Ms. Melissa is a director at The Goddard School. She has lived in Naperville for over 29 years and has raised 2 boys through the 204-school district. Ms. Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Illinois with a master’s in special education from the University of Louisville. Ms. Melissa has been working with children since 1989. She believes it is important to connect exploration and learning to all four areas of development (cognitive, physical, language, and social/emotional). In her free time, Ms. Melissa loves to attend her son’s baseball games and spend time with her family and her dogs.

Ms. Stephanie is a Director at The Goddard School. She has her Associates Degree in general studies and is almost finished with her Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education. Ms. Stephanie has been working in ECE for over twelve years. She believes that children learn best in a loving structured environment. In her free time, Ms. Stephanie loves to attend spend time with her 18 year old daughter.

Ms. NaShondra has a degree in early childhood education. She has been working with children since 2016. Ms. NaShondra believes that it's extremely important for teachers to love the children in her care as their own. Ms. NaShondra also has a passion for dance and her beautiful son, Jaxon.

Ms. Helen is a teacher in our Toddler classroom. She is pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a specialty in infants and toddlers. Helen has been working with children since 2018. She says, "I present the children with hands-on activities, because that is how they learn best." Ms. Helen is fluent in Spanish

Ms. Naszira is a teacher in our Get Set classroom. She has a Child Development Associate Credential with a specialty in infants and toddlers. She believes it's her job first and foremost to provide a safe, warm, and loving place for children to grow and reach their highest potential. Ms. Naszira is also fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Milca is a teacher in our Pre-Toddler classroom. She has worked with children since 2020. Ms. Milca believes that the classroom should be a safe place for the children to learn and share their feelings.

Ms. Ashley is a teacher in our Romping Rhinos classroom. She has her Child Development Associate Credential with a specialty in infants and toddlers. Ms. Ashley believes each child is an individual. She emphasizes their individual strengths to help them learn and grow. She spend her free time with her two children.

Ms. Mary is a director-qualified lead teacher in our preschool classroom. She has her degree in early childhood education and has been working with children since 2005. Ms. Mary believes that children learn through exploration and play. She enjoys guiding them through hands-on activities in order to achieve their individual goals.

Ms. Abbey is a teacher in our Preschool classroom. She is pursuing her degree in early childhood education and has been working with children since 2021. She believes children have different learning styles and personalities. They therefore deserve and need individualized attention while learning.

Ms. Megan is a lead teacher in our preschool classroom. She has her bachelor's degree in early childhood education and has worked with children since 2018. She understands the importance of connecting with each child one-on-one and making sure children have fun at school. Ms. Megan is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Kiley is a teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. She has her Child Development Associate Credential in early childhood education with a specialty in 3-5 year olds. She has been working with children since 2018. "By teaching kids creatively, we teach them how to think and not what to think," she says.

Ms. Maya is a teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom Ms. Maya has a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She has been working with children since 2016. Ms. Maya believes it is important to build on each child's strengths, interests, skills, and knowledge. It is her job to provide opportunities for children to explore, discover, create, and imagine. Ms. Maya is fluent in Hindi.

Ms. Nidhi is a teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. Ms. Nidhi has her degree in biotechnology. She has been working with children since 2018. Ms. Nidhi believes children learn through play. She says, "The more they explore, the more they learn and gain confidence in their skills". Ms. Nidhi is fluent in Hindi.

Ms. Saltanat is an assistant teacher in our Infant classroom. She has a degree in International Relations. She enjoys working with young children and believes that children need an educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and social. During her time off she likes to dance and do yoga, as well as spend time with her two daughters.

Ms. Shelby is an assistant teacher at The Goddard School. Shelby has been working with children since 2019. She enjoys working with children and believes that need an interactive learning environment. In her spare time, Ms. Shelby likes to read and is working on her degree in criminal justice.

Ms. Bridget is a teacher in our Get Set Classroom. She has been working with children since 2018. Ms. Bridget believes that each child is unique and deserves a warm learning environment where they can feel safe and grow. In her spare time she likes to watch movies.

Ms. Fathima is a teacher in our Toddler Classroom. She believes that children learn best in a safe nurturing environment. Ms. Fathima enjoys spending time with her family when she is not working.
