Mrs LaShundrea, Owner LaShundrea earned her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University and later earned her master's degree from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management. LaShundrea has worked in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations with Cummins, Inc., is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and is the past leader of the Children's Ministry at Zion CME Church. She is married to her business partner Ronnie Partee and they have 2 daughters, Alexandrea and Aubriana. LaShundrea enjoys traveling and reading in her spare time.

Mrs Adina, Director Adina has been involved in Early Childhood Education since 1999. She has a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and an M.A. in Special Education. She began as a toddler teacher and has taught all ages. She has been an Assistant Director for 7 years and is the Education Director here at The Goddard School-Cordova since September 2020. She enjoys spending time with her family, learning to fix things, and stitching and crocheting. She has a husband and three children and of her own who she loves spending time with.

Amber, Director Amber Dandridge has been in Early Childhood Education since 2005. Amber has a degree in Law and Society from Purdue University. She worked as lead teacher in the infant through preschool classes for many years and as the Quality Specialist for 1 year. She accepted the role of Assistant Director in March of 2020. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, authentic cuisines from different cultures, horseback riding, choreographing, and reading.


Mrs Tina, Lead Teacher Mrs. Tina Bruce married to Antonio Bruce. She graduated from Philander Smith College in 2011 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology. Mrs. Tina also graduated in June of 2017 with her Masters in Early Childhood Studies with a concentration in Public Policy and Advocacy. Mrs. Tina has been teaching in early learning since 2012. Mrs. Tina loves to dance and sing. Music is constantly played in her classroom. She attends Life Church where she is active on teams and has the opportunity to connect with a lot of people. She loves hanging out with friends and family but her favorite hobby is Zumba.

Ms Pamela , Lead Teacher Ms. Pam is a lead teacher and has been working with children since 1999. She loves working with them because she treats them as gifts, they keep her going! She enjoys showing them that learning is fun.

Kayla, Lead Teacher Ms. Kayla Has a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies. She has been working with children from birth-10 years old since 2015. She enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with her family. Her favorite children's books are "Llama, Llama, Red Pajama," "The Giving Tree," and "Junie B. Jones." "I love seeing children accomplish new things and grow.

Adrianne, Lead Teacher Ms Adrianne has been working with children from infants – 5 years old, since 2015. Her favorite things include crafting, gardening, reading and learning new skills. "I love working with children because they bring absolute joy and fulfillment. Watching and helping children grow is such rewarding work."


Felecia, Lead Teacher Ms Felecia is in the process of getting her B.A. in Early Childcare. She has been working in childcare since 2011. Early childcare has been her passion since grade school. She loves being a part of the children's growth and education.


Vanessa, Lead Teacher Ms. Vanessa has been working in childcare since 2006. Her teaching philosophy is to develop a caring, respectful, and responsive relationship with the children and parents. She is determined to provide a fun and educational environment that will teach trust and creativity.


Nancy, Lead Teacher Ms Nancy is currently First Aid & CPR certified; pursuing a CDA in Preschool (3 & 4-year olds). She has been working with Infants through Pre-K since 2010. Prior to that she substitute taught for 2.5 years. Her favorite things include: spending time with my family; the beach is my favorite place to be. She loves cooking, hiking, music, the sun and football. She is a forever Rebel and Saints fan. "I love working with children because it is the most rewarding time spent. To be able to nurture a child’s spirit is the most important thing we can possibly do. When a child’s spirit is well they know they can do and be anything and if I can have a small part of knowing I helped that spirit, then my heart is full."


Althea, Lead Teacher Ms. Althea has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences from Harding University and an Early Childhood Music certification. She is fluent in Italian. She working with children from infant – 18 years old, since 2003. Her favorite things include playing the guitar, singing, reading and crafts. "I love working with children because I love watching them grow and develop as they achieve milestones."


Dianne, Lead Teacher Ms. Dianne has 40 hours of Early Childcare Training from AgriEXTENTION of Texas A & M and Johnson County, KS continuing education and is pursuing her CDA in Infant and Toddler development. She has been teaching and caring for ages 2 – 13 years old since 2011. Her favorite things include: Reading, Crafting, Gardening and spending time with family. "I love working with children because it is one of the most rewarding jobs. I like nurturing children."


Mrs Yolanda, Lead Teacher Ms. Yolanda Michelle Kennedy has a bachelors degree in Psychology. She worked with children in the school system as a substitute teacher. Mrs. Yolanda held a position as a family advocate working with families and meeting the needs of children. She has been teaching since 2012. Her goal is to help children accomplish their goals to succeed in their early stages.

Geetha, Assistant Teacher Ms. Geetha is from India (Karnataka). She completed her Bachelor of Arts there. She worked as a teacher for four years in India. She is Early Childhood Education Certified. She likes to go shopping with her kids, to have fun and play, and teach. "I love to be with kids."

Ms Latisha, Resource Ms. Latisha is pursuing a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification. She has currently completed Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance (TECTA) courses at Southwest Tennessee Community College via Tennessee State University. She has been working in childcare since 2006. Her favorite things include: Spending time with my daughter and family. "I love working with children because I want to help them learn and grow."

Malik, Resource Malik Taylor is a recent graduate from Austin Peay State University. He majored in Business Marketing with a minor in Health. Here at Goddard he will not only be assisting in pick up, but he will also be working in the Marketing department taking wonderful pictures of the children.

Shaniqua, Resource Ms. Shaniqua has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis. She has been working with children ages 6 weeks to 18 years since 2014. Her favorite things include: traveling, shopping, doing D.I.Y. projects, cooking, and being creative. "I love working with children because they are the future. Helping them helps our future thrive."

Ms Velisa, Resource Ms. Velisa has a B.A. in Business Management from LeMoyne-Owen College and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from AIU. She also has an MBA in Healthcare Services from Keller Graduate School of Management (DeVry University). She has 2 years of experience in early childhood. Her favorite things include: Spending time with nieces and nephews, going to NBA, High School and AAU basketball games, serving others and attending church. "I love working with children because they are our future. I want to assist them, in anyway I can, to be productive citizens."
