Meet Kristina On-Site Co-Owner
As Co-Owner of The Goddard School in Farmington, I feel truly honored to be surrounded each day by the laughter, curiosity, and vibrant personalities of young children.
My academic background is in Human Development and Family Studies, and while my career began in corporate sales and operations management, those experiences have uniquely prepared me to lead with both heart and strategy.
Creating a nurturing environment where children’s needs come first—and where every family feels welcomed and valued—is at the core of everything I do.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, attending fall fairs and festivals, and traveling.

Infant
6 w - 12 m
In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.
Toddlers
12 - 24 m
As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.
Twos
2 - 3 yrs
In the Twos classroom, experienced, caring teachers guide your child through playful exploration, helping navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity.
Bridge
2.5 - 3.5 yrs
As your child continues to gain independence, build self-care skills and learn more about themselves, the Bridge classroom provides the support they need to thrive in a preschool setting.
Preschool
3 - 4 yrs
In our Preschool classroom, your child starts their journey into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting.
Pre-K
4 - 5 yrs
As your child prepares for Kindergarten, our Pre-K classroom offers exciting opportunities to develop important skills, make new friends and explore the world around them.

The owners are on site daily and have an open door policy for questions, comments and even just to say hi and chat. The teachers go above and beyond to make the children comfortable. Daily activities to keep them occupied, reading, playing. They also take your child’s needs into consideration. My little one is always fed on time and changed with no questions asked. I highly recommend The Goddard School to any family looking for childcare.
We love the teachers. They are all so caring and attentive to the kids. I love dropping our daughter off knowing that she'll be loved and cared for all day. The education she receives is secondary in importance, but we're impressed by how much she is learning.
The teachers are wonderful! They are warm and nurturing and are very attentive to individual children's needs. The curriculum, from the infant room all the way up to pre-K, is well thought out and provide opportunities to explore and learn about a number of different subjects. I love that kids are taught yoga and Spanish in addition to math, science, art, music, dramatic play, and gym. I also love the daily communication through tadpoles and the newsletters/updates from the office.
Everything! The teachers and directors are amazing -- so patient, warm, caring, creative, consistent. There are so many activities that keep our daughter on her toes and learning throughout the day.
We like the structured nature of the program/curriculum, with the kids focusing on something different each day. We also like when Evan comes home using words/concepts that we have not taught him.
The teachers are hands on and educated them. I also feel that they're very loving ang caring for each child in their room.

HUMANITARIAN AWARD
The Humanitarian Award honors a School that ‘does well by doing good.’ This award is given to the school that has demonstrated selfless devotion to serving those in need and demonstrates a commitment to community outreach. This award recognizes the life-enriching programs the School has participated in and positive contributions the School has made through community outreach endeavors.
NAEYC ACCREDITED
National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accredits early childhood programs according to health, safety and education standards. The standards are intended to provide a reliable and accountable accreditation system to encourage the field of early childhood education to strive for a new level of excellence.
