    Ms Jaynne

    Owner
    Jaynne is the owner of The Goddard School located in Hastings on Hudson. She earned her BA in Dance from Point Park University and has taught dance and gymnastics to children of all ages for almost ten years. She has been a flight attendant for the last 25 years, but is most excited to be back in an environment that is dedicated to children and fun! Jaynne and her husband, John, have two children and are committed to making their school a welcoming and nurturing environment for every child in their care.

    Operational Director
    Ms. Casey is the Director of Operations. She has a Bachelor's Degree in English and Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master's Degree from Pace University. She has 10 years of experience in child care and has been with us for over eight years years. Casey has gained experience through teaching the ages of 18 months to 5 years old. Her experience ranges from Toddler gymnastics to structured learning. She believes that children learn and develop through a playful and nurturing environment.

    Educational Director
    Ms. Kristy is the Educational Director of our school. She has earned her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development, and is currently enrolled to obtain a director's credential and Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Before becoming our educational director Kristy was a preschool teacher for over 17 years. She has over a decade of experience in Creative curriculum and childhood assessment and 17 years of experience in play based programs. She has taught ages ranging from 3 yrs old to 6 years old. She believes that children learn best through a play based philosophy. Ms. Kristy has two children of her own. What we love about her is her loving nature and patience.

    Preschool 2 Head Teacher
    MS. Andrea is the head teacher in our Preschool 2 classroom. She has over ten years of experience working with children in the early childhood field. She has obtained an Associate's Degree from Monroe College. Ms. Andrea is a dependable leader and she is a wonderful addition to any team.

    Lead Teacher Pre-K 2
    Ms. Ashley is the Lead Teacher in our Prek 2 Classroom. She has a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Benedict College in South Carolina, and she has also finished her CDA program. She has completed the Pyramid Model training for Preschool/ Prek. Ashley believes that playing is one of the key components of learning. She is energetic and enthusiastic, which helps promote our philosophy of learning through play.

    Ms. Britney is a co-lead teacher in our Infant classroom. She has several years of experience working with young children. Ms. Britney is currently enrolled at Westchester Community College and is taking classes towards a degree in Human Services. She is also enrolled in a CDA program and is working towards earning a credential.

    Ms. Frances is the Lead teacher in our Pre Kindergarten classroom. She has her Associates Degree in Liberal Science from Mercy College. She has been working with young children for the past ten years and has always found the early education field to be very rewarding. Her personal philosophy is "Children will be children; encourage them and they will reach greatness."

    Lead Teacher
    Joselyn is a wonderful addition to our Goddard Team as a lead teacher of the young toddler classroom. She has many years of experience working with young children. Joselyn is very outgoing and has a great demeanor. She is well-liked by all her peers and can work with any age group. Currently, she is working towards her CDA and early childhood certificate.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Gina is currently the Lead Teacher of our Toddler 2 classroom. She has completed her CDA in Early Childhood and has been working with children for the last 15 years. Her experience has been working with children ranging from the ages of infants to school age. Ms. Gina has an infectious smile and exhibits a true sense of love for teaching. She also strives to make each day an enjoyable experience for each one of her students.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Ahnanda is the Co-Lead teacher in our Infant classroom. She has several years of experience working with toddler and infant aged children. She is currently enrolled at Westchester Community College and is taking classes in Early Childhood Development along with her CDA.

    Floating Assistant/Administration
    Ms. Bonnie is a substitute teacher. She has a Master's Degree in Special Education and is a New York State certified teacher. She has many years experience as a teacher and director of Special Education programs. More recently, Bonnie has worked in preschools in lower Westchester. Bonnie loves the opportunity to work with all age groups!

    Ms. Bristol is the assistant teacher in the Pre-K 2 classroom. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Children Services and a minor is Sociology. Most of her experience in working with children has been working with The Boys and Girls Club as an activity coordinator. She helped engage children of various ages and helped develop curriculum

    Ms. Cynthia is the Assistant Teacher in our Preschool 3 classrooms. She has over five years of experience working with toddlers and preschool aged children. Ms. Cynthia obtained her A.A.S. in Liberal Arts and Sciences. She is currently enrolled in nursing school.

    Ms. Jackie is the Assistant Teacher in the Pre-K 1 classroom. She has experience in Common Core and has worked with Pre-K aged children in Yonkers Public Schools and St. Peter's. Jackie's quiet and patient nature makes her a great help in the classroom!

    Assistant teacher
    Kaitlin is an assistant teacher in PreK 2. She has her bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology with a minor concentration in early childhood education, completed at Lehman College. Although Goddard is the first school with which she is employed; she has volunteered at Lehman College’s speech clinic reading to children ages: 3-4. She has a passion for teaching children, and she is a huge believer in play-based learning to help kids develop and flourish in their own ways.

    Kathryn is a floater teacher that primary helps in the toddler classrooms and with administration. She helps out with daily activities such as lunch, pick up and snack. She has experience as an assistant teacher in the toddler age group. Kathryn loves working in a childcare setting and watching the children learn and develop into caring and independent individuals.

    Ms. Molly is a Floater teacher in our program. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Geography. She has over 9 years of experience working with children as a lifeguard, Water Front Director and Preschool Teacher. What we Love about Ms. Molly is her loving and gentle personality.

    Ms. Skaila is a floater teacher in our infant and toddler classrooms. She is currently working part time and going to school for her Bachelor's at Lehman college. Her experience in childcare is primarily as a nanny, but is looking forward to gaining some experience teaching in a classroom.

    Ms. Tiffany is the assistant teacher in our Preschool 2 classroom. She has several years of experience working with children ages 2-12. Ms. Tiffany also has a Bachelors of Science from SUNY Oneonta. Her favorite activity is participating in sports!

    Ms. Toni is a floater for our Prek classrooms. She is a mom of 2 grown children and has gained experience working with children through her work with the Ability Beyond program. There she worked with disabled teens and adults and helped them learn life and job skills. We love her outgoing personality and positive energy.
