Our Goddard School Teachers

Mrs. Corey has owned and led The Goddard School of O’Fallon - Dardenne Prairie since 2004, bringing more than two decades of early childhood education leadership. With a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Missouri Valley College and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri, Mrs. Corey is committed to a nurturing school environment that supports children’s cognitive development, social-emotional growth, creativity and confidence. Strong partnerships with parents and a longstanding faculty help create a school community that feels like family.

Mrs. Erin is the Administrative Director and has been part of The Goddard School of O’Fallon - Dardenne Prairie since 2004. She began in the classroom and moved into her current role in 2005. She holds a degree in Communications from Purdue University and is certified in First Aid and CPR. Her energetic leadership helps children, families and teachers feel supported and valued. She especially enjoys creating sensory experiences for children and leading schoolwide assemblies.

Mrs. Ashley has been the Curriculum Director since 2008 and brings more than 18 years of early childhood experience, beginning in the classroom. She holds a degree in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She works closely with teachers to bring the Wonder of Learning® curriculum to life across infant, toddler, preschool and Pre-K classrooms. Her work supports curiosity, creativity, social-emotional development and hands-on exploration. She also values strong relationships with families and the partnership between school and home.

Mrs. Stephanie is the Lead Junior Kindergarten Teacher and has taught at The Goddard School of O’Fallon - Dardenne Prairie since 2004. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and is certified in First Aid and CPR. Through hands-on, play-based experiences, she supports children’s early literacy, numeracy, social-emotional development and growing independence. She especially enjoys watching her students gain confidence as they master new skills and prepare for kindergarten.

Miss Harvi is an Assistant Junior Kindergarten Teacher who joined in 2021. She holds a Child Development Associate credential and a Nurse Assistant certification, is certified in First Aid and CPR and brings a caring approach to her classroom. Her favorite part of teaching is watching children’s progress throughout the school year, celebrating their milestones and helping them gain confidence in themselves.

Mrs. Dharmika has been a Lead Pre-K Teacher since 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a Child Development Associate credential and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She creates opportunities for children to learn through play, exploration and hands-on experiences, supporting school readiness and social-emotional growth. She especially enjoys the smiles and excitement that accompany each new discovery and watching her students’ confidence grow throughout the year.

Mrs. Kerry joined The Goddard School of O’Fallon - Dardenne Prairie in 2021 and is a Floating Teacher who supports classrooms throughout the school. She is certified in First Aid and CPR. In the afternoons, she works with Pre-K children, helping them build the skills and confidence they need for kindergarten. Her flexible, caring approach allows her to build relationships with children, families and teachers across the school community.

Mrs. Emily is a Floating Teacher who joined in 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She brings creativity into her lessons, designing hands-on, play-based experiences that support early literacy, problem-solving and social-emotional growth. Her favorite part of teaching is watching children gain independence and confidence throughout the year, and she describes teaching as her dream job and her passion.

Miss Stefanie is a Lead Pre-K Teacher who joined in 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Studies and a Bachelor of Education from Brock University and is certified in First Aid and CPR. In her classroom, she encourages curiosity, independence and a love of learning. She especially enjoys seeing her students develop new skills and confidence as they prepare for kindergarten.

Miss Ella is an Afternoon Teacher’s Aide in the Preschool and Pre-K classrooms who joined in 2025 and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She enjoys engaging with children through play and helping create a joyful, supportive learning environment. After completing her education, she hopes to become a Lead Teacher or elementary school teacher.

Mrs. Courtney is a Lead Preschool Teacher who has taught at The Goddard School of O’Fallon - Dardenne Prairie since 2016. She holds a Child Development Associate credential and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She creates a warm classroom where children feel loved and valued, supporting their social, emotional and academic growth through play-based learning and exploration. The relationships she builds often continue beyond her classroom, with former students stopping by to say hello at drop-off and pickup.

Mrs. Meagan is a Lead Bridge and Preschool Teacher who joined in 2006. She holds a degree in Child Care and Early Education from St. Charles Community College and is certified in First Aid and CPR. Her teaching focuses on school readiness and self-help skills that build children’s independence and confidence. She also enjoys guiding creative projects that encourage imagination, exploration and hands-on learning.

Mrs. Reshmi is a Lead Bridge Teacher who has taught at The Goddard School of O’Fallon - Dardenne Prairie since 2016. She holds a Child Development Associate credential and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English Literature and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She helps children reach developmental milestones, build independence and gain confidence as they prepare for preschool. She values the school’s family atmosphere and the connections between children, parents and teachers.

Mrs. Sandra is an Assistant Bridge Teacher who joined in 2016. She holds a Child Development Associate credential and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She enjoys helping each child learn and grow while building connections with parents. Her warm, supportive approach reflects the family atmosphere she values in the school community.

Mrs. Saira is a Lead Twos Teacher who joined in 2017. She holds a master’s degree in commerce with a focus on financial management and marketing and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She supports children’s growing independence, early social-emotional skills and important developmental milestones. She values the relationships among children, teachers and parents and loves being part of a school community filled with joy and connection.

Mrs. Mary is an Assistant Twos Teacher who joined in 2004 and brings more than 20 years of experience to her classroom. She holds a degree in Child Development and Family Relations from Southern Illinois University and is certified in First Aid and CPR. With energy and care, she loves watching young children grow into confident, independent learners. She loves watching little minds flourish and grow into confident, independent learners. With her energy & experience, Mrs. Mary has supported countless children & families over the years, & her lasting impact can be felt throughout the school community.

Mrs. Winter is a Floating Teacher who has taught at The Goddard School of O’Fallon - Dardenne Prairie since 2021. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Therapy and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She especially enjoys creating sensory experiences that encourage children to explore and discover. Building relationships with each child and watching their confidence grow as they learn new skills are among her favorite parts of teaching.

Mrs. Kavitha is a Lead Toddler Teacher who joined in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Physical Science, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Child Development Associate credential and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She brings creativity into her classroom through art, music and play-based learning. She loves helping toddlers explore, discover and reach developmental milestones in a joyful, nurturing environment.

Miss Lexi is the Lead First Steps Teacher and has taught at The Goddard School of O’Fallon - Dardenne Prairie since 2021. She holds a Child Development Associate credential and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She loves celebrating children’s milestones, from their first steps to new discoveries, and finds teaching especially rewarding when children feel supported, curious and celebrated in her classroom.

Miss Sid is a Lead Infant Teacher who joined in 2021. A Registered Behavioral Therapist/Technician, she is also certified in First Aid and CPR. She focuses on creating a safe, loving environment where infants feel valued and cared for. She finds it deeply rewarding to be part of children’s earliest stages of life and to make a meaningful difference for infants and their families.

Miss Isa is an Assistant Infant Teacher who has worked in the infant classroom since 2023 and is certified in First Aid and CPR. She loves supporting babies as they reach early developmental milestones and finds particular joy in watching those same children continue to learn and grow as they move through the school.
