Mrs LaShundrea, Owner LaShundrea earned her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University and later earned her master's degree from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management. LaShundrea has worked in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations with Cummins, Inc., is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and is the past leader of the Children's Ministry at Zion CME Church. She is married to her business partner Ronnie Partee and they have 2 daughters, Alexandrea and Aubriana. LaShundrea enjoys traveling and reading in her spare time.

Mrs Adina, Director Adina has been involved in Early Childhood Education since 1999. She has a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and an M.A. in Special Education. She began as a toddler teacher and has taught all ages. She has been an Assistant Director for 7 years and is the Education Director here at The Goddard School-Cordova since September 2020. She enjoys spending time with her family, learning to fix things, and stitching and crocheting. She has a husband and three children and of her own who she loves spending time with.

Amber, Director Amber Dandridge has been in Early Childhood Education since 2005. Amber has a degree in Law and Society from Purdue University. She worked as lead teacher in the infant through preschool classes for many years and as the Quality Specialist for 1 year. She accepted the role of Assistant Director in March of 2020. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, authentic cuisines from different cultures, horseback riding, choreographing, and reading.

Althea, Lead Teacher Ms. Althea has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences from Harding University and an Early Childhood Music certification. She is fluent in Italian. She working with children from infant – 18 years old, since 2003. Her favorite things include playing the guitar, singing, reading and crafts. "I love working with children because I love watching them grow and develop as they achieve milestones."

Dianne, Lead Teacher Ms. Dianne has 40 hours of Early Childcare Training from AgriEXTENTION of Texas A & M and Johnson County, KS continuing education and is pursuing her CDA in Infant and Toddler development. She has been teaching and caring for ages 2 – 13 years old since 2011. Her favorite things include: Reading, Crafting, Gardening and spending time with family. "I love working with children because it is one of the most rewarding jobs. I like nurturing children."

Ms Pamela , Lead Teacher Ms. Pam is a lead teacher and has been working with children since 1999. She loves working with them because she treats them as gifts, they keep her going! She enjoys showing them that learning is fun.

Felecia, Lead Teacher Ms Felecia is in the process of getting her B.A. in Early Childcare. She has been working in childcare since 2011. Early childcare has been her passion since grade school. She loves being a part of the children's growth and education.

Vanessa, Lead Teacher Ms. Vanessa has been working in childcare since 2006. Her teaching philosophy is to develop a caring, respectful, and responsive relationship with the children and parents. She is determined to provide a fun and educational environment that will teach trust and creativity.

Kayla, Lead Teacher Ms. Kayla Has a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies. She has been working with children from birth-10 years old since 2015. She enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with her family. Her favorite children's books are "Llama, Llama, Red Pajama," "The Giving Tree," and "Junie B. Jones." "I love seeing children accomplish new things and grow.

Ms Martha, Lead Teacher My name is Ms. Liliana I was born and I graduated in Colombia where I got my Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Arts in Preschool Education. I came to the United States in 1991. When I was in California, through the time, I met a family that had twins. One of them is autistic. My energy, joy, enthusiasm and passion for learning are to work with children with special needs. (most of my life). This experience led to learn a lot about autism and cases of children with different diagnoses or developmental delayed in different areas of learning. Thanks to this opportunity, I was able to work at Early Intervention with children with special needs for about 25 years.

Lonnie, Assistant Teacher Ms. Lonnie has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Memphis. She has been working with children for 9 years, and really enjoys what she does. She has worked with infants through children 4 years old. Her hobbies include reading, art, outdoor activities, and being with family and friends.

Ms Latisha, Assistant Teacher Ms. Latisha is pursuing a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification. She has currently completed Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance (TECTA) courses at Southwest Tennessee Community College via Tennessee State University. She has been working in childcare since 2006. Her favorite things include: Spending time with my daughter and family. "I love working with children because I want to help them learn and grow."

Malik, Assistant Teacher Malik Taylor is a recent graduate from Austin Peay State University. He majored in Business Marketing with a minor in Health. Here at Goddard he will not only be assisting in pick up, but he will also be working in the Marketing department taking wonderful pictures of the children.

Shaniqua, Resource Ms. Shaniqua has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis. She has been working with children ages 6 weeks to 18 years since 2014. Her favorite things include: traveling, shopping, doing D.I.Y. projects, cooking, and being creative. "I love working with children because they are the future. Helping them helps our future thrive."

Ms Velisa, Resource Ms. Velisa has a B.A. in Business Management from LeMoyne-Owen College and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from AIU. She also has an MBA in Healthcare Services from Keller Graduate School of Management (DeVry University). She has 2 years of experience in early childhood. Her favorite things include: Spending time with nieces and nephews, going to NBA, High School and AAU basketball games, serving others and attending church. "I love working with children because they are our future. I want to assist them, in anyway I can, to be productive citizens."
