    Owner
    Mrs. Corey has proudly owned and led The Goddard School in O’Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2004. With decades of experience in early childhood education leadership, she is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing school that supports the whole child—fostering cognitive development, social-emotional growth, creativity, & confidence. Mrs. Corey brings an extensive background in education & administration, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Missouri Valley College & a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Mizzou. Her leadership is rooted in a passion for fostering child development, supporting social-emotional learning, & preparing children for future academic success. Mrs. Corey's vision has always been to build a preschool community that feels like family. Under her leadership, The Goddard School has become known for its innovative programs, faculty (many of whom have been with the school for years,) and in cultivating strong partnerships with parents.

    Administrative Director
    Mrs. Erin has been a part of The Goddard School family since 2004, beginning her journey in the classroom before moving into the role of Administrative Director in 2005. She holds a degree in Communications from Purdue University & maintains current certifications in First Aid and CPR, reflecting her commitment to both safety and excellence in early childhood education. With more than two decades of experience at The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie, Mrs. Erin is known for her energetic leadership style & her passion for building a nurturing environment where children, families, & teachers feel supported & valued. She especially enjoys creating meaningful sensory experiences for children and leading our assemblies—whether it’s during the school year or around the “campfire” at summer camp. Mrs. Erin’s dedication to fostering joy, connection, & child development shines through in everything she does, making her an integral part of our preschool community.

    Curriculum Director
    Mrs. Ashley joined The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie in 2007 as a teacher & stepped into the role of Curriculum Director in 2008. She holds a degree in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University & maintains certifications in First Aid & CPR. With more than 18 years of experience in early childhood education, Mrs. Ashley is passionate about supporting child development through our Wonder of Learning curriculum that nurtures curiosity, creativity, & a lifelong love of learning. She works closely with teachers to ensure that our infant, toddler, preschool, & pre-kindergarten classrooms provide a balanced program—focusing on cognitive growth, social-emotional development, & hands-on exploration. Her favorite part of each day is building strong, meaningful relationships with students & their families. Mrs. Ashley believes that early learning flourishes in a supportive partnership between school & home.

    Lead Teacher Kindergarten Junior
    Mrs. Stephanie has taught at The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2004. As the Lead Teacher of our Kindergarten Junior class, she creates an engaging learning environment that supports every child’s growth and development. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis & maintains certifications in First Aid & CPR. With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Mrs. Stephanie is passionate about fostering the whole child—supporting cognitive development, social-emotional learning, early literacy & numeracy skills, & independence through hands-on, play-based experiences. She especially loves watching her students’ confidence grow as they master new skills & prepare for kindergarten success. Mrs. Stephanie enjoys witnessing the incredible growth & transformation her kindergarten junior students achieve over the course of the school year. She finds joy in building lasting connections with her students and their families.

    Assistant Teacher Kindergarten Junior
    Since 2021, Miss Harvi has been bringing her warmth & dedication to The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie. With a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and certification as a Nurse Assistant, she combines her strong educational background with a caring heart. She is also certified in CPR & First Aid, ensuring children are always in a safe, nurturing environment. As the Assistant Teacher in our kindergarten junior class, her favorite part of teaching is watching the incredible growth her students make throughout the year. From the very first day of school to the last, Miss Harvi loves celebrating each milestone and helping children gain confidence in themselves.

    Mr. Parker has been teaching at The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2024, bringing energy, creativity, & a love for learning to his early childhood students each day. A proud graduate of our preschool himself, Mr. Parker has come full circle—returning to inspire the next generation of learners in the same nurturing environment where he once grew. Mr. Parker is certified in CPR & First Aid. He is known for leading exciting P.E. games, bringing joy & movement to recess, & sharing his passion for teaching chess, which builds critical thinking, problem-solving, & focus in young learners. Mr. Parker believes strongly in the importance of mentorship in education—ensuring that every child feels seen, supported, & valued. His goal is for students to know they always have a teacher they can talk to, who understands their experiences, & is there for them every day.

    Lead Teacher Pre-Kindergarten
    Mrs. Roya has been part of The Goddard School of O'Fallon /Dardenne Prairie since 2017. She is a Lead Teacher in our pre-kindergarten program. Mrs. Roya holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Missouri St. Louis and a child development associate (CDA) credential, and she is certified in CPR & First Aid. In her classroom, Mrs. Roya creates a nurturing and engaging environment where children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, & grow both academically & socially. She especially treasures the “light bulb” moments—those exciting times when a new concept clicks & her early childhood students beam with pride at what they’ve learned. Mrs. Roya's passion for early childhood education shines through in her dedication to preparing children for kindergarten success while also fostering curiosity, independence, & a lifelong love of learning.

    Mrs. Dharmika has been a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce as well as a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Mrs. Dharmika is certified in CPR & First Aid. She is passionate about creating an early childhood classroom where children learn through play, exploration, & hands-on experiences. For Mrs. Dharmika, the greatest joy comes from seeing her students’ growth over the school year & witnessing the smiles & excitement that come with each new discovery. Her teaching nurtures both school readiness & social-emotional growth, giving children the confidence to succeed in kindergarten & inspiring a joy for learning that lasts well beyond the classroom.

