Our Goddard School Teachers

Mr. Daniel graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Health/Physical Education from Arkansas Tech University. Prior to owning a Goddard School, he worked as a Teacher/Coach at several Arkansas High Schools for 6 years. After his coaching career he and his wife Emily opened up a CrossFit Business in which they owned and operated for 11 years. Mr Daniel has always been passionate about education and the development of young people. Daniel and his wife Emily have 3 children; Molly, Maggie, and Maddox. In his spare time, you can most likely find him hunting, on a football field or baseball field, at a cheer competition or volleyball match watching one of his kids compete.

Ms. Miranda brings over twelve years of experience in early childhood education and a heart full of dedication to her role as Director. She leads with a blend of professionalism, empathy, and creativity - mentoring teachers, supporting families, and fostering a joyful learning environment. Currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, she’s passionate about building strong teams and empowering others to thrive. At home, Miranda is a proud wife and mom to two amazing daughters, who inspire her every day. Her family values, love of learning, and belief in the power of community shape everything she does. Whether she’s planning themed events, greeting children with a warm smile, or helping staff grow, Miranda’s leadership is rooted in care and connection.

My name is Chenoa! I was born and raised in Arkansas. I am a wife and mother and enjoy spending my free time going on adventures with my little family! I have been working with children for 4 years and absolutely love it. I adore the excitement and eagerness that children have to learn new things! I'm so excited for this wonderful experience!

With 16 years of experience and a heart full of love, Ms. Vanessa brings magic to our infant classroom every day. Her gentle nature and nurturing spirit help our littlest learners feel safe, seen, and celebrated. A proud mom of three and a joyful grandma, she treasures time with her family and quiet moments with a good book. Butterflies remind her of growth and transformation - just like the journey each child takes in her care. And if you ask her about her favorite story, she’ll light up talking about Beauty and the Beast, a tale that reflects her belief in kindness, courage, and finding beauty in every moment.

Ms. Amanda brings over a year of experience in early childhood education, along with a background in volunteering with special-needs children and coaching preschool cheerleading. A few years ago, her family of five spent time traveling across the United States before settling in Greenwood, where they are grateful to now call home. As a mom of three, Amanda loves spending time with her family - whether they’re traveling, caring for their chickens, or cheering on their kids at sporting events. She has a naturally caring heart and is excited to continue growing and making a positive impact at The Goddard School.

Frankie has been working in childcare for the past three years. She has extensive experience with infants and toddlers and has also enjoyed working with children of all ages. Frankie brings a bright, creative energy to the classroom and loves expressing herself through fun jewelry and colorful outfits. Outside of school, she enjoys writing, swimming, spending time on the lake, and cuddling her cat, Muffin. She is excited to get to know each child and support their growth and learning at The Goddard School of Fort Smith.

Ms. Jodie brings over eight years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for helping children reach important milestones - from potty training to early literacy. As a proud mom of three boys and a devoted dog mom, she understands the joys and challenges of raising little ones.

Ms. Kylie is thrilled to be part of The Goddard School’s teaching staff. She has a deep passion for education and finds great joy in working with young children. With a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith, she is committed to creating a learning environment where children feel free to be themselves and where their creative minds can grow and thrive. Her goal is to cultivate an atmosphere of respect, kindness, and support for every child. Outside of the classroom, you’ll often find her baking, attending church, and spending quality time with her family.

Ms. KaLee is a warm and dedicated member of our Pre-Toddler team. She is currently earning her degree in Early Childhood Education and brings that growing knowledge into the classroom each day. Her gentle approach, patience, and genuine love for little learners help our youngest students feel safe, supported, and confident as they explore their world. She is a steady, joyful presence in Pre-Toddlers, and we are grateful for the care and consistency she brings to our school community.

Mrs. Parker began caring for children at a young age by babysitting siblings, cousins, and children of family friends. She has since gained years of childcare experience by babysitting and nannying for multiple families. Mrs. Parker worked as a toddler teacher at the Fayetteville Goddard School and is so excited to be able to teach closer to home. In her free time she enjoys cooking, playing with her dogs, and spending time with her husband and new baby.

