Assistant Teacher Qualifications: -12 post-secondary credits in early childhood development or a related field. -Experience working with children ages 6 weeks-6 years. -High school diploma or GED. -Minimum of 18 years of age. Aide Teacher Qualifications: -High school diploma or GED. -Minimum of 18 years of age. -Experience with 6 weeks to 6 years preferred, not required.

Lead teachers in our Preschool teaching team work with assistant teachers to create and implement daily lesson plans and receive paid planning time outside of the classroom. A qualified candidate must be energetic, experience with children as well as a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education or related fields OR an Associates degree in Child Development or related fields. Lead Teachers can make $14-$17 an hour. Work in a professional, educational, and fun preschool (not daycare) environment with an onsite leadership team who fully supports all teachers.
