    With a passion for nurturing children’s growth and development, Jaynne brings a wealth of experience to The Goddard School. After earning her BA in Dance from Point Park University, Jaynne dedicated nearly 10 years to teaching dance and gymnastics, fostering creativity and physical development in children of all ages. Though she has spent the past 29 years as a flight attendant, Jaynne’s true excitement lies in being back in a community-focused, child-centered environment. As a mother herself, Jaynne understands the importance of providing a warm, welcoming, and safe place for children to learn, explore, and have fun. Her commitment to creating a nurturing atmosphere where every child feels supported and valued is at the heart of The Goddard School’s philosophy. Jaynne and her husband, John, are dedicated to ensuring their school offers a high-quality, educational curriculum and care.

    Ms. Casey brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education to her role at The Goddard School. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Psychology from SUNY Albany and a Master’s Degree from Pace University. With eight years at The Goddard School, Casey has worked with children ages 18 months to 5 years, including teaching toddler gymnastics and structured learning. She believes that children learn and grow best in a playful, nurturing environment, and she is committed to providing just that. Families can trust Ms. Casey’s experience and dedication to create a positive, enriching experience for every child.

    Ms. Kristy is a dedicated educational leader with a passion for early childhood development. She holds an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development and is currently working toward her Director's Credential and a Bachelor's in Psychology. With over 17 years of experience as a preschool teacher, Kristy has expertise in Creative Curriculum, childhood assessment, and play-based learning. She has taught children ages 3 to 6, fostering growth and development through hands-on, engaging experiences. Kristy believes that children learn best in a playful, nurturing environment. As a mother of two, she understands the importance of patience, care, and attention in a child’s development. Families love her for her kind and patient nature, ensuring every child feels valued and supported at The Goddard School.

    Ms. Andrea is the lead teacher in our Preschool 2 classroom, bringing over ten years of experience in early childhood education. She holds an Associate's Degree from Monroe College. Known for her reliability and strong leadership skills, Ms. Andrea is a valuable asset to any team and an excellent role model for both students and colleagues.

    Ms. Ashley is the Lead Teacher in our PreK 2 Classroom. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Benedict College in South Carolina and has completed her CDA program. Additionally, she has undergone Pyramid Model training for Preschool/PreK. Ashley strongly believes that play is a vital component of learning. Her energetic and enthusiastic approach to teaching aligns perfectly with our philosophy of learning through play.

    Ms. Frances is the Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. She holds an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Mercy College and has spent the past ten years working with young children, finding the early education field to be incredibly rewarding. Her personal philosophy is, "Children will be children; encourage them, and they will reach greatness."

    Joselyn is a valuable addition to our Goddard Team as the Lead Teacher in the Young Toddler Classroom. With many years of experience working with young children, she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to her role. Joselyn is outgoing, with a warm and approachable demeanor, making her well-liked by both peers and students. She is versatile and able to work effectively with any age group. Currently, Joselyn is pursuing her CDA and Early Childhood Education certificate.

    My name is Kate, and I am the Lead Teacher at The Goddard School of Hastings. I bring 14 years of experience working with children across a variety of educational settings. I hold a High School Diploma from Sacred Heart High School in Yonkers, along with a Preschool CDA Credential. I am currently planning to pursue my Toddler CDA Credential to further enhance my skills and qualifications. As an educator, my goal is to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. I focus on building trust, encouraging independence, and fostering a lifelong love of learning through engaging activities and meaningful interactions. It brings me so much joy to watch your children learn, grow, and have fun every day. Outside the classroom, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my husband and our two boys.

    I’m a super excited preschool teacher with a background in Human Services and a big dream of getting a PhD in Psychiatry. I absolutely love kids because of their innocence and the amazing diversity of their growing personalities. Outside of teaching, I really enjoy nature, especially going for walks, hikes, or runs. I’m also a big appreciator of books (mostly nonfiction), which is a great way for me to learn outside of academia. I listen to music every day. Electronic Dance Music (EDM) is my favorite and perhaps only genre. I find its energetic beats to be a constant source of inspiration and energy throughout the day.]

She began her journey by volunteering at a summer camp during her younger years, which eventually led to a position as an afterschool counselor for a year. Outside of school, she cherishes time with her loved ones and enjoys crocheting in her free time.

She finds great joy in watching children learn and grow into caring, independent individuals.

    Ms. Kelsey is the assistant teacher in our Pre-K2 classroom. She brings over seven years of babysitting experience, working with children from newborns to age seven. Currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Kelsey is passionate about early learning and language development. She was awarded a Seal of Biliteracy and enjoys incorporating Spanish words and phrases into the classroom to enrich the children's language exposure.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and has over 10 years of experience working with children, including roles as a lifeguard, Waterfront Director, and Preschool Teacher. What we love most about Ms. Molly is her loving and gentle personality, which creates a warm and welcoming environment for all the children.

I work closely with lead teachers to support daily instruction, maintain effective classroom management, and implement individualized learning strategies. My goal is to ensure every student feels supported, valued, and confident in their educational journey. In my free time, I enjoy creating art, spending time in nature, and journaling.

In her free time, Valerie enjoys exercising, reading, dancing, and helping others feel confident and good about themselves.

A proud mother of two grown children, she has gained valuable experience working with children through her role with the Ability Beyond program, where she assisted disabled teens and adults in learning life and job skills.     This is Ms. Veaney, better known as Ms. V. She is a teacher assistant for Pre-K 1 and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in art. Ms. V is fluent in both Spanish and English. With attention and care, she is dedicated to helping her young students grow and blossom into the best version of themselves.

    My name is Zoriana, and I moved to the United States from Ukraine. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Welfare and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ternopil National Economic University. While in graduate school, I gained experience working with children in a kindergarten setting. I am currently studying English at Westchester Community College, where I completed the ESL program and am now continuing with TOEFL courses. During my studies, I received several Special Recognition Awards for my progress in English as a Second Language. I also have experience working as a babysitter and am deeply passionate about working with children. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, exercising, reading, and traveling. I’ve had the opportunity to visit 12 countries and love exploring new cultures.

    Ms. Bonnie is a substitute teacher. She has a Master's Degree in Special Education and is a New York State certified teacher. She has many years experience as a teacher and director of Special Education programs. More recently, Bonnie has worked in preschools in lower Westchester. Bonnie loves the opportunity to work with all age groups!

    Ms. Cynthia is the Assistant Teacher in our Preschool 3 classrooms. She has over five years of experience working with toddlers and preschool aged children. Ms. Cynthia obtained her A.A.S. in Liberal Arts and Sciences. She is currently enrolled in nursing school.
