Our Goddard School Teachers

Rebecca Hall graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a dual degree in Early Childhood Education as well as Elementary Education. She has taught in the public schools in Lincoln with 1st and 2nd graders as well as more than twenty years with The Goddard School starting as an Assistant Director (along with being a Preschool I Teacher) moving up to Director and now Owner. I am so excited to meet all of you. Please come and tour our school to meet our wonderful faculty and to see all the wonderful things our program has to offer!

Rebecca and Chip have owned The Goddard School in Longmont since 2007. Chip also ran a second location in Westminster for 10 years. Please come into our school to meet our wonderful facility and to see all of the wonderful things our program has to offer.

Education: Early Childhood Director Erika has been in the field since 2006. She is proud to provide a safe educational place for teachers, parents, and students. Education is where she finds her joy juice! Outside of school, she is spending time with her family focusing on guiding her own children to success.

Education: Childhood Development Associate, Pyramid Plus, EQIT, she holds a Level 3 credential through the state of Colorado. Ms. Jen is one of our assistant directors after being a teacher in our Rocky Mountain Rangers classroom for 4.5 years. She grew up in a large family and has had a passion for nurturing and educating young children for most of her life. Ms. Jen joined the Goddard family in August 2017.

Education: Associate of Science, Early Childhood Education State of Colorado Large Center Director Mary joined the field 35 years ago. She has always been passionate about this field and started on this path right out of high school. When she is not at school she is spending time in nature, with her family (Husband, daughter, son-in-law, and dog).

Melissa joined our team in February of 2024. Melissa has experience working with preschool and school aged children. She has earned her Level 2 credential from the State of Colorado. Her passion is working with our youngest preschoolers.

Krista joined our team in spring of 2024. She has over 16 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers. Krista holds her Level 3 credential from the state of Colorado, and has completed the EQIT training for infants and toddlers.

Taylor has over 12 years of experience working with children of all ages. She completed EQIT and has her lead teacher certificate from Front Range. Taylor also holds a Level 3 certification from the State of Colorado.

Jenn has been with the Goddard school August of 2023. She has a level 2 credential from the state of Colorado. Jenn has completed the EQIT a special certification program for infants and toddlers.

Gina joined our Goddard team in August of 2022. She is one of our assistant directors after teaching in Pre-Kindergarten for 2 years. She has earned her Level 3 credential through the state of Colorado, sh e has taken specialty classes in EQIT and Pyramid Plus. Gina has two beautiful children and is a new grandmother. She enjoys spending time with family in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Kyla joined our Goddard family in October of 2024. She has been working in the Early Childhood field for the last two years and has taken the Pyramid Plus Approach to Positive Behavioral Development and Expanding Quality Care in Infant and Toddler programs. She currently holds a level two credential in the state of Colorado.

Yolanda is excited to start her Early Childhood career. She just earned her Associates degree in Computer Science, she will be starting her degree in Forensic science in the fall. Yolanda holds her level 2 credential from the State of Colorado.

Mis Toni Joined our team in December of 2024. She has over 17 years of experience working in the Early Childhood field. Toni attended Front Range Community College in 2010 and received her Group lead certification. She also holds a level 3 credential through the state of Colorado.

Lex is one of our Universal Pre- Kindergarten teachers. She joined our team in February of 2025. She has over 8 years of experience teaching pre-kindergarten children, the energy and excitement of learning she brings to her class is phenomenal. Please come join her Friday morning dance party with her class.

Brittney joined our team in August of 2025. She has two years experience working with preschool and pre-k aged children. Brittney is also a girl scout leader for the last 12 years. She holds her level 2 credential from the state of Colorado.

Shannon joined our team in April of 2025. She has 3 years of experience working in the early childhood field. Shannon holds her Level 2 from the State of Colorado. She has completed the Pyramid Plus training approach and will be completing a special toddler course in the fall.

Tahara has over a year experience working with preschool aged children. She has been attending college classes for a degree in Criminal Justice. Tahara holds a level 2 credential through the state of Colorado.

Dallana Joined our team in April of 2025. She has over two years of experience working with young children. Dallana holds a level 2 credential from the state of Colorado. She has completed a special training course in the Pyramid Plus Approach. Dallana will be completing a special Infant and Toddler course in the fall.

Krista has over 12 years of experience in the early childhood field. She holds a level 2 credential from the state of Colorado. Krista has been attending college to peruse a degree in Psychology.

Rebecca joined our team in fall of 2025. She has 4 years of experience with young toddlers. Rebecca earned her level 2 credential from the State of Colorado and plans to attend collage to further her education in early childhood.

Annabell joined our team in May of 2025. She has three years of experience working with infants and toddlers. Annabell has a level 2 credential from the state of Colorado. She also has completed EQ a specialized class with infants and toddlers. Annabell hopes to be perusing her degree in early childhood education in the fall.

Kelsey has had several years experience with teaching Montessori. She has a passion for teaching preschool and pre-kindergarten aged children. Kelsey holds a current level 2 credential from the state of Colorado.

Kimberly joined our team in September of 2025. She has 2 years of experience working in early education. Kimberly is currently attending Front Range Community College for a degree in Early Childhood Education. She will be obtaining her level 2 certification from the State of Colorado.

Jay joined Goddard in April of 2025. She has a Bachelor's degree from MSU in criminal Justice, an associates from From Front Range along with several Early Childhood courses from Front Range. Jay holds her Level 2 credential from the State of Colorado.

Layla joined our team in the fall of 2025. She is excited to start her early childhood journey. Layla is working towards her level 2 Credential from the State of Colorado.