Ms. Baylee is so excited to be apart of The Goddard School family, especially as the infant assistant teacher. She is a proud mom of two beautiful daughters and she comes from a close-knit family that values kindness, learning, and laughter. She is currently continuing her education focusing on early childhood education. In her free time, she enjoys painting, being outdoors with her girls, and staying active. Working with children brings her so much joy. She loves being a part of their growth, helping them discover the world around them, and creating a warm and nurturing environment where they feel safe and loved.

Ms. Hayley has been working with children for over four years and recently moved back to Greenwood from Fayetteville to be closer to family. She’s passionate about creating a fun, creative, and caring environment where kids can learn and grow. Outside the classroom, Ms. Hayley enjoys painting, reading, and spending time with her two cats and two dogs - who always keep her on her toes! She’s excited to be part of this wonderful team and to help inspire the next generation of little learners.

Ms. Emilee is one of our Get Set teachers and brings so much joy and energy to her classroom. She loves circle time with the two-year-olds and has a natural talent for helping them build the early skills they’ll need as they transition into Preschool. Emilee enjoys creating fun, engaging moments throughout the day and is passionate about supporting each child’s growth and independence. She is thrilled to be part of The Goddard School of Fort Smith and loves watching her students learn, explore, and shine.

Ms. Jenna brings a cheerful heart and a steady presence to our Preschool 1 classroom. She loves helping children learn through play, and her favorite part of the day is watching their personalities shine during circle time and creative activities. Jenna is passionate about building strong relationships with her students and supporting their growth with patience and positivity. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and trying new recipes. She’s excited to be part of The Goddard School of Fort Smith and looks forward to a wonderful year of learning and laughter.

My name is Veva, I graduated with two associates degrees, one in applied science and the other in office management. I was born and raised in Oklahoma, then moved to Arkansas. I have two older children and two granddaughters. I have recently got my CDA in child development. I have been a teachers aide in the various districts and was a lead teacher for 6 years. I am excited to be a part of the Goddard School. I enjoy spending time with my family, going on outdoor adventures, church, and shopping.

Ms. Brenda is thrilled to be teaching at The Goddard School of Fort Smith! This is her third year with Goddard, having transferred from Bentonville, and she’s excited to be back in her hometown continuing with a school she loves. With nine years of experience in early childhood education and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, she brings both passion and expertise to the classroom. Outside of school, Ms. Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, and all things Disney!

Hi, my name is Leslie. I am originally from south Louisiana but I have lived in many states and even a few countries! I have a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I have worked with children most of my adult life in many different settings ranging from teaching Pre-K in the public school setting to teaching English in Thailand. I spent my twenties traveling and teaching and seeing what this great world and life is all about! Now, in my thirties, I am nested here in Fort Smith with my boyfriend and my fur baby Marvel. My passions involve anything outdoors, art, and of course nurturing and shaping the hearts and minds of children!

With twelve years of preschool experience, Ms. Tara brings a steady hand and a joyful heart to our Pre-K 1 classroom. Her love for early learning shines through in every “Aha!” moment she helps spark. Whether she’s guiding a group activity or offering a quiet moment of encouragement, Tara creates a space where children feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. At home, she enjoys baking homemade bread, diving into a good book, and spending time with her two wonderful children and two spirited dachshunds. She’s thrilled to be part of The Goddard School of Fort Smith and looks forward to building meaningful connections with each child and family.

Hi Goddard families! My name is Samantha, and I’m so excited to be part of your child’s learning journey. I’ve been working with preschoolers for over 15 years, and I truly feel that helping little ones grow, learn, and discover their world is one of the most rewarding things I could ever do. I’m a proud mom of two beautiful daughters—my youngest just graduated high school—and we also have a sweet fur baby named Snowball who keeps us laughing. Outside the classroom, I love spending time with my family, especially when we can get outdoors for swimming, camping, or spontaneous weekend adventures (weather permitting, of course!). I'm passionate about creating a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and celebrated. I can’t wait to get to know all of you!

