  • Mr Jason

    Mr Jason

    On-Site Owner
    Mr. Jason has been the On-Site Owner of The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2016. A former Solon resident now living in Aurora, he and his wife, Stacie, are parents to Abby and Aaron—both of whom attended the school before he joined the ownership team. Experiencing the Goddard difference as a parent, and seeing how it set his children up for success, inspired him to take a more active role in early childhood education. Before joining the school, Jason spent 15 years practicing law with a focus on family advocacy. Today, he brings that same dedication to serving families in his community, working to ensure every child at The Goddard School of Twinsburg receives the highest-quality care and education. Outside of school, you’ll often find him out for a run or cheering on the Buckeyes.
  • Mrs Randy

    Mrs Randy

    On-Site Owner
    Ms. Randy has been the On-Site Owner of The Goddard School of Twinsburg since she and her husband, Jim, built and opened the school in 2003. After Jim’s retirement, she partnered with her son-in-law, Mr. Jason, to continue leading the school with the same passion and purpose. A proud mother of three and grandmother of six—five of whom have attended Goddard Schools—Ms. Randy brings both personal and professional experience to her role. Her deep commitment to creating a nurturing, engaging environment for young learners has been at the heart of the school for over two decades. When she’s not at school, Ms. Randy enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and working on embroidery and cross-stitch projects. She finds joy in watching children grow and develop, and loves that every day brings something new.

    Ms Holly

    Director
    Ms. Holly has been the Director of The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2019 and a dedicated early childhood educator here since 2012. She began her career at our school teaching both toddler and preschool classrooms before moving into leadership. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from The University of Akron and brings a deep understanding of child development, curriculum implementation, and family engagement to our program. Families and staff alike appreciate her calm, steady presence and commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching learning environment. Outside of school, Ms. Holly enjoys reading, going to concerts, spending time with her loved ones, and snuggling with her two cats.

    Ms Megan

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Megan has been the Assistant Director at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2020, after spending five years teaching in our Pre-K classroom. She joined the school in 2015 and brings a wealth of classroom experience to her leadership role. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education from Kent State University, with minors in Education, Fine Arts, and History. Ms. Megan is passionate about supporting children’s growth and ensuring families feel connected and confident throughout their early learning journey. In her free time, Ms. Megan enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.

    Infant Teacher
    Ms. Mary has been an Infant Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2009, specializing in the care and development of our youngest learners. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a minor in Early Education, and has a decade of experience creating a safe, loving, and nurturing classroom environment. She believes strongly in the parent–teacher partnership, working closely with families to support each child’s early growth and development. Known for her calm and caring approach, Ms. Mary finds great joy in helping babies explore the world around them while building trust and confidence. Outside of school, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her three children and two grandchildren.

    Infant Teacher
    Ms. Margaret has been part of The Goddard School of Twinsburg’s infant program since 2017. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Pan African Studies from Kent State University and brings a warm, welcoming presence to our youngest learners. She loves building strong connections with her students and their families, and takes joy in watching each child grow, learn, and discover their unique talents. Her nurturing approach helps create a safe and engaging environment where babies can explore and thrive. Outside of school, Ms. Margaret enjoys trips to the zoo, reading books, trying new foods with her daughter, Anastasia, and cheering for Cleveland’s sports teams.

    Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Maria has been a Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Studies from Kent State University and brings a love for teaching that is matched by her adventurous spirit. After briefly stepping away to work as a flight attendant, Ms. Maria returned to the classroom to continue her passion for helping preschoolers learn, grow, and prepare for their next steps in education. She creates a warm, engaging environment where children can explore, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning. In her free time, Ms. Maria enjoys traveling and discovering new shows on Netflix.

    Ms Chelsea

    Pre-K Teacher
    Ms. Chelsea has been a Pre-K Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2019, where she helps prepare children for a smooth and confident transition to kindergarten. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a Youth Concentration, as well as a Master’s Degree in Public Health, both from Kent State University. She brings many years of early childhood teaching experience, including previous time at our school before relocating. After moving back to the area with her husband, two sons, and three dogs, Ms. Chelsea was thrilled to return to the Goddard community. In her Pre-Kindergarten classroom, she creates a supportive, engaging environment that encourages exploration, skill-building, and a love of learning.

    Ms. Elizabeth has been a Toddler Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2020. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Mathematics Education with a minor in Psychology from Kent State University and brings a passion for helping young children learn, grow, and build confidence. In the classroom, she creates a fun, safe, and engaging environment where toddlers can explore new skills, develop independence, and enjoy hands-on learning experiences. Her supportive approach encourages curiosity while fostering social and emotional growth. Outside of school, Ms. Elizabeth enjoys going for walks with her dog, Lexi, gardening, and playing video games like Minecraft and Animal Crossing with her husband.

