Rebecca, Owner Rebecca Hall graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a dual degree in Early Childhood Education as well as Elementary Education. She has taught in the public schools in Lincoln with 1st and 2nd graders as well as more than ten years with The Goddard School starting as an Assistant Director (along with being a Preschool I Teacher) moving up to Director and now Owner. I am so excited to meet all of you. Please come and tour our school to meet our wonderful faculty and to see all the wonderful things our program has to offer!


Ashley, Director Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University

Ashley has been us since May of 2019 but in Early Childhood Education since 2009. Her passion is to inspire teachers to create a fun, educational experience for their students while exceeding health and safety expectations. She grew up in CO where her husband and her are raising their son.


Kaylee, Lead Teacher Education: Pursing Early Childhood Education

Kaylee joined our family in November of 2018. She assisted in the Rocky Mountain Rangers class. She builds strong relationships with children and their families. She understands and meets the needs of all children in her classroom.


Jennifer, Lead Teacher Education: Childhood Development Associate

Ms. Jennifer teaches in our Rocky Mountain Rangers classroom. Young toddlers are her favorite age group. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She joined the Goddard family in August 2017.


Lucero, Lead Teacher Education: Pyramid Approach Training & Expanding Quality Infant Toddler Care

Lucy joined our family in April 2019. She started in the field in 2015 working with older children. She discovered her passion for younger children and leads our two year old class. Her classroom is full of songs that encourage gross motor development as well as dual languages (Spanish and English).

When she isn't at school she is spending time with her big family enjoying all that Colorado has to offer especially the mountains.


Maricela, Lead Teacher Education: Certification in Early Childhood Education

Ms. Maricela teaches in our Sea Snorkelers classroom. Her passion for this young class radiates through the smile and laughter you will hear. When she is not working she spends time with her 3 sons. She joined the Goddard family in April 2016.


May, Lead Teacher Education: Pursuing CDA Degree

May joined our team in August of 2018. She grew up in Michigan and came to Colorado for a change. She is raising 3 children and her motherly instinct follow her into the classroom.


Sara, Lead Teacher Education: Early Childhood Certification

Ms. Sara teaches in our Sea Snorkelers classroom. She joined the Goddard family in May 2012. Her classroom is full of many learning experiences. This age group is exploring a variety of emotions which Ms. Sara supports through hugs and calm communication. She also assists with training of fellow teachers. When she is not working she is entertaining her son.


Nancy, Lead Teacher Education: K-12 Teaching License and Certification in Early Childhood

Ms. Nancy teaches in our Arctic Explorers classroom. She strategically communicates her lessons to all children to spark fun in learning. She has three sons and enjoys spending time with her family. She joined the Goddard family in April 2015.


Jocelyn, Lead Teacher Education: Child Development Associate

Ms. Jocelyn has 3 children of her own but her passion for early childhood started in High School. Most of her experience is with older children.

When she is not at school she is baking, being an author and coloring.


Rebecca, Lead Teacher Education: Pyramid Plus Trains and College Credit

Ms. Becky joined our family in August of 2019. She started working at a preschool in Maryland and found her career. After to moving to Colorado she continued with her passion. In her free time she finds herself participating in art activities like photography and crafts, reading, and watching movies.


Veronica, Lead Teacher Education: Bachelor's In Child Development

After moving to Colorado Veronica completed her education as a teacher. Her experience is with infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-kindergarten.

When she isn't educating children she is camping, hiking, fishing, and enjoying CO scenic. She hopes to own her own facility one day.


Mindi, Assistant Teacher Education: Diploma

Mindi became passionate about Early Childhood Education after babysitting and nannying. She will start her associate's in this field in the fall.

In her free time you can find her crocheting, sewing, reading, drawing, and taking her dogs on hikes.


Nicole, Assistant Teacher Education: High School Diploma

Nicole made the decision to work with children after caring for her niece. She assists in our Advanced Pre-kindergarten room. She joined the team in 2017 after moving here from New Mexico.

In her free time she is with her family and her animals, 3 dogs.


Yasmin, Assistant Teacher Education: Dental & Teacher Assistant

Yasmin started working with children in 2018 after realizing that her passion was working with children. She is educating herself through multiple trainings through the state. With her previous experience and education she creates a organized, clean environment for students to feel safe and be successful in their learnings.

When she isn't at school you can find her playing soccer, volleyball and baseball.


Vanessa , Assistant Teacher Education: Pursuing Elementary Education

Vanessa joined our family in March of 2019. She has and continues to work with all age groups. Her passion is to assist children to learn in a safe space.


Allison, Resource Education: Pursuing Elementary Education, Associates of Arts

Allison grew up around teachers and it come naturally to her to pick this career path. She has 2 years of experience in Early Childhood but see her self working with 3rd graders after her degree.

In her free time you will find her coloring or being outside.


Mackenzie, Resource Education: High School Diploma

Mackenzie helps out in all the classrooms after she monitors and prepares our nutritious meals. She has volunteered in her church nursery and is raising a child of her own.

When she isn't at school is painting, hanging out with her family, and creating music playlist.

Vickie, Resource Education: Associates in Applied Science

Vickie came to us after getting bored in retirement. She has two adult children of her own and a grandson. She is very patient, organized and likes to clean.

When she isn't helping the school she is sewing, gardening, and spending time with her family.
