Ms. Melissa is a director at The Goddard School. She has lived in Naperville for over 29 years and has raised 2 boys through the 204-school district. Ms. Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Illinois with a master’s in special education from the University of Louisville. Ms. Melissa has been working with children since 1989. She believes it is important to connect exploration and learning to all four areas of development (cognitive, physical, language, and social/emotional). In her free time, Ms. Melissa loves to attend her son’s baseball games and spend time with her family and her dogs.

Ms. Stephanie is a Director at The Goddard School. She has her Associates Degree in general studies and is almost finished with her Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education. Ms. Stephanie has been working in ECE for over twelve years. She believes that children learn best in a loving structured environment. In her free time, Ms. Stephanie loves to spend time with her 18 year old daughter.

Ms. NaShondra has a degree in early childhood education. She has been working with children since 2016. Ms. NaShondra believes that it's extremely important for teachers to love the children in her care as their own. Ms. NaShondra also has a passion for dance and her beautiful son, Jaxon.

Ms. Andrea is a teacher in our infant classroom. She has experience working with both elderly people and children. She believes that life is all about learning and the building blocks of learning start in the early ages. In her spare time, Ms. Andrea enjoys time with her husband and two daughters.

Ms. Saltanat is an assistant teacher in our Infant classroom. She has a degree in International Relations. She enjoys working with young children and believes that children need an educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and social. During her time off she likes to dance and do yoga, as well as spend time with her two daughters.

Ms. Ashley is a teacher in our Romping Rhinos classroom. She has her Child Development Associate Credential with a specialty in infants and toddlers. Ms. Ashley believes each child is an individual. She emphasizes their individual strengths to help them learn and grow. She spend her free time with her two children.

Ms. Sheeba is a teacher in the Pre-Toddler classroom. She has worked with children since 2023. Ms. Sheeba has her associate degree. She believes that the classroom should be a positive environment that is safe place for children to learn and explore.

Ms. Helen is a teacher in our Toddler classroom. She is pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a specialty in infants and toddlers. Helen has been working with children since 2018. She says, "I present the children with hands-on activities, because that is how they learn best." Ms. Helen is fluent in Spanish

Ms. Molly is a teacher in our Lions classroom. She is pursuing her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Molly has been working with children since 2016. She wants to provide a safe, social, and all-inclusive learning environment for children. During her time off she is very involved in special needs events.

Ms. Saritha has a master's degree in finance and a bachelor's degree in technology. She has been working with children since 2021. She believes a classroom should be a safe and caring space where children feel free to speak their mind and blossom. Ms. Saritha is fluent in Telugu.

Ms. Naszira is a teacher in our Get Set classroom. She has a Child Development Associate Credential with a specialty in infants and toddlers. She believes it's her job first and foremost to provide a safe, warm, and loving place for children to grow and reach their highest potential. Ms. Naszira is also fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Maribel is a lead teacher in our Toddler classroom. She has her CDA in Early Childhood with a specialty in Toddlers. She has been working with children since 2019. Ms. Maribel believes that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment. She wants to provide challenging and engaging activities that encourage physical, mental, and social growth. During her time off she enjoys spending time with her two children.

Ms. Sara is a Preschool teacher at The Goddard School. She has a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a specialty in preschool. She believes it's her job to provide a safe, warm, and loving place for children to grow and become the best version of themselves. During her time off, Ms. Sara spends time with her boyfriend.

Ms. Nidhi is a teacher in our Preschool classroom. Ms. Nidhi has her degree in biotechnology. She has been working with children since 2018. Ms. Nidhi believes children learn through play. She says, "The more they explore, the more they learn and gain confidence in their skills". Ms. Nidhi is fluent in Hindi.

Ms. Abbey is a teacher in our Preschool classroom. She is pursuing her degree in early childhood education and has been working with children since 2021. She believes children have different learning styles and personalities. They therefore deserve and need individualized attention while learning.

Ms. Courtney is a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at the Goddard School. She has her associates degree in special education with a specialty in hearing impaired. She is currently in school working towards her bachelor's degree in special education. Ms. Courtney has been working with children since 2013. She believes that every child has a light that shines within them if given the right opportunities.

Ms. Maya is a teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom Ms. Maya has a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She has been working with children since 2016. Ms. Maya believes it is important to build on each child's strengths, interests, skills, and knowledge. It is her job to provide opportunities for children to explore, discover, create, and imagine. Ms. Maya is fluent in Hindi.

Mr. Ky is an assistant teacher at The Goddard School. He is currently working on a degree in Early Childhood Education. He has been working with children since 2020. Mr. Ky is excited to encourage children to find their own passion. During his time off he enjoys painting and playing the ukulele.

Ms. Kiley is a teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. She has her Child Development Associate Credential in early childhood education with a specialty in 3-5 year olds. She has been working with children since 2018. "By teaching kids creatively, we teach them how to think and not what to think," she says.

Ms. Megan is a teacher at The Goddard School. She has her bachelor's degree in early childhood education and has worked with children since 2018. She understands the importance of connecting with each child one-on-one and making sure children have fun at school. Ms. Megan is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Shelby is an assistant teacher at The Goddard School. Shelby has been working with children since 2019. She enjoys working with children and believes that need an interactive learning environment. In her spare time, Ms. Shelby likes to read and is working on her degree in criminal justice.

Ms. Olivia is an assistant teacher/floater at The Goddard School. She is currently working on a degree in Marketing. She has been working with children since 2022. Ms. Olivia is excited to work with children and help make a difference in their future. She believes that “no child should be left behind” and wants everyone feels comfortable in their eductional environment. During her time off she enjoys coffee and going to school!

Ms. Veronica is the Kitchen Manager at The Goddard School. She several years of experience in the kitchen. On her days off, Ms. Veronica enjoys spending time with her husband riding ATV’s.
