to Arkansas. I have two older children and two granddaughters. I have recently got my CDA in child development. I have been a teachers aide in the various districts and was a lead teacher for 6 years. I am excited to be a part of the Goddard School. I enjoy spending time with my family, going on outdoor adventures, church, and shopping.

    Ms. Hayley has been working with children for over four years and recently moved back to Greenwood from Fayetteville to be closer to family. She’s passionate about creating a fun, creative, and caring environment where kids can learn and grow. Outside the classroom, Ms. Hayley enjoys painting, reading, and spending time with her two cats and two dogs - who always keep her on her toes! She’s excited to be part of this wonderful team and to help inspire the next generation of little learners.
