Mrs LaShundrea, Owner LaShundrea earned her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University and later earned her master's degree from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management. LaShundrea has worked in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations with Cummins, Inc., is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and is the past leader of the Children's Ministry at Zion CME Church. She is married to her business partner Ronnie Partee and they have 2 daughters, Alexandrea and Aubriana. LaShundrea enjoys traveling and reading in her spare time.

Amber, Director Amber Dandridge has been in Early Childhood Education for the past 12 years. Amber has a degree in Law and Society from Purdue University. She worked as lead teacher in the infant through preschool classes for 10 years and as the Quality Specialist for 1 year. She recently accepted the role of Assistant Director in March of 2020. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, authentic cuisines from different cultures, horseback riding, choreographing, and reading.

Mrs Yolanda, Lead Teacher Mrs. Yolanda Michelle Kennedy has a bachelors degree in Psychology. She worked with children in the school system as a substitute teacher. Mrs. Yolanda held a position as a family advocate working with families and meeting the needs of children. Her goal was to help children accomplish their goals to succeed in their early stages.

Morgan, Lead Teacher • Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Family Studies from the University of Memphis.
• Has 4 years of experience working with children from infant – 5 years old.
• Favorite things include reading, watching movies and eating chocolate.
• I love working with children because I love watching and helping them grow and develop.

Lauren, Lead Teacher • Master of Arts in Teaching; Bachelor’s Degree in Multicultural Studies from the University of Memphis
• 20 plus years of experience with children
• Favorite things include: Spending time with family, reading, blogging, travel, painting, attending church and eating
• I love working with children because they brighten my day! They see life from a fresh, innocent perspective and help us adults to remember what’s important.

Ayla, Lead Teacher • Has 2 ½ years of experience working with children from ages 6 weeks – 3 years old.
• Favorite things include learning, reading and listening to music.
• I love working with children because it brings me joy to be around the future of the world and to see them learn and grow.

Nancy, Lead Teacher • Currently First Aid & CPR certified; pursuing a CDA in Preschool (3 & 4-year olds) with Cave Courses online
• Has 10 years of experience working Infants through Pre-K.
• Favorite things include: spending time with my family; the beach is my favorite place to be. I love cooking, hiking, music, the sun and football. I am a forever Rebel and Saints fan.
• I love working with children because it is the most rewarding time spent. To be able to nurture a child’s spirit is the most important thing we can possibly do. When a child’s spirit is well the know they can do and be anything and if I can have a small part of knowing I helped that spirit, then my heart is full.

Althea, Assistant Teacher • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences from Harding University. Early Childhood Music certification.
• Fluent in Italian.
• Has 7 years of experience working with children from infant – 18 years old.
• Favorite things include playing the guitar, singing, reading and crafts.
• I love working with children because I love watching them grow and develop as they achieve milestones.

Angelica, Assistant Teacher • Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
• On the job training with Speacial Needs children

Dianne, Assistant Teacher • 40 hours of Early Childcare Training from AgriEXTENTION of Texas A & M and Johnson County, KS continuing education.
• 7 years of experience with children through teaching and caring for ages 2 – 13 years old
• Favorite things include: Reading, Crafting, Gardening and spending time with family.
• I love working with children because it is one of the most rewarding jobs. I like nurturing children.

Ms Pamela , Assistant Teacher Ms. Pam is an assistant teacher and has been working with children since 1999. She loves working with them because she treats them as gifts, they keep her going! She enjoys showing them that learning is fun.

• Favorite things include: Spending time with nieces and nephews, going to NBA, High School and AAU basketball games, serving others and attending church.