Ms. Emily is excited to be part of the Goddard Pre-K 2 class, where she brings a deep passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students grow both academically and personally. She believes in creating a positive, engaging classroom environment where every child feels valued and inspired to do their best. Outside of school, Ms. Emily enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, working out, and spending time with her family - activities that help her stay balanced and bring energy and creativity into her teaching. One of her favorite parts of being an educator is witnessing those “aha!” moments when a student grasps something new. She’s dedicated to making learning meaningful and fun every single day and looks forward to a fantastic school year ahead.

Hi! My name is Allison Dockins. I am from a small town in Southwest Arkansas. I am a freshman at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. I am majoring in elementary education. I have two younger brothers who are 7 and 9. I am the oldest grandchild, sibling, nieces, etc, so I have grown up babysitting all my younger cousins and siblings and also kids of family friends. I have formed so many bonds babysitting that I will always carry with me! I love being with children and seeing the world through their eyes! I’m so grateful for this opportunity, and I can not wait to impact the lives of all the children here.

Mrs. Bergen is currently working toward her degree in Elementary Education and is passionate about building a strong foundation for young learners. She brings a calm, caring presence to the classroom and loves supporting children as they grow, explore, and discover new skills each day. Bergen is excited to be part of The Goddard School of Fort Smith and looks forward to continuing her journey in early childhood education alongside our school family.

Brooklyn is currently pursuing her cosmetology degree and brings a warm, creative energy to our school. She works with our Pre-K children in the afternoons and has a natural gift for connecting with them through patience, kindness, and fun. Brooklyn is excited to be part of The Goddard School of Fort Smith and loves supporting our oldest learners as they grow and prepare for kindergarten.

Ms. Clara brings a kind, encouraging presence to our Pre-K classroom. As a part-time teacher, she supports children as they build independence, strengthen early academic skills, and form meaningful friendships. She loves watching students discover new abilities and take pride in their accomplishments. Her calm energy and genuine care help create a classroom where every child feels supported and confident.

Ms. Gillian is excited to welcome a new group of young learners this year! With five years of experience working with children, she brings energy, enthusiasm, and a nurturing spirit to the classroom. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two playful puppies - whether relaxing at home or exploring the outdoors. A fan of all things Disney, a lover of coffee, and proudly pink-obsessed, Ms. Gillian infuses joy and creativity into everything she does. She’s passionate about helping each child feel loved, supported, and ready to grow.

Ms. Hannah is excited to be part of the Goddard School team. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith and brings nine years of experience teaching kindergarten and first grade in public elementary schools. She is married and a proud mom to three girls. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, which brings her joy and balance both inside and outside the classroom.

Ms. Sydnee brings a gentle, joyful presence to our Toddler classroom, where she supports our little learners with patience, warmth, and consistency. As a part-time teacher, she plays an essential role in helping toddlers feel safe, understood, and excited to explore their world each day. She loves watching children grow into their independence, from first friendships to new words to the confidence that comes with trying something new. Her calm energy and nurturing approach help create a classroom environment where every child feels seen and celebrated.

Ms. Sophiah is thrilled to join the teaching team as Lead Preschool 1 Teacher. With over four years of experience in early childhood education - including her role as a lead teacher for S.P.I.C.E. with Fort Smith Public Schools - Sophiah brings both expertise and heart to the classroom. She also holds licenses in cosmetology and aesthetics, which have nurtured her creativity, attention to detail, and passion for helping others feel confident and cared for. Sophiah is deeply committed to creating a warm, safe environment where every child feels seen, heard, and supported. She looks forward to helping each little learner grow and thrive throughout the year.

Mrs. Jobeth is one of our substitute teachers and brings a calm, dependable presence to every classroom she enters. She connects quickly with children of all ages and jumps in wherever she’s needed with patience, kindness, and a positive attitude. Jobeth is excited to be part of The Goddard School of Fort Smith and loves supporting our students and teachers throughout the day.
