OwnerPhil and Darlene Dubois, the heart of the Goddard School of Fort Myers, bring unmatched passion and dedication to children’s growth. With decades of leadership and community involvement, they combine business expertise with a heartfelt commitment to creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive. Proud parents of Abigail and Jack, the Dubois family’s dedication to education is a true family endeavor. Abigail will soon join the faculty after earning her Early Childhood Development degree from the University of Central Florida, marking the start of a multigenerational commitment to early education. As seasoned entrepreneurs, Phil and Darlene have excelled in executive roles, building relationships, mentoring teams, and driving success. Their careers are defined by fostering growth and development. Beyond their professional achievements, they’ve spent over 16 seasons coaching youth sports, serving on boards, and fundraising for young athletes.
