    Mrs. Laura is the on-site owner of The Goddard School located in Beavercreek, Ohio. Laura and her husband were parents of the Goddard School to three beautiful children before becoming the owners, and have since added a fourth, and a fifth! Mrs. Laura knew the Goddard School was the only place for her children to start their education and she is committed to making your child's experience an exceptional one, too!

    As the Director of The Goddard School of Beavercreek, it is a joy to serve our students, families, and staff each day. I grew up on a farm just north of Dayton, which shaped my strong work ethic, sense of community, and passion for helping others grow. I have worked in childcare since 2017 in both classroom and administrative roles, allowing me to support teachers, build meaningful relationships with families, and ensure a high-quality learning environment for every child. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies from Wilmington College. I love empowering our staff to create engaging experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence. One of my favorite children’s books is Chrysanthemum, which reflects my belief in celebrating individuality and helping children feel proud of who they are. I strive to bring that same message into our school each day—creating a warm, supportive environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and excited to learn.

    Assistant Director
    Ms. Alexa is the Assistant Director at The Goddard School of Beavercreek with 8 years of total experience in childcare and education, including 2 years at the Delaware Area Career Center in Early Childhood Education, and 4 months at the our school. She previously earned her CDA through the Career Center during high school. Her favorite part of working at Goddard is getting to know the staff, parents, and children while building meaningful personal relationships with each of them. Her favorite children’s book is Where the Wild Things Are. A fun fact about Alexa is that her two cats are named after the Guardians of the Galaxy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, and snuggling with her cats while watching movies.

    Interim Lead Teacher Honey Bunnies
    Ms. Rosie is the Interim Lead Teacher of the Honey Bunnies (6 weeks-12 months) Classroom at The Goddard School of Beavercreek with almost 2 years of experience in childcare and education and 1 year at the school. While she does not have formal educational credentials, she has lots of experience with kiddos beginning back in her teenage years. Her favorite part of working at Goddard is that it is always a happy, fun-filled environment. Her favorite children’s book is Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss. A fun fact about Rosie is that she loves trying new foods. Outside of work, she enjoys playing with her dogs, baking, and going on walks.

    Lead Teacher Cuddly Cubs
    Ms. Cinoi is the Lead Teacher in the Cuddly Cubs (12 months - 18 months old) classroom at The Goddard School of Beavercreek and brings over four years of experience in childcare. She has been part of the school community for a combined total of over three years. Cinoi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and brings creativity and dedication to her role each day. She especially loves spending her days with babies and finds joy in nurturing and supporting their early development. Her favorite children’s book is ’Twas the Night Before NORAD. A fun fact about Cinoi is that she has 11 nieces and nephews. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, baking, and dancing, and she brings that same energy and passion into the classroom.

    Lead Teacher Tiny Tigers
    Ms. Angie is the Lead Toddler Teacher in the Tigers (18 months - 2 year old) Classroom at The Goddard School of Beavercreek and brings over 20 years of experience in childcare and education. She has been a valued member of our school community for five years and holds a CDA in Early Childhood Education. Angie is passionate about supporting young learners and finds the greatest joy in watching children learn and grow each day. She loves sharing stories with her class, especially The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn, and creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported. Known for her fun and playful personality, Angie enjoys acting silly with her students and building strong connections with them. Outside of work, she enjoys walking, jogging, hiking, and going for drives, and she is also a proud Army mom.

    Assistant Teacher Tiny Tigers
    Ms. Cassidy is the Assistant Teacher in the Tiny Tigers classroom at The Goddard School of Beavercreek with both 5 years of experience in childcare and education and 5 years at the school. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Her favorite part of working at Goddard is seeing the development of children’s personalities as they learn and grow. Her favorite children’s book is the Llama Llama series. A fun fact about Cassidy is that pandas are her favorite animal. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crafts, puzzles, and music.

    Lead Teacher Little Lyles
    Ms. Dani is a Lead Teacher in the Little Lyles (2 year - 2.5 year old) classroom at The Goddard School of Beavercreek with 3 years of experience in childcare and education and 1.5 years at the school. She will be completing her CDA this May. Her favorite part of working at Goddard is teaching two-year-olds new life skills, fostering independence, and helping them enjoy music, art, and dance, while also building meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow staff throughout the school. Her favorite children’s book is Where the Wild Things Are. A fun fact about Dani is that she danced for 15 years, which continues to be a big part of who she is. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, art, photography, and video games, as well as spending time with her family, her two cats and dog, close friends, and traveling to learn about new places.

    Lead Teacher Crazy Caterpillars
    Ms. Mirna is the Lead Teacher of the Crazy Caterpillars (2.5 year old - 3.5 year old) Classroom at The Goddard School of Beavercreek with 4 years of experience in childcare and education and 4 years at the school. She holds a Preschool CDA and has a background in Computer Science. Her favorite part of working with children is helping them improve their academic skills while also providing opportunities for them to create and explore art. Her favorite children’s book is The Gruffalo. A fun fact about Mirna is that she loves listening to music. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

    Lead Teacher Fantastic Fireflies
    Ms. Natalie is the Lead Fantastic Fireflies (3 year old Preschool) Teacher at The Goddard School of Beavercreek with 3 years in childcare and 2 years at The Goddard School. She holds a Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten CDA credential and is passionate about early childhood education. Her favorite part of working at Goddard is how understanding the administration team is and how they have supported her growth as a teacher over the past two years. Her favorite children’s book is Raindrops to Rainbows. A fun fact about Natalie is that she collects miniature items and has a cat. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, creating, thrifting, sewing, and spending time in nature, especially light hikes and adventures to scenic views. She also loves singing and is planning to begin singing lessons this summer. She enjoys bringing creativity into her classroom each day to help children learn through play and exploration.

    Ms. Jen is the Lead Teacher of the Friendly Frogs (4 year old Pre-K) classroom at The Goddard School of Beavercreek with 27 years of experience in childcare and education and 6 years at the school. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Her favorite part of working at Goddard is watching children grow in both knowledge and confidence. Her favorite children’s book is Where the Wild Things Are. A fun fact about Jen is that she has visited over 10 countries. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends!

    Assistant Teacher Friendly Frogs
    Ms Sam is the Assistant Teacher in the Friendly Frogs classroom at The Goddard School of Beavercreek with 4 years of experience in childcare and education and 4.5 years at the school. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Her favorite part of working at Goddard is watching children grow and learn, from infants all the way through Kindergarten. Her favorite children’s book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie. A fun fact about Samantha is that she has five nieces and nephews. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting and spending time with her Corgi named Theo.

    Kindergarten Teacher
    Ms. Shalah is the Kindergarten Teacher at The Goddard School of Beavercreek and is finishing up her second school year with us and our school community. She graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and is passionate about supporting student learning and growth. Shalah’s favorite part of teaching is watching skills develop and witnessing those exciting “aha” moments when students grasp something new. She enjoys sharing The Day the Crayons Quit with her class and creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences. A fun fact about Shalah is that she is half Portuguese and loves hiking. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, journaling, and spending time outdoors, bringing her love of learning and creativity into the classroom each day.
