Our Goddard School Teachers

Lisa is our director and has her Administrators Certificate in Early Childhood Education along with her college degree. Lisa worked in the School District before entering the Early Childhood Education field. She has dedicated her life to teaching children and supporting families. Lisa enjoys helping all our children feel at home here at The Goddard School through a nurturing, educational, safe and playful atmosphere. One of her favorite Children's Story is Love You Forever written by Robert Munsch, which she still reads to her children.

Andrea has an Early Childhood Education degree from Shortwood Teachers College, Jamaica. With over twenty years of experience working with children, she brings warmth, Caribbean heritage, patience, and an overall love of children to our school. She has been apart of The Goddard School family since 2010!! Favorite Children's Book: "Wolf's Coming" By Joe Kulka

Ms. Kristen has her Lead Teacher Certificate from the state of Delaware Department of Education. She has over 15 years of experience working with children. Ms. Kristen comes to work every day ready to teach and help the children grow. She has two children a son and a daughter. Favorite Children’s Book: “Our Class is A Family” by Shannon Olson

My name is Payal Talsania, and I am the proud owner of The Goddard School® located in Wilmington, DE. My husband and I have two children, Ariana and Rishabh. My relationship with the Goddard Systems began when we enrolled Ariana in another Goddard School®. As a parent of two, I understand the value and benefits of quality early education. I truly understand the importance of having a place that you feel is safe and loving for your children to learn and grow. Hence, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your children to become confident learners as they develop. Ms. Majesti has been working with children for a couple of years. When she was in high school, she chose Early Childhood Education as her focus of study. Majesti is a very warm and loving person, and she is very nurturing towards the children. We are very happy to have Majesti as a part of our team. Essence is a mother of 4 children. She has worked with children since the age of 16. Essence attended Cheyney University and graduated from Strayer. Through the years, she has had the pleasure to watch so many children grow to be very smart and vibrant individuals. Among working with children, she has many other things she enjoys doing, such as cooking, singing, reading, write stories, make jewelry and sketch.

Ms. Pam holds a Delaware First Early Childhood Administrator Certificate. She has over 30 years’ experience working with children. She graduated from Deltech and Penn Foster. She has been married for 17 years. She has 2 sons, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Favorite Children’s Book: “Pete The Cat” By Kimberly and James Dean

Ms. Nicole holds her lead teacher certificate through the Department of Education. She comes to The Goddard School with a little over 15 years of experience. Ms. Nicole loves teaching and always has fun and educational activities ready for her students! We are so glad to have Ms. Nicole with us! Ms. Stephanie comes to the Goddard School with over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood field. She obtained her degree in Education through the University of Delaware. Ms. Stephanie believes children learn best through play. She believes children model the behaviors of the adults in their lives, and that is why she comes in with a positive and happy attitude each day.
