Our Teachers

Mr. Kunal & Mrs. Amisha opened their Goddard School back in early 2022. They are both the proud parents of their daughter Amaya, and son Krish, who are both currently enrolled at the school. Kunal holds a BSBA in Accounting & Finance from the University of Central Florida. His wife Amisha, holds a Masters Degree as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and is a proud supporter of The Goddard Program. Kunal and his family enjoy time together in the local parks, traveling, and spending time with their family. At Our Goddard School, you will find a collaborative school environment, which is vital to the success of our teachers and students. Hello! My name is Kim. I have been working in Early Childhood for 10 years. I have completed my 45 DCF training hours and am First Aid/CPR certified. I have a VPK endorsed Director’s Credential, which I earned at Pinellas Technical College in 2020, along with my Child Development Associate in 2016. I am currently in school pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education- Special Needs. My husband, Patrick, and I have been married for 25 years. We have three amazing children: PJ, Isabel, and Ariel. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, reading, crafting, going to the beach, and relaxing outdoors. I am excited to be a part of The Goddard School. I look forward to working with the children and families of our school, as we help them to learn and grow during these formative years.

Hello everyone! My name is Tasha. I am very excited to be a part of the Goddard School. I have worked in childcare since 2020 (with different age groups from Infants through VPK). Before working in childcare, I worked in the medical field for 17 years. I have my 45 hours of training through the Department of Children and families, My Child Development Associate, and my CPR/First Aide certification. I have a beautiful daughter, two dogs, and a hairless cat. I enjoy teaching young children and can't wait to work with you and your child!

Hello! My name is Maria. I am originally from Cuba. I am married with an adult son & daughter. I have been working in the field of Early Childhood for 18 years. I have 45 hours of training provided by DCF, have earned a CDA, and have completed numerous training courses to grow in my professional development as a teacher. I love teaching babies. I enjoy watching them grow and become their own individual person. In my free time, I enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx and spending time with my loved ones. One fun fact about myself is that I enjoy riding motorcycles with my husband.

Hello! My name is Grace. I am so excited to be a part of the Goddard family. I enjoy caring for and playing with children of all ages. I have 11 nieces and nephews that I have helped to raise. I enjoy watching the children, as they learn and grow. My favorite activity is reading their favorite books. In my free time, I enjoy reading and playing video games. I have been living in Florida for the past two years with my mother. I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts.

Hello! My name is Brandi. I am excited to be a part of the Goddard family. I have been working in childcare for over 10 years. I have 45 hours of training provided by DCF, am certified in CPR/First Aid, and have earned my CDA. I enjoy singing and dancing with my students. I was born and raised in Manatee County, which is known for being the home of Tropicana Orange Juice. I am the baby of all my siblings and have two wonderful children. My little claim to fame is that my big brother is the mascot for the Dallas Mavericks

We have two amazing children, Rodrigo and Victoria. Family time mean everything to me, and I love spending my free time with my family.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Evelyn. I am very excited to work with your children at The Goddard School in Land O'Lakes. I have 10 years of experience working with children, including 3 years of experience in a bilingual preschool. I enjoy teaching children in both english and spanish. I have my 45 hours of DCF training from The Department of Children and Families along with a Bachelors degree in Elementary and Middle School Education. I am married to a wonderful man. We have 2 beautiful daughters and one handsome son along with 5 incredible granddaughters. I look forward to teaching your children and watching them learn and grow during their most important years of development.

Hello! My name is Denisha. I have been in Early Childhood Education for 10 years. I have two beautiful boys who keep me going. I love being a part of guiding children’s growth and development. Teaching is my passion! I enjoy reading. Mysteries are my favorite. In my free time, I like going on adventures with my boys. Most of my time is spent on the football field. My son plays football and I coach the tackle football league. I love the beach, kayaking, boating, swimming, and really anything that has to do with water. I look forward to a fabulous year of learning and creating memories with my class.

Hi! My name is Ms. Rose. I am thrilled to be a part of The Goddard School. I was born and raised in Ridgewood Queens, NY where I raised my four children. In 2004, I studied Early Childhood Education at Stoneybrook University. I have been teaching for more than 30 years. I have taught VPK-1st Grade. I love working with little minds and love seeing how they grow academically.

My name is Celina. I have been in the field of Early Childhood for more than 20 years. I have a passion working with children and believe that each child is unique, and they will be our future. I have worked very hard all these years and have earned three degrees. I have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and a Master’s Degree in Leadership Organization Management. Working with children makes me feel happy because I love knowing I give them love, patience and knowledge for them to learn and grow. My view and key point are love and patience.

Hello. My name is Shirley. I was born & raised in Costa Rico. I have been living in the United States for over 30 years. I am married with one son, one stepdaughter, and six grandchildren. I have been working with children for many years. I love to see children grasp new things and love to see the spark in there eyes when they discover something new. I am working toward obtaining the 45 training from DCF. Currently, I hold certification for Interior Design. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with family. We enjoy trying new restaurants, learning about new cultures, and walking my dogs. A fun fact about myself is that I love looking at old doors and love sunsets. I take pictures of every sunset since I am a #sunsetchaser.

Hello, my name is Indira Berrios. I have been teaching for 7 years. I have completed my DCF training hours as well as my director's credential. I have always loved teaching children, this has been my passion since I was in high school. I am origanially from Puerto Rico and moved to Florida when I was 4 years old. I love the fact that I can teach little minds and that I get to make a difference in their lives.

Hello! My name is Laura. I am half Mexican and I was born and raised in Florida. I have been married to my husband since November of 2020. I have completed the DCF 45 training hours and earned an associate degree in early childhood education. In addition, I have also earned my director's credential from Pinellas Technical College. I love working with children, especially when they learn something new. It's my goal to build a bond with the children. I love how they get so excited when they see me. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to the beach/pool, boating, and riding my 4 wheeler!

Hello! My name is Gianna. I am Peruvian and Italian. I was born and raised in Florida. I am currently enrolled in college, where I am pursuing an associates degree in psychology. My goal is to continue with my education and obtain a bachelor's degree in health science, specializing in speech therapy for children. I love working in early childhood development where I can be a factor in the educational development of a child, as well as growing bonds and incorporating creativity in the lives of children. In my free time, I enjoy baking, painting, self-care and the beach. My favorite colors are rose gold and lavendar. I am a huge Disney fan!