    Ms. Maxine has been a Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2021. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Mild/Moderate Special Education from Kent State University. Before joining our school, she spent six summers as a head counselor at the Streetsboro Parks and Recreation Day Camp, where she gained valuable experience leading activities and supporting children’s growth. In the classroom, she is passionate about creating opportunities for preschoolers to explore, discover, and develop a love of learning. Outside of school, Ms. Maxine enjoys singing, reading, hiking, and crocheting.

    Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Melinda has been a Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience in education, including work with preschoolers, interpreting for deaf children, and supporting individuals with multiple disabilities. She has also gained valuable experience in the mental health field. Known for her warmth and enthusiasm, Ms. Melinda describes working with young children as her “happy place” and finds great joy in helping them learn, grow, and build confidence. Outside of school, she enjoys life’s simple pleasures and says teaching children is even better than a chocolate chip cookie.

    Ms. Shannon has been a Toddler Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Development from The University of Akron and has been teaching toddlers since 2016. With years of experience guiding young children through this important stage, Ms. Shannon is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where toddlers can explore, build independence, and develop essential early skills. She enjoys working closely with families to support each child’s growth and confidence. Outside of school, Ms. Shannon enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and hiking.

    Ms Melinda

    Infant Teacher
    Ms. Melinda has been an Infant Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2022. She earned an Associate of Science Degree from The University of Akron, along with certificates in Parent Education and Manual Communication (ASL). Her passion for working with children began with her first job as a camp counselor, where she discovered the joy of helping young learners achieve their goals. In the infant classroom, she creates a warm, supportive environment where babies can explore, grow, and build early developmental skills. Outside of school, Ms. Melinda enjoys spending time with friends and caring for her animals.

    Ms. Emily has been an Infant Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Kent State University and brings creativity, energy, and a love for learning to the infant classroom. Working with older infants in the Lamb Room, Ms. Emily is passionate about fostering early development through nurturing care and engaging experiences. She enjoys building connections with both children and families, helping each child grow and thrive during this important stage. Outside of school, Ms. Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, traveling, listening to music, and hiking.

    Pre-K Teacher
    Ms. Diamond has been a Pre-K Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2023. She is currently completing her degree in Psychology at The University of Mount Union and has been working with children since 2018. In her Pre-Kindergarten classroom, Ms. Diamond enjoys creating a warm, encouraging environment where children feel excited to learn and confident to explore new skills. She loves watching her students grow, build friendships, and share their bright smiles each day. Outside of school, Ms. Diamond enjoys nature and the outdoors, whether it’s taking her dog on adventures or spending time outside with friends.

    Pre-K Teacher
    Ms. Fareena has been a Pre-K Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2023. She holds a Master’s Degree in Child Development and brings more than 20 years of experience teaching preschool and kindergarten in Buffalo, New York. In her Pre-Kindergarten classroom, she is passionate about partnering with families to support each child’s growth, confidence, and love of learning. Her lessons are designed to prepare children for kindergarten while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and independence. Outside of school, Ms. Fareena enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling with her family, and cheering for the Buffalo Bills—while her husband roots for the Cleveland Browns. She and her husband have been married for 29 years and have two wonderful children.

    Ms. Cali has been a Toddler Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Childhood Education from Bowling Green State University and has a strong passion for working with young children. In the toddler classroom, she creates a nurturing and engaging environment where children can explore, build independence, and develop important early skills. She enjoys helping each child learn, grow, and discover their unique strengths. Outside of school, Ms. Cali enjoys relaxing at home with her cat, Presley, and going out to dinner with her husband, Clarence.

    Toddler Teacher
    Ms. Suesay has been a Toddler Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2024 and has worked in education since 2009. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education and a Master’s Degree in Education Administration. She loves working with toddlers, finding that their curiosity and energy inspire her own imagination and creativity. In the classroom, Ms. Suesay creates a warm, engaging environment that encourages exploration, skill-building, and confidence. Outside of school, she enjoys taking walks with her husband, Tamlyn, and their son, Tamir.

    Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Allyson joined The Goddard School of Twinsburg as a Preschool Teacher in 2025. Originally from a small town in New York, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University. She has always known she wanted to work with children and is grateful for the opportunity to help preschoolers learn, grow, and build confidence each day. In the classroom, Ms. Allyson creates a warm and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to explore. Outside of school, she enjoys painting, biking, and spending time with her dog, Millie.

    Ms. Maggie has been a Toddler Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since July 2025. She graduated from Mercyhurst University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Theatre. Her background in the arts brings creativity and energy to the classroom, helping toddlers learn through curiosity, exploration, and play. Maggie’s goal as a teacher is to support each child in growing into the best version of themselves. She believes every child learns differently and encourages questions as a way to spark growth and confidence. Families appreciate her warm personality and her dedication to creating a positive classroom environment. Outside of school, Maggie enjoys reading, watching movies and musicals, and spending time with her family and friends.

    Preschool Teacher
    Ms. Deb is a Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg. She joined the school in August 2025 after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in English from The University of Calcutta and earning a certification in the German language. She is excited to be in the Bluebird Room, supporting preschoolers as they learn, grow, and prepare for kindergarten. Deb’s goal as a teacher is to help children build confidence, develop a love for learning, and reach their full potential. She believes that children thrive when they feel supported, engaged, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Families value her caring nature and her dedication to early childhood education. Outside of school, Deb enjoys listening to music, playing badminton, and going for walks with her husband and two children.

