Meet Leila Owner
Hello, my name is Leila and my husband Travis and I are the proud owners of The Goddard School in Bentonville, Arkansas. I graduated with a Bachelors in Graphic Design and Marketing from John Brown University. Prior to owning The Goddard School of Bentonville, I worked for DaySpring Cards, a division of Hallmark, as a Designer and Art Director. After becoming a mom to our first daughter (and TWINS a few years later!) I chose to leave the full-time work environment and start my own freelance design business, all while balancing the wild, amazing job that is motherhood.
During those formative preschool years with my own young children, I learned that having support as a parent, as well as incredible early educational opportunities for my children, was a gift. I have a true passion to connect with families, genuinely know you as individuals, and to create an inspiring, unique, premier preschool experience for children that reflects the Bentonville and NW Arkansas community. Although Travis and I are a husband-and-wife team, I will be the on-site owner with Travis as a support role in our school.
I love spending my free time running, creating beauty and a healthy lifestyle in my home, and loving on my own three children: supporting their activities and interests, volunteering at their schools, and giving back to the community.

Infant
6 w - 9 m
In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.
First Steps
9 - 15 m
We support and encourage children to confidently explore and develop new skills, language and ideas.
Toddlers
15 - 20 m
As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.
Twos
2 - 2.5 yrs
In the Twos classroom, experienced, caring teachers guide your child through playful exploration, helping navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity.

Little ones begin preschool routines and new ways of play, supporting all areas of continuous development.

Goddard has been such an incredible place of support and learning for our family! The teachers and staff are truly world class, and care so deeply about the kids. I think the admin supports their teachers better than other daycares in the area because we seem to experience way less turnover than my friends are experiencing at their daycares. All around cannot recommend Goddard Bentonville enough!

Our family has been so impressed with Goddard! The teachers and staff have been exceptional, and they all truly know our child. The daily activities our daughter does are so hands on and they change on a daily basis. We feel lucky to have our daughter at such a nurturing school!
Perfect. This place is perfect if you want comfort knowing your child is supported and cared for. Thankful for all the teachers! Impressive cleanliness, organized, incredible communication and great on site programs. Highly recommend soccer joes and buddy pegs at this school!
We love Goddard Bentonville! We have been enrolled at the school for 2 1/2 years now! My daughter and son love going to school everyday and it feels like a second home when you walk in with the warm welcome each day! The development and skills my children have learned while attending Goddard are incredible too! Thank you for all you do!
The staff here is unmatched! Every faculty member knows the name and face of every child and family member. They are welcoming, caring and supportive. This school makes you feel like you are leaving your child in a safe and engaging environment. It was so hard to let my kids go but I am so thankful we found this facility to care for them each day.
