    Director
    Molly has been in the Early Childhood Education field since she graduated college in 1999. She has also studied Early Intervention and Special Education and has a Bachelor's in Speech Pathology and Audiology. Molly resides here in Glen Allen with her husband of 20 years and their son Avery who will graduate in the spring. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her son bowl. Molly's vision is to create a loving community with the children, parents, and faculty and every child find a love for learning.

    My name is Camesha. I have an eight-year-old daughter. I love to travel, cook, and spend time with my family. I have been in childcare going on 9 years. I have worked with all age groups, but my favorite is toddlers. I have graduated from Varina High School. I attended ECPI for two years. I am also working toward getting my CDA. My goal for each child is to encourage them verbally by saying more words. I also want to continue to focus on their gross motor skills (feeding with fork/spoon) and seeing them share and play with each other.

    My name is JaVonne. I am so excited to be teaching here at the Goddard School. I have been teaching for over 20 years and have taught multiple age groups from infants all the way to 6th grade. My goal here at the school is to make a positive impact on both the Parents and Children. I want to help each child achieve all their age appropriate developmental milestones.

    My name is Vanessa. I was born in Spain. I am bilingual. I have been in the United States since 2004. Including my own children, 3 teenagers and a 5 year old. I have more than 10 years experience working with children of different ages. I earned a CDA in Infants/ Toddlers in 2012 and well as a CDA in Preschool in 2020. Most of my College was for teaching Elementary School. I have worked as a Lead in daycare settings. Children and education are two of my passions. I also love to send time with my family, cooking, playing table games and dancing,

    My name is Katy. I am happily married and a Mother to one daughter. I have been working in Child Care with all age groups for over 18 years. One fun fact about me are that I am fluent in American Sign Language. When I am not here, I enjoy going to Silent Dinners, spending time with my family, and reading suspense books. I am excited to be apart of the Goddard School family .

    My name is Dayja. I was born and raised here in Richmond. I have one brother and one sister. I started working with children of various age groups over 3 years ago. When I am not here, I love going out exploring with my friends. What makes me love this field is the fact that I can see all the kids in various stages of their Early Childhood development. I love seeing them as they hit their developmental milestones. I am so excited to be apart of the Goddard Family here in Richmond.

    Hello my name is Marquaisha. I’m born and raised in Richmond VA. I have attended Ashford University and on the path of continuing my education. Im a caring person with over 3 years of experience with little learners. I am a proud plant mom of 12 amazing plants at home. In my free time, I enjoy painting, photography, having brunch and spending my funds at Target while getting a caramel macchiato with extra caramel from Starbucks. I’m happy to see our little humans grow and to be apart of the Goddard School

    Hello my name is Morgan. Previously I have experience working with infants in a child care setting. My favorite aspect of working with children is watching them grow and learn new skills! I am a true believe in learning through play. I also love to see each child's unique personality shine through. My goal is to be able to go home at the end of each day knowing that I made an impact on your child's life.

    Connie has been an Early Childhood Center Director for over 30 years. She has served on the ECE Advisory Board for John Tyler Community College. She has a love for Goddard and what it represents. She has managed both nonprofit and for-profit centers. Her favorite things about ECE are watching the children grow and experience new things. She enjoys seeing the light bulb above their heads grow brighter and brighter as they gain more knowledge. Her main goal with children is to encourage them to have fun while they are learnings.

    Brandon and Kendra are the owners of the Goddard School in the Richmond (Regency) area. They have 4 children who have all only attended the Goddard School until they were school aged. They both were so impressed on how well the Goddard school prepared their children, they decided to open a school to give other children and parents this same wonderful experience. Kendra being the onsite owner, is committed to providing the best experience to the families and she hopes that you feel the passion and love that she has for children.

    My name is Mackenzie. My biggest goal when I work with children is making them feel safe and happy to be at school and to get them excited to come back each day. I have worked in a Goddard School for 2 years as a Pre-K teacher and loved every minute of it and fell in love with the Goddard Experience. I have a bachelor's in History from Hollins University and minored in Social Justice and Art History. My favorite aspect of working with children is seeing them get excited to learn. When they are excited for an activity or lesson, I get more excited to teach.

    My name is Shelby. I attended J Sargent Reynolds and received an Associates degree in Teacher Preparation and deaf studies. I am currently working on a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. My last year of Community College, I did a 40 hour practicum in a first grade classroom. In 2011 and 2012 while in High School. I worked at a daycare and made lesson plans for 2-3 year olds and well as 4-5 year olds. My favorite aspect of working with children is making sure the children are meeting developmental needs while having fun!

    I am devoted early childhood educator with 18 years of experience in the early childhood and special education field with 10 years being in program directing and management. I was born and raised in Richmond, Va where I currently reside with my husband and three children. I enjoy reading, music, thrift store shopping, and collecting vintage home decor. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland’s Global Campus.

    I was born and raised in Northern, VA. I recently moved to Richmond to finish pursuing my degree. I have been working in childcare for almost three years and I’ve loved every minute of it. I believe that I learn from children just as much as they learn from me. Watching them learn and grow is one of the best things about my job. When I am not hard at work I love to draw, especially interior spaces. It is a very peaceful activity for me. I am also a lover of all things food, it might be the easiest way to make me happy. I am so excited to be teaching here at The Goddard School and I can’t wait to see what the year brings!
