    Owner
    Maria is the on-site owner of The Goddard School of Cedar Park & brings her background in educational psychology to our preschool, daycare, & kindergarten readiness programs. She holds a degree in Educational Psychology & an MBA from UT Arlington. Butch, co-owner, brings leadership experience from higher education & telecommunications & holds a graduate degree in College Administration plus an MBA from Duke. Both of their children are Goddard graduates. Our COGNIA accredited, P21 Exemplar, & Texas Rising Star accredited preschool serves families across Cedar Park & the surrounding community. We are committed to creating a warm, supportive learning environment where children discover new skills, build confidence, & develop a love of learning. Our experienced faculty partners with families to ensure every child feels valued, encouraged, & ready for future success. We look forward to welcoming new families & helping each child grow in a positive, caring setting in early childhood care.

    Director
    Cindy has a Bachelors Degree in Child Development and a Masters Degree in Education from Texas State University. Cindy has been in the child care and educational field for over 18 years in both the public and private school settings. Cindy taught in Austin ISD for 4 years as a 4th and 5th grade teacher and transitioned to a Literacy Specialist before making a move to Pittsburgh. In Pittsburgh, Cindy began working at The Goddard School in Peters Township. She started working in the Toddler classroom, then became the Kindergarten teacher and ended her 5 year tenure as a Director. She enjoys the constant quest for knowledge that children bring and loves children's curiosity. You never know what they are going to say next! Cindy moved back to Texas in the summer of 2017 and became the Operational Director at the Goddard School in Cedar Park.

    Afterschool and Summer Camp Manager
    Angela is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point in youth programming and camp management, possesses over a decade of dedicated service to children's enrichment. Commencing her career at 18, she garnered diverse experience with youth organizations in the Midwest and Arizona before her relocation to Texas. Angela has since flourished with the Girl Scouts of Central Texas, continuously showcasing her commitment to empowering young minds. Her contributions extend to the academic sphere, including student teaching in first grade within the Round Rock Independent School District and a role as a math camp counselor. Angela's journey embodies a harmonious union of academic excellence and practical expertise, making her a formidable presence in the realm of after-school care and youth development.

    Assistant Director - Operations
    Ms. Triste is the Assistant Director of Operations at The Goddard School of Cedar Park. She is thrilled to be part of such a wonderful team and to continue helping our school provide exceptional benefits to both our families and staff. Originally from Minnesota, she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education and has been deeply involved in the field for over 30 years. Throughout her career, she has worked with children of all ages in preschools and even had her own in-home childcare. In addition to her teaching experience, Triste has taken on various leadership roles, including serving as a Girl Scout leader and working in the AVID department at the middle school level. Triste is passionate about nurturing young minds and ensuring that every child receives the tools they need for a bright future. She looks forward to continuing to contribute to the growth and success of Goddard School of Cedar Park!

    Assistant Director - Curriculum
    Ms. Leila is the Assistant Director of Curriculum at The Goddard School of Cedar Park. Originally a lawyer from Caracas, Venezuela, she moved to Texas with her family in 2006 and has been passionate about early childhood education ever since. She began her career as a teacher and, since 2016, has served as a Curriculum Coordinator, supporting educators in delivering high-quality learning experiences. Ms. Leila is dedicated to our mission of excellence, working closely with both staff and families to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