    Ms. Angelena has been a Teacher in the Puppy Room at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since September 2025. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Creative Writing. Her passion for nature and creativity inspires her to bring hands-on learning and curiosity-driven activities into the classroom, helping toddlers explore the world around them. Angelena is dedicated to fostering a warm, engaging environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Families appreciate her enthusiasm for early childhood education and her commitment to sparking creativity in young learners. Outside of school, Angelena enjoys writing poetry, going to concerts, cooking, and making art of all kinds.

    Ms. Jaya has been a Resource Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2014. In this role, she supports multiple classrooms, building relationships with children across different age groups. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Comparative Literature with Honors and brings warmth, flexibility, and creativity to her work. She enjoys the variety that comes with working in different classrooms and values the opportunity to help children learn and grow in their own unique ways. Outside of school, Ms. Jaya enjoys long walks with her dog, Misty, cooking, watching her kids play sports, and relaxing with her husband while watching television.

    Mr Eli

    Resource Teacher
    Mr. Eli has been a Resource Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2022. He first joined the school through an internship during his senior year at Aurora High School and quickly discovered his passion for working with young children. As a Resource Teacher, he supports multiple classrooms and age groups, giving him the opportunity to build relationships with children throughout the school. He especially enjoys helping guide and encourage them as they learn and grow. Outside of school, Mr. Eli enjoys going for walks, spending time with friends and family, and making memories with his many nieces and nephews.

She is currently a student at Kent State University, majoring in Special Education, and is also an alumna of The Goddard School of Twinsburg, class of 2009. As a Resource Teacher, she supports multiple classrooms and age groups, allowing her to connect with children throughout the school. She enjoys creating a positive, engaging environment where students feel supported and encouraged. Outside of school, Ms. Abby enjoys reading, playing with her dog, Gracie, and listening to music.

    Resource Teacher
    Ms. Barbara has been a Resource Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kent State University, as well as a Reading Endorsement/Reading Specialist Certification from Cleveland State University. As a Resource Teacher, she supports multiple classrooms and age groups, allowing her to connect with children throughout the school. She brings a wealth of teaching experience and a passion for fostering a love of learning in every child. Outside of school, Ms. Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, especially her twin grandchildren. They love baking together and spending time outdoors.

    Ms. Lina has been a Resource Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2023. Originally from Ukraine, she earned her degree in Enterprise Economics and Marketing from The University of Ukraine and gained early childhood experience working at a Montessori Early Development School. As a Resource Teacher, she supports multiple classrooms and age groups, building connections with children throughout the school. She enjoys creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels cared for and encouraged to learn and grow. Outside of school, Ms. Lina enjoys spending time with her sons, Max and Rinat, cooking, baking, and playing tennis, a sport she has loved for many years.

    Resource Teacher
    Ms. Kearra has been a Resource Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2024. She is currently attending Kent State University and has been caring for children as a babysitter since 2021. As a Resource Teacher, she supports multiple classrooms and age groups, giving her the opportunity to connect with children throughout the school. She enjoys helping each child learn, grow, and feel supported in their classroom experience. Outside of school, Ms. Kearra enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and training for a half marathon.

    Resource Teacher
    Ms. Radhika has been a Resource Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since 2024. She is currently attending The University of Pittsburgh, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in both Neuroscience and Psychology, and is also an alumna of The Goddard School of Twinsburg. As a Resource Teacher, she supports multiple classrooms and age groups, allowing her to connect with children throughout the school. She enjoys building relationships with students and helping them learn, grow, and discover new skills. Outside of school, Ms. Radhika enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

    Ms Linda

    Resource Teacher
    Ms. Linda has been a Resource Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since July 2025. She graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She brings more than 24 years of experience as a pre-k teacher and paraprofessional in Twinsburg and Aurora City Schools, and she is passionate about helping children learn and grow into the best version of themselves. In her role as a Resource Teacher, Linda enjoys supporting classrooms across the school and building connections with all of the children. Families value her experience, warmth, and creativity, especially when she shares her love of art and hands-on learning. Outside of school, Linda enjoys gardening, kayaking on local lakes, and spending time crafting.

    Ms Cayla

    Resource Teacher
    Ms. Cayla has been a Resource Teacher at The Goddard School of Twinsburg since August 2025. She is currently completing her final semester at Kent State University, where she is majoring in French. With more than five years of experience as a nanny and previous work with toddlers in a childcare setting, Cayla brings valuable knowledge and a genuine passion for early childhood education. As a Resource Teacher, she enjoys helping children learn, develop new skills, and build confidence each day. Families appreciate her patience, enthusiasm, and warm approach to supporting classrooms throughout the school. Outside of school, Cayla enjoys reading, sewing, and caring for her plants.