    Mrs. Kerry has been part of The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2021 as a Floating Teacher, supporting classrooms across the school each day. In the afternoons, she teaches in our Pre-Kindergarten classes, where she enjoys helping children build the skills & confidence they need for kindergarten success. She is also certified in First Aid & CPR, ensuring a safe & supportive learning environment. She loves that The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie feels like one big family & values the opportunity to build relationships with so many students, teachers, & parents. Her flexibility, caring nature, & dedication make her a special part of our preschool community.

    Mrs. Emily has been teaching at The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2021 as the Lead Teacher of the pre-kindergarten class. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri St. Louis & is certified in First Aid and CPR. In her classroom, Mrs. Emily is passionate about building strong relationships with children & families. She loves bringing creativity into her lessons and designing hands-on, play-based experiences that support early literacy, problem-solving, & social-emotional growth. Her favorite part of teaching in the early childhood field is watching the tremendous growth her students achieve as they gain independence & confidence throughout the school year. As she shares, “When I first started teaching, this was my dream job, my passion. Now it's even more...The Goddard School has given me new friendships that will last a lifetime.”

    Miss Stefanie joined The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie teaching team in 2025 as a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child & Youth Studies & a Bachelor of Education degree, both from Brock University. She is also certified in CPR & First Aid. In her classroom, Miss Stefanie is passionate about fostering curiosity, independence, & a love of learning. She especially enjoys watching her students’ growth over the course of the year as they develop new skills, build confidence, & prepare for kindergarten success.

    Miss Ella joined The Goddard School of O’Fallon/Dardenne Prairie in 2025 as the Afternoon Teacher’s Aide for our Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten classes. She is certified in First Aid & CPR. Miss Ella's future goals are becoming a Lead Teacher or Elementary School teacher after completing her education. Her favorite part of assisting in the classroom is engaging with the children through play & helping create a joyful, supportive learning environment where students can learn & grow.

    Mrs. Courtney has been teaching at The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2016 as the Lead Teacher of the Preschool class. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential & is certified in First Aid & CPR. She is passionate about creating a warm & nurturing environment where every child feels loved, valued, & important. Mrs. Courtney’s favorite part of each day is building meaningful relationships with her students & helping them grow socially, emotionally, & academically through play-based learning and exploration. The graduates of her class often love to stop by & say hello during morning drop-offs & afternoon pick-ups, a true reflection of the lasting bonds she builds with her students.

    Miss Gabby joined The Goddard School of O’Fallon/Dardenne Prairie in 2025 as the Afternoon Assistant Teacher in the Preschool class. She is certified in First Aid & CPR. Miss Gabby loves being around children and sharing in their excitement as they learn new things. Helping her preschoolers achieve important milestones is one of her favorite parts of teaching, & she finds joy in supporting their growth, confidence, & love of learning each day.

    Mrs. Meagan has been teaching at The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2006 as a Lead Teacher in the preschool class. She holds a degree in Child Care & Early Education from St. Charles Community College & is certified in First Aid & CPR. Her favorite part of teaching is helping children develop school readiness & self-help skills that foster independence & confidence. She also loves guiding her students through creative projects that encourage imagination, exploration, & hands-on learning.

    Mrs. Reshmi has been teaching at The Goddard School since 2016 as the Lead Teacher of the Bridge class. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, & a Master of Arts degree in English Literature. She is also certified in First Aid & CPR. She treasures the supportive, family-like community at The Goddard School & loves being part of an environment where teachers, families, and children work together. In her classroom, Mrs. Reshmi is passionate about guiding children through important developmental milestones, fostering independence, & building confidence as they prepare for preschool success.

She holds a master’s degree in commerce with a focus on financial management & marketing, and she is certified in First Aid & CPR. She loves that The Goddard School feels like one big family—from the students & teachers to the parents & community. For Mrs. Saira, there is always something exciting happening, & she treasures being part of an environment filled with joy, connection, & growth.     Mrs. Winter has been teaching at The Goddard School of O'Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2021. She holds an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Occupational Therapy & is certified in First Aid & CPR.     Mrs. Kavitha has been teaching at The Goddard School of O’Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2018. She is the Lead Teacher of our Toddler class. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Physical Science, a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, & a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. She is also certified in CPR & First Aid. Her favorite part of teaching is bringing creativity into the classroom through art, music, & play-based learning. She loves watching toddlers explore, discover, & grow each day while helping them reach important developmental milestones in a joyful, nurturing environment.

    Miss Lexi has been teaching at The Goddard School of O’Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2021 as the Lead Teacher of the First Steps class. She has earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential & is certified in First Aid & CPR. She loves watching the children in her class grow and accomplish important milestones, from first steps to new discoveries. For Miss Lexi, being part of an engaging early childhood environment where children feel supported, curious, & celebrated is what makes teaching so rewarding.

    Miss Sid joined The Goddard School of O’Fallon/Dardenne Prairie in 2021 as our Lead Infant Teacher. She is a Registered Behavioral Therapist/Technician & is certified in CPR & First Aid. Her favorite part of teaching is making a meaningful impact in the lives of her students and their families. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where infants feel valued and cared for during these critical early childhood years. As she shares, “It’s all about creating a safe, loving environment where my children feel valued. I’m happy to be involved in their first steps of life!”

    Miss Isa has been the Assistant Teacher in the Infant classroom since 2023. She is certified in CPR & First Aid. She loves helping the infants in her classroom reach important developmental milestones & finds joy in watching them continue to grow as they move through our school. Being part of those first stages of learning & then seeing children flourish in later years is what makes teaching so meaningful for her.
